Swansea Social Hideaway in Neath Port Talbot

The place was ok. The atmosphere was quiet. The people there were quite nice, but when and i ordered ketchup (which was 50p), they didn't add it, and when i asked, they decided. The food was not really amazing and was not filling still starving, and please use it as a last resort.

Basic take out counter with overpriced food. I guess they only stay in business because of the captive student/staff population. Over 5 pounds for a 'beef' burrito that was nothing but rice and bread. I think it would have qualified as Vegan in most restaurants.

I'm a swansea university student and also have been working as a chef for nearly 7 years now. I get it's a university, student based place, cheap and quick food place. But the food was not the one. Off cut of gammon, stone cold, bullet like peas and an egg that was far from cooked. The Lasagne was also dry. As a chef, I personally would not be proud to say I serve this food 🤷🏻‍♂️

Terrible canteen, spend almost an hour waiting and orders are often lost. The internal systems clearly do not function properly and the app is horrible to use. The food is ok, just about worth the price but the experience ruins it

Amazing canteen provided for the students. One of the amazing deals is that they provide with 50% discount for your first order. Order can be made from the app or at the counter. There are different cuisine to choose. From small snacks to heavy meals during lunch times. The food taste amazing here from spicy meals to home cooked food. Time taken for the food to be delivered is usually 15 mins to 30 mins. This is an amazing place for a social space and to relax.
