Always good and great team Love having the NHS Bluelight discount..

Food was good and the team had good customer service, however I ordered a sub off of their melts menu and was told I couldn’t add salad to my sub but could have it in a side tub for no extra cost. Don’t see why they couldn’t just put it in my sub for me as this would reduce the cost to the business of having to provide tubs and also would have kept the customer happy.

Stopped off during a long journey. The premises are tidy enough, and both tables and loo were clean. However, service was uninterested, and snappy, and the sub was sloppy. I won't be rushing back.

I love this place in the mornings because the lady on duty knows how to be polite and understands English perfectly, the other daytime staff are polite but sometimes its awkward due to a language barrier, excellent service again yesterday morning.

Ordered lunch for builders on site. The delivery was late and when opened what was delivered let's say the sandwiches looked nothing like the photo's! Take a look at photo's I took. Awful. Would not recommend and won't be ordering again

Used to order from here 45minutes was the maximum we would have wait for delivery. Decided order from here tonight, kids choice, almost 3 hours wait for delivery! The manager called to let us know it would be after 8 but failed to mention it would be after 9. I called at 8.30 as the time changed to 9.20 they said 25minutes and it will be with you, 40 minutes later it finally arrived. Won't be listening to the kids again, I'll make them my own version of a subway at a fraction of the price and a fraction of the wait. We did get 3 extra cookies. The subs were hot and they were tasty and everything was correct. But to wait 3 hours...this is disappointing. Hopefully this is something management is working on.

I wished they had the older salad boxes that were plastic as our boxed salad in cardboard wasn’t great! And the sauce just stuck to the sides 😩. I find it more expensive now and only go for a sandwich every now and again throughout the year.

Shocking place. Went in and seen different staff but same bad service and poor quality of food. Cheap labour doesn’t mean better. In response to owners comments I never mentioned any background of staff. The staff are poor. We had meatballs in a tub that were left in side for a good 5 mins before paying so gone cold. Staff don’t work together as a team. Quality of sandwich build is shabby, compared to when first opened. That’s what I meant about poor staff

Quality sub, arguably the best I have had, well constructed, perfect toasted and all the right proportions. The staff were amazingly patient and polite, considering how difficult my family were being. Will definately be back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! DIDN’T SAY ON ORDERING THAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE 2 HOURS TO ARRIVE, WOULD BE SO SQUASHED AND COLD IT WOULD BE INEDIBLE. TRIED TO CALL SHOP FOBBED OFF WITH NO MANAGER PRESENT NO ONE ON CHARGE TO TALK ABOUT ISSUES/REFUND

Took 2 hours to deliver the order which on receipt was incorrect. The order had cheese products on where they were not requested in the order due to allergies and sandwiches were also made incorrectly. Food was cold when received due to the two hours delivery time. Tried to place the complaint online and received a text advising “we cannot not do anything and hoped you enjoyed the food!” Poor service and worse attitude it seems, you would have hoped the specific requests particularly due to allergies would have been taken seriously. Screams poor management and lacking staff capability.

I placed an order on uber eats 2/3 months ago they automatically cancelled my order with no explanation. I then ordered today and I was told 35-45 minutes. I've now been waiting an hour and 15 minutes and when I rang I got an awful person who couldn't answer questions and kept saying to me could I wait another 30 minutes! Absolute joke of a shop. Do not order unless you can wait over 2 hours for delivery. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. NOT HAPPY.

Slow. Slow and more slow. Guess what that means? ...cold, cold and more cold. Cold sandwiches survived their journey better. The Hot sandwiches, well, cold, nasty and stogy. Disgraceful really given the cost £39 for 3 sandwiches and 1 side. 2:45 hours to arrive (they said 35-45 mins). Next time I'll pass, total joke. If you can't deliver quickly, or within a reasonable time. Don't. Very dissatisfied.

Order was totally wrong they put cookies in instead of wedges, wrong bread and no mayonnaise, I’ve just phoned up and they said cookies was an alternative to wedges as they had none and they ate out of mayo and 9 grain wheat bread. Told to email company, awful customer care then I ask for the manager who apparently isn’t there. Avoid this place if you want the correct food you ordered.

Shocking service. Went in and asked for 3 things. I think one item would of been too much for the 3 members of staff to comprehend. If I asked for a 6 inch not foot long once I must of asked 6 times. Really really bad service and the sandwiches are shocking compared to when it opened. Check the photo of cheeseless cheesy nachos!!! Avoid at all costs

Do not order for delivery nearly 2 hours wait after ringing and asking after an hour and half to be told were doing it now then further half hour wait free cookies to sweeten the deal and never honered it,waste of money and time

Staff were not the most helpful. They put cheese on a lady's salad without asking and when she said she didn't want it they tried to scrape it off instead of making her a new one. Also the toilets are locked so you have to ask. In the middle of the day!?! This is my first visit to a subway since they ruined the menu. Sad to say but probably the last time I'll have a subway and they won't last. People want choice, they don't want set menu's. Bring back the Honey Mustard Sauce or I won't return

Although it looked like a training day . Very chaotic .. could not understand the server and they didn't listen to the order and added lettuce when not asked for. Very slow I'm sure it was the first day of training but we wanted to order and go.. painful experience.

The place is so clean the staff members wear a mesh plastic gloves for every sandwich made The food tasted grate what more can you ask for £3.99 for 12 cookies Coffee is very cheap and has a great aroma I will come here every weak from now onwards

The "sandwich artists" wouldn't know how to make a sandwich if you smacked them in the face with one, stale bread, useless.

Lady who prepared our subs and salad was very friendly but young lady who took our payment was very wishy washing with no charisma.

Hostile and aggressive, when I questioned the price was 2x normal, and decided to leave it as was too much...the manager came yelling after me at me I was rude and wasteful into the car park, explaining 1 ordered 1 meal, it was 2x the price...he insisted I order 2 and wanted to show me. He was wrong...but at no point did he apologised but also said his prices were higher than usual as he was in a "Services"(...in between a vets and kitchen shop in a retail park)

I think I will let the picture be the review… please don’t be fooled… I didn’t order a sub with no filling, I actually ordered a sub with pretty much everything… and this is what I got…. Now, I understand that the “meat” content needs to be strictly controlled… that processed ham ain’t cheap you know!! But to be so tight with the salad?? I’m not angry, I’m disappointed… I wanted a nice sub, like the pictures on your menu…. You let me down… I don’t know if I can ever forgive you…

It was a welcome find. We were travelling to Wales, were peckish and discovered this wonderful place!! Lovely, helpful staff explained everything, we had two delicious 6 inchers!! Plus choice of salad then coffees. Two oldies very satisfied!!! Thank you. This will now become a regular stop.

An excellent place for a quick lunch, easy parking with a Sunny outdoor area. Staff were friendly and attentive, the place looks pretty new, very spacious, and lots of clean outdoor places to sit and enjoy. I felt particularly COVID safe and had a fantastic Chicken, bacon wrap with coffee and cookie. Both tasted so delightfully fresh, that I returned for a take-out for the kids too. Well done, I'll be calling back soon !

Incredibly rude staff members! They need to re-read the subway handbook, so that they understand you should not be refusing customers the breakfast menu on and before 11am. The store looks unclean, therefore it was probably best i did not eat from there anyway.

Had a sandwich delivered from here and had to wait 1.5-hours for 2 sandwiches?? The drinks substituted because they weren't in stock. Food cold even though it was all meant to be toasted/melted etc. Subway are always sparing on the free salad but this was taking the piss. 2 stars because it was a busy night but didnt get an apology or any reconciliation

The only reason that a one-star “TERRIBLE” rating has been given is that there is not a stage lower/worse than this to select. Our 18 year-old son and his girlfriend decided to treat the family to Sunday tea. Four basic sandwiches were ordered at 5.30pm; he was informed there may be a 45-minute wait. At 7pm we were still waiting. The food arrived at 7.20pm stone cold and rubbery. Almost TWO HOURS after ordering. A narrow strip of foil was wrapped around each TOASTED sandwich - the stunning lack of basic common sense at this act alone was breathtaking. Not only was the food cold, it was then made rubbery on the outside, and the inside of the bread was akin to soaked cotton wool. Some of the sandwiches contained “toasted” cheese. All you need to do is imagine making a slice of cheese on toast, covering it for an hour while cooling so that it can steam itself into a state of rubberiness worthy of a cheap shoe, then wrap it round some salad and processed meat, leave it for another hour and you’re there. The salad within was an unpleasant, soggy mess and any sauce contained had vacated onto the paper wrapping, rendering it sodden and largely impossible to successfully remove from the sandwich. In addition, our son’s sandwich was meatballs - it is absolutely no different to receiving a cold pizza in this regard, which you certainly would not end up paying for. Subway clearly have a very special business model; one which does not need paying customers in order to thrive. There is now a wealth of fast food in and around Newport, Shropshire from which its residents can choose. Subway does not have a captive audience and should be mindful that it will flounder if it continues to treat the customer with such an appallingly low level of service and quality of product. We’ll not be risking a repeat performance. Disappointed for our son who just wanted to do something thoughtful for his family. Badly done.

very bad place to eat, restaurant by the road, but when you stop eating and rest and you want to pee and ask for the toilet key they tell you that the toilet is not working and before that you saw someone else using it

Clean and spacious, but I wish they had told us or advertised clearly thay weren't participating in the dine in to help out 50% off scheme. It says on the website they are, but staff told me "we're not doing that here". Goodbye cash, I will miss you....

Ok service. Not skilled in making sandwiches and the pepperoni in the spicy Italian tasted like cold meat. It was not wrapped up to the sub way standard. However cheerful staff. Won't be the place if first choice in future

Great choice of subs with helpful staff. Space to eat indoors but their toilet was out of use which isn't good with a 5 year old who needed the toilet, hence 4 not 5 stars. Tasty food.

The one young man Brandon working there was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, sadly when he asked for help from two other members of staff that were stood around to avoid a que they refused to help. The food was nice, the environment was clean and tidy, just a shame about the other lazy members of team that didn’t support Brandon meaning the senior staff member had to step In to help.
