Subway in Rugby

I went today, Very nice place there is one lady she is too kind and generous and there was one man with short height he was also kind overall the customer experienced was too great ! Great food, service, manners, all lovely ! ❤️

Order was delivered missing an item

I waited 3.5 hours for cold food to arrive and couldn't cancel as they said the restaurant had cooked it already !

Jacket potato arrived but sandwich didn't

I will not go there again, Junction one subway is not far and service is really good there.

In my sub I got three pieces of sweetcorn and five peppers with a load of mayo should of just been a mayo sub

Efficient, friendly service. Clean, light and airy store. Price in line with other Subway stores up and down the country. No major issues.

I come to rugby abit and always greeted with a lovely lady purva I slthink she needs a pay rise. Her customers skill are really good and she's always smiling 😃

I asked specifically not to have any salad, in particular peppers and onions, in the sub I ordered and they were put in regardless. Why have a notes section for the shop if they’re not read?

What? Its been marked as delivered but hasn't arrived? I even checked the doorbell footage to make sure I wasnt going crazy! This is shocking, I thought I would give them a second chance after having a late arrival on a pre ordered request yesterday, which turned out to be totally the wrong order 😪 why can I not get the food I have paid for 😔

An order arrived 10 min late and also wrong, I have a totally different order and the delivery guy had run off before I had noticed and could get back to the door to tell him 😒

I didn't have a good experience at all. Received a call from the restaurant that they don't have a veg patty so they have downgraded my order. I felt like I had paid higher than what I received.

My delivery time was changed multiple times. I called subway and the reason was because the driver didn’t turn up. By the time I got my food it was cold.

Subway Toilet is like the bog out of Trainspotting , it’s never seen a bottle of bleach before, also three quid for a coffee I’m off to McDonald’s Management shape up

I have just bought a salad from here and my goodness it really was not worth £4.49, there literally was a few pieces of lettuce, 3 slices of cucumber, 3 slices of tomato, 2 slices of very thin ham a few other chosen salad items and it hardly covered the bottom of the box, wish I had driven to the other end of Rugby to get one as theirs have never disappointed 😡

Good service and Nice & Clean store

I couldn’t believe how bad the service here was. I went around 11am today. I was barely greeted with a hello from a member of staff behind the counter. The lady had a nose piercing, the other lady was lovely to her customer. I asked for a footlong meatball she just shrugged her shoulders and said what bread. Very unfriendly, I also asked for a pepperoni slice, she put it on wrong and everything fell off, so instead of making a new one, she then took the already cooked pepperoni and cheese off and put it on a new piece of bread with no sauce so I then ended up with a cremated pepperoni slice. I then went to pay and she said that’s £4.58 I even queried it and said are you sure? (You’d be able to see on the cameras) to my surprise she said yeah. So I paid £4.58 for a foot long sub and a cremated pepperoni slice. Genuinely could not believe how bad the service was. Only got 2 star because the other lady was lovely. Probably won’t be coming back.

Avoid this place, very unfriendly staff, the lady that served me today mixed up toppings, claiming that she didn't understand as "i don't speak properly," and saying that in a rude manner. However she barely could understand English, the man next to her had to take over. Definitely won't return,bad experience.

First time I have used this store, I ordered via the app and both foot long sandwiches were perfect. Very pleased will visit again.

Friendly staff. Quick serving. Tried chicken tikka with Italian herbs with toppings: onion rings, cheese, Jalapin, corn, chipotle. Average test can be tried once. Free parking available and Aldi is just beside.

It's had a refit since I last went so looks good inside. But the lettuce was yellowy, spinach a bit soggy and the drinks from the fridge were not cold. They had run out of meatball pots so used a drinks cup. That was fine but they only put a few meatballs in there, less than normal. I normally love Subway but not impressed with that store yesterday.

Painfully slow service. Not good to see a server handling a bin and then handling customer's food immediately after either!

Bad customer service. Was told 'go away, we're closed'. It was 1915, sign on door says open to 1930 and door was unlocked. Why say open until 1930 if you aren't, and no need to be so rude. Rubbish!!

Very Poor customer service, card reader not working, forgot a sub and charged wrong amount until I told them to check. If I could they would get minus stars. Do not use awful absolutely terrible.

Had a really bad experience at this subway on monday evening with a very rude English lad serving, spoke to Mulik the owner today who was so apologetic and mortified at the way we had been treated as we are regular customers, The regular staff they have in subway central park are so friendly and no there regular customers and always go out of the way to make you feel welcome, after speaking to Mulik today I no he will speak to the lad in question and hopefully this will never happen again, we are not going to let this bad experience influence us in anyway, this is still our favourite subway in Rugby.

Friendly and efficient staff, clean and bright, accessible parking and toilet. Helpful place to stop before motorway.

Every time I've been here it has always been quiet with very little waiting time, the food is great and so has been the service, clean tables and floor. Good low seating provided near the window. Free car parking with plenty of room.

2 staff can't speak english properly So how can they get your order correct !!! One bloke was as slow as a snail I think the snail past I'm on the shop floor not good for customer Service maybe management need to address this situation !!!!

Slow service not very friendly

Closed 40 minutes early today. Door sign stated it was open until 16:30. We walked in at 15:50. Not happy at all.

The poor tall lad who was working all by himself on Saturday 26th August a lunch time, felt really bad for him they need to get more staff ridiculous
