It’s unfortunate that I have to rate this shop at all. They couldn’t even be bothered to inform my daughter that she no longer needed. Sent out rota and she’s not even on it. Looking for a job…… DO NOT APPLY HERE! Not a lot of choice food wise too it’s shocking

They always are out of ingredients or having problems. They won't accept vouchers for their store even though their store is on the list of participating stores. No problem with the staff just management by chartwells is poor.

The fact that this subway stores is really small for people to fit in the room, they post about their food being rescued on too Good to go app which everyone should find the leftovers. however it had been four fours since I have been waiting subway's food to pup until now nothing.

Shocking, poorly trained staff, no gloves, handling different things, no washing of hands. if you like cheese and ham, you're OK. There's never anything else there. Prices vary for the same thing, depends who serves you. Guy in black tshirt, I assume a shift manager, had very important things on his phone to do. This is a quiet evening. In the day queue is out the door. Seriously avoid.

So either someone else has the same name as me and also left a review, or I'd forgotten about it. Either way, the service has improved considerably since opening. I happened to visit when there was no queue which probably helped, and the staff member that served me helped me choose the most cost effective option for what I was getting :)

Warning...The details of my experience may cause stress and anxiety. I am a huge subway fan and have given this beautiful disaster 5 chances now, due to my love for subway. However, the experience of visiting this store is just unbearable. If there are 2ppl in the queue, set aside half hr to be served, if 3-4ppl, set aside one hour. More than 4, put some gloves on and make it yourself. The staff are so slow and incompetent, I was concerned for their safety should there be a fire in the building. I could go on, but to summarise their incompetency, they were running low on bread and not even loaded the oven with reserves, fillings such a meatballs running low and not prepping anything ready. I've been charged 3 different prices for the same product, purely because the staff are clueless. The owner needs to get there asap to turn it around because the portion sizes are out of control and the sloths need a rocket injected immediately.

there's not that much nice to say about subway normally, but other than the employees there is nothing good to say about this one. the queues are unreasonably long and slow, the food is disappointingly normal subway quality and despite opening last week the equipment is hardly functioning. they over-charged both me and a friend and wouldn't allow one of my friends to use his points, despite charging another friend points when he asked to not use points. but hey, at least the employees seem to be nice.

Got overcharged (when queried they said that the price on the till is different from the price list? That doesn't make sense!), waited 30 mins for a sandwich with only 5 or 6 people in front of me. It isn't great at all!

Orderd my food at 12 just eat said 45 minutes to arrive, received a phone call saying it will be 10 minutes late. It Took nearly 4 hours for my food to arrive phoned up multiple times in the end asked for a refund which they refused because"the order has left the store", when I left a review on just eat they replied saying I was lying, then had the cheek to phone my place of work to ask me to take it down . Shame because the foods amazing but the service here is terrible.

The food is consistently well-prepared, with good pricing and a nice variety. Unfortunately, several staff members have been unpleasant on multiple visits. One staff member, in particular, mentioned it was their last day and made no effort to provide any customer service.

We called thru the drive thru at 21:26 had to wait to be served no apology about the wait when we finally ordered our food we were told there was no gravy and was given terrible attitude by the young girl who served us my partner went into the store to speak to the manager only to receive full attitude no apology what so ever and got told there was no stock to make extra gravy when I know you make the gravy in the store as I was a manager there a few years ago so I know how the store is run with stock ect the team leader in charge was a youngster who was more concerned about messing around with the staff and not a care in the world about any customer who was waiting this store is a shambles and staff need to be trained properly especially the team leaders in charge I will never go back to the store and will be speaking to head office
