Missing waffles fries and churros!! Can’t get through to the shop on the number to request they deliver the rest of my order, which takes you to the Exmouth shop!

Soggy fries, forgotten drinks and burnt bread

The cheesy footlong had pretty much no cheese and the subs had barely any salad in which we asked for the driver was rude at the door saying he can't fly to us so was late just not on at all for customers service specially when you paying £25

It hadn’t been delivered so no money no food and no communication

food was OK, few items were wrong which ruined the meal for me.

Had asked for no sauce or jalapeños but got both so was too spicy to eat. Didnt receive dip with waffle fries. Waffle fries were also undercooked & limp, not nice. Very disappointed

Food was Cold, not Toasted, seems as thou its gone down hill and no body cares anymore

half the order was wrong 1 meal completely wasted. don't recommend delivery at all.

Bought a veggie delight salad box. Got home hardly anything inside. One piece cucumber 2 olives. Appalling value for money and how you complain I’ve no clue as no email and no one answers phone !! Disgusting

All subs was not toasted when we wanted toasted and ticked the toasted box can the workers not read there orders

Food was great, tasty, everything was there and packaging was secure. It did take a long time but that was the only problem :)

Missing cheese and tomato sauce from bacon and sausage subs . Not much in them and just dry . The 6inch sub was far from being 6inches . Wouldn’t order from there again

I ordered a hearty Italian sub with chicken and bacon. The chicken was missing and the sub was a herb and cheese. I can’t eat cheese so I had to go without.

Nearly Everytime I order for this Place, Its Cold and Items Missing or You order a Set thing of thr Menu and they get it wrong and have to drive down their just to get the right order. Avoid like the Plague 🤣

The salad section is a mess. Everything is mixed together regardless of what it's supposed to be in there. One member of staff was ill and coughing over the food with a runny nose. Understaffed. They don't care at all and managed to push the entire contents of the sandwich out when closing. Instead of fixing the issue. They just wrapped it up behind the cookie bin in an attempt to hide it.

Service was very poor. The place was absolutely filthy, and the two young men working there clearly didn’t like each other. One of them called the other an inappropriate word, and the other seemed to be talking to himself and it was extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

You should put more accurate time estimations on the App, it said on the App 20-30mins but it took the best part of an hour. Driver was a cool guy though 😅🤙

Food was cold and soggy . Spoke to subway and they mentioned how the food was freshly made therefore we can only assume it was the just eat.

Missed 2 drinks, a dessert, 1 of the sandwiches was toasted when we asked for it plain, both nachos had no sauce or jalapeños on it. Was above a £50 order was expecting a little more care.

Horrific experience. Extremely late. Order came and it was cold. The inside of my subway was missing so I had mayonnaise! That was it

The food was shocking. I asked for lettuce and cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, olives, pickles and onion. I got no lettuce or cucumber 2 tomatoes and a huge handful of olives and pickles and onion. I worked at Subway 19 years ago when it first opened on in Barnstaple. There were strict rules on how to distribute the salad. Lettuce, then 3 tomatoes, then 3 cucumbers neatly laid on top of other, then a small scatter of the others . Who on Earth manages this place? You need to retrain your staff!

I’m never one to put a review but today subway you disappointed me ( not that you care ) items in my food I didn’t order, hard crusted wrap, non toasted sub, barbecue sauce all inside the bag ( not your fault on that one ) normally bang on but today you might as well of just not given me food and taken my money :)

Second time I had to order from you guys I ordered from you the first time and never received my order second time Will received my order but not everything was in there but I ordered not very happy at all. Will definitely not ordering from you

Food was stone cold it had been left out as delivery driver had another order in n his bag. Garlic bread had no taste and was dry & baguette was missing half the ingredients we asked for.

I was notified that my order was ready for collection. I arrived and wait 15 minutes to be served. Then to be told it was not ready and could not even be made due to not having the correct bread. I asked for a different type of bread and was told no they cannot do my order as it was not was I asked of or on justeat. I left without a sandwich or refund. This is diabolical. The staff member was rude and clearly had no idea how to do his job.

we ordered toasted subs , due at 810 turned up at 845 , seemed like they had been sitting for a long time.

One sub was all ok, but the other had no cheese and no double cheese, which I paid more for. The delivery was very late, was watching on the map and driver was all over the place and stayed at subway for at least 20 minutes. Also when I tried to “call restaurant” it took me to a subway on the other end of the county! When I tried calling the subway through the internet number it said it didn’t even exist. Me and my partner are very disappointed.

Ordered a sandwhich and some nachos - first of the Doritos were the wrong ones and secondly my sandwhich looked like it had been ripped open instead of cut then chucked on the floor - kicked around and then shoved in a bag - it was ripped it was cold it was disgusting 0/10

Tried ordering via Uber eats and they supposedly couldn't process the order due to a faulty printer despite four drivers attempting to pick up over the course of an hour. Made no effort to contact, horrible manners.

Very Bad order not delivered and told by the restaurant not their problem and that I need to contact the driver directly which have no way of doing. I use Just Eat 2-3 times a week I probably will use again due to this very bad Experience
