Subway in Bedford

Just come out and the lady behind till was super! Receipt says surved by 21 , I'm unaware of what that means. But I'm sure her name started with an A. Just want to say a massive thank you to this lady.

Visited today at lunchtime and the staff were brilliant and attentive. They helped us select what we wanted and were really friendly and helpful. This has definately been our best subway experience by far, thank-you!

Why have I come at 20:30, and being told to wait 15 minutes while you complete mobile orders? I feel sorry for the other people in the queue before me who had been waiting even longer

We went to Subway this afternoon as a family and I can honestly say I have never had such an unsatisfactory experience. The staff rude and really at 2oclock could not be bothered to put out more red onion or peppers ,really if you can't be bothered to repenish your stock at 2 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon then when can you?, I will be informing head office of this experience and your staff and honestly think that the £23 we spent would be better of spent else where.

My son wanted lunch. The food is nice but personally I think it's little over priced

can't follow instructions. can't read. asked for NO CHEESE and was given CHEESE. Absolutley ridiculous

Angry service. Restaurant very loud, so hard to hear, ordered the new meatball subway, not made clear on any signage that the salad is not included in this. When I questioned it, got a very abrupt response back.

delivery time was changed twice I missed my lunch break but as delivery time was changed it isn't really late bad when you only have a small lunch break ... my nachos were cold 😞

Awesome as usual, they even wrote a little message on the box, sometimes it's the little things that go a long way.

1st time for a subway delivery, good philly steak footlong, hot and tasty. I would use again

forgot one of our subs. no way to get it replaced or contact anyone.

Gluten free option which is great for me, love there salads.

The software drink was flat - dated Feb 2023, crinkle chips were hard, hash browns burnt, no macadamia nut cookies and the tuna melt didn't tasty very nice.

All good again from here, I like the way the food is packed and looks reasonably the same as the photo on the menu, maybe not quite as full, but still good value. We have now swapped from McDonald's on a Friday to subway, mainly because McDonald's can't ever get the order right and I'm still owed over £20. So subway wins..I might even start going and getting it myself so just eat don't get a cut, seeing they owe me the money.

Didn't receive my food or any calls from delivery person don't know what else to say

Chicken Tikka had olives in it , when they were not supposed to be in it.

Food was lovely, delivery lady was on time and very helpful and polite.

Why does it say on here? I paid £15 And then it says I only pay 12 on the receipt. How much did I actually pay?

The food was tasty but the portion on the small side. I used a coupon delivered to my house in a promotion leaflet and fear that the portion was small due to this. The air conditioning unit was running on max (cool) and made it unnecessary in such a small space. It was strong enough to blow drinks bottle tops off the table and onto the floor. I very much doubt I'll use this place again.

Good was stone cold upon arrival- would not order again!!!!

Disappointed. Phone number isn't working and you sent me the wrong sandwich. I ordered chicken teriyaki NOT roast chicken. There is a big difference! You also didn't send my cookie. I won't by from you again.

The food was fine but I just want to say how polite and lovely the lady Anca I believe her name was working behind the till, she was so friendly and had lovely manners!

Total wrong order, my first subway experience

Mixed up vegetarian meal and meat- child who has never eaten meat and does not want too has now eaten chicken due to the mistake of staff adding chicken and bacon to the chosen sauce and salad mix. Very upset child. Look what you are doing!

It got ordered to the wrong address by mistake by me tried for 20 min to cancel it after I realised and could not even see a cancel button shame on just eat

Always super friendly and chatty. Portion can sometimes be a bit small, depends who you get to make your food. Always good quality food so no complaints there!

Driver was on time and the food was pretty decent. I had alot of order problems with other subways but nothing went wrong here.

I agree with the previous comment. Tiny portion is an understatement. Not welcoming and touched my food without gloves. Won't visit again. The one star is for taste, the three bites I had was nice.

I have been in a few of these, this outfit gives tiny portions, I mean tiny! Don't go there hungry... As you'll leave hungry...
