Beef nice and tender, nice sauce and noodles

Called me after large order placed and confirmed, attempting to charge me £10 extra delivery on top of the JustEat charge, even though my post code was covered as stated on Just Eat.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese I’ve ever had x from stale prawn crackers , overcooked hard rice and just the taste of old overcooked food , 40 quid down the drain !

Placed a £36+ order for delivery (£3.50), then they wanted to charge an extra £5 for delivery due to the distance. I told them no, as I paid what was stated and I am within the distance they cover. They then cancelled the order. Not a great place to deal with.

don't know why this place is so poorly rated on google, it has excellent reviews elsewhere as it should, people just love to complain, my food is lovely and was delivered quickly, thank you x

The most disgusting Chinese I have ever eaten. Everything I ordered was warmed up from a previous night, nothing was cooked to order. Chicken balls were soft and tasted as if they were from the previous week. The chips were clearly warmed up, even the prawn crackers were stale. Avoid at all cost, absolutely revolting Chinese. I’m in complete shock they are still open

Literally just had a takeaway from here and my advice is... DON'T BOTHER!! . Food is bland and overcooked in places. Tried contacting them back over my dissatisfaction but they hung up. Avoid at all costs!! Would give no stars!!

Usually the food is not bad but recently its been over cooked, heavy and gluby. The noodles as slimy and tasteless, while the chicken balls are heavy and doughy. Wouldn't recommend it at present.

I’ve never ordered from here until today and honestly would highly recommend it was amazing! Delivery was quick and still piping hot and it come from portalbot to skewen. Fresh clean hot food for a change lol

Ordered from here tonight for the 1st time and will definitely be the last. Was quite expensive for what we had the food we did receive was not hot the chips seemed like they been kept warm, the crispy beef was burnt and impossible to chew, curry was extremely bland.

Disgusting and clearly microwaved rubbish. Avoid.

Ordered from here every weekend for a few weeks now and can honestly say they are fantastic! We are really fussy with what takeaway we order from but the food from here has never disappointed! Either early or on time-never late! Always hot food! Had the wrong drink twice but each time they have been back with the correct one within 10-15 mins! Fantastic service and highly recommend

I've tried many many takeaways over the years but this place has to be the worst. EVER! Ordered chicken chop suey which was chicken, beansprouts and onions in a thick see-through sauce. Every chop suey I've had, had carrots, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. We also had bbq sauce which had no taste whatsoever. Money down the drain.

Stopped eating Chinese food for a while because we never found a Chinese takeaway which was nice. Me and my partner ordered from here tonight and we've finally found a Chinese takeaway which is our new go to Chinese. Food was pipping hot on arrival and was delivered on time, lovely food, really good portions. Definitely will be ordering again!

Absolutely will not be ordering from here again!!!! appalling customer service with no way to contact them...ordered food at 6:30pm was told 2 different delivery times then it did not turn up until 11:50pm at which point we had already had to cook something else and they knocked left it outside and just drove off without even checking anyone had come out to get it (it was also cold when it did arrive) and now refuse to give money back on an over £50 order....not only that but they also deleted the 13 bad reviews they had from the other people experiencing the same problem.

Been waiting 3 hours and nothing. They won't pick up the phone. They won't message back. No cancellation and no money back. Absolutely disconnected

Placed an order, 3 hours later it still hasn’t arrived and yet my status on the just eat app says ‘delivered’ Ive tried to get hold of them but their phone line doesn’t ring and they haven’t replied to my email I left from their website.

I ordered from here at 20 past 6 via just eat on 31/12/20. I was told my food would be half 7 then it changed to 8 then to 8:45. At 8:50 I had a notification saying it had been delivered! It has not. I requested my mo eh back and was told no. Tried calling the number can’t get through! I will be up tomorrow when I can get a lift to sort out my money as I was my £30 back!!! Complete waste of money do not order. Can’t get hold of them so if this is seen I will be up tomorrow on opening time to get my money back!!!!

Ordered food over 2 and half hours ago and still nothing has come really not happy. Can't get through on the phone I know it's busy but this isn't good enough.

What an absolute joke. I’ve now been waiting 3hrs for my delivery. I can’t comment on the quality of the food AS IT HAS NOT ARRIVED. I will not be ordering from this place again and would advise others to avoid the place like the plague

I will never order off them again food came and it was dripping in grease i eat a little bit and feel really sick all that money wasted and being sick do not recommend to anyone

We ordered quite a lot of stuff and waited an hour for food. We then called the restaurant and were told our order had been cancelled due to an allergy. There was no contact, no email, no phone call and the money had been taken. Avoids this place if you would like to have food at all. It takes 5 minutes to be told that the order had been cancelled. pick up the phone and communicate with customers who could be using you regularly.

The most disusting chinese food i have ever had. Chow mein was slimey kept sliding off my fork, the foo yung was just omlette not like scramled egg i have had in other chinese & the bbq ribs were the worst thing i have ever tasted 🤢🤢

Absolutely terrible tasteless chow mean no bean sprouts hardly any chicken the aromatic duck was terrible small portion dry tasteless just felt ripped didn't feel it was even worth what I paid never will I order again from this disgusting

My daughter has had 2 takeaways from you this week. 4 days ago the chips were literally inedible and now tonight she hasn't received the bag of chips she paid for! Too late now of course..she's just had to go to our local Indian takeaway to buy chips. I expect a refund!! Can't get hold of you on the phone.

Order never arrived, when trying to call them there was no answer . Paid and refused refund on FOOD THAT NEVER ARRIVED. Please avoid if your actually hungry :) just stick to ordering if you fancy wasting money.

A shame to be so negative but oh well. The food was luke warm and not very nice which gave me food poisoning a few days later. Sauce and chips were very poor. The staff were very nice and friendly but the food was woeful and made me very ill. I'm very disappointed as I don't order out much but from now on I'll stick to places I know .

Been very loyal to this chinese, but no more. Lost our business. They don't listen to feedback and food lacking in the amount of sauce that comes with the food. Always half full. Chips solid. Tried numerous times to explain, but met with either attitude or yes yes, with no change. Food is rather tasteless also. Stuck with them as they do beancurd, deliver with a fee, and you can pay by card. Their loss. I've watched the ratings dwindle over time.

Just had thai seafood tomyum soup. One muscle two or three little prawns and just crabsticks and bamboo shoots! Very disappointing.

Ordered food 2 hours ago. Said on Just Eat food was on it’s way an hour ago. We ordered from Llansamlet so it shouldn’t even take half an hour to get here.

Chips was solid curry was more grease than it was curry. Besides that the curry came tipped all in the bag. Lady was so rude when I took the food back asking me do I always order food to take it back. Iv been the the hospital with my partner all day long all we wanted was for some food and chill out! driver under paid me witch was solved at the door no problem at all it was the driver that notice not me and she tried saying he didnt under pay and that i tried ripping him off basically so I showed her the change he gave me I was so angry I ended up leaving the money there! Will never order there again very unprofessional and very rude! Wouldnt even give them 1 star

Ordered on line, chicken and mushroom soup was like water, king prawn balls over cooked and the batter was too thick. The curry was very bland and tasteless. Will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely dreadful food! Arrived tepid, crispy beef was extremely rubbery, chicken in the curry looked dubious and the noodles were so dry they were stuck together. Very disappointing, had to throw it away it was so awful. Will never go there again!

Good if you want a quick Chinese but not amazing Chinese food..

Apart from the mix up, me and my partner have had a really good experience, phone up and told them there was a mix up and the guy on the was so nice and helpes us out. 10/10 would buy frim there again, delivery was fast aswell!

Just received our food from this place . Quite possibly the worst Chinese food, or any food in general, that I’ve ever had. We ordered as soon as it opened on Sunday evening, so you would think everything would be fresh and tasty. The chips were dry and over done, like they had been waiting under hot lamps keeping warm for two hours. The sweet and sour chicken balls were the same. Dry and over cooked. Horrible. And the portion of special fried rice was less than any other place. I’ll never get food from here again. And I’ll recommend to others to go elsewhere. How any business owner can serve that up to their customers is beyond me

Ordered vermacelli noodles Singapore style. Charged me 6 pounds and NO meat in there only two tiny slices of green pepper and few onions. Not impressed.

Since the takover, this place serves some really great Chinese food. I've not had a bad meal from here, and the service is always really friendly. I recommend the Hoi Sin Sauce dishes, especially the chicken; and also the crispy shredded beef.
