burger was lovely, great quality meat. sweet potato fries tasted great. onion rings not so great, soggy and tasteless. but overall we enjoyed the food. unfortunately they did not send the free salad that comes with it, and I did tick to recieve it 😕

Our waitress Joana was lovely!! We came to celebrate our son’s 13 birthday and he told us she was his favourite waitress he’d ever had. Very friendly, bubbly, patient and accommodating A* service.

Shadi was out waitress on a busy Saturday evening. She was attentive, polite and a pleasure to be served by. The food came out in the timely manner and couldn't be faulted. We had the Sirloin steak, cooked medium rare and was perfect and the original combo which was amazing. I haven't got a bad word to say about the experience. Shadi deserves a big shout out as she made our evening.

We went to the Bell and Barge last Friday night, we have been a few times now and it’s safe to say this Harvester always delivers. It was a lovely location to spend the warm summer’s evening, the vibrant atmosphere was accompanied by delicious food and friendly customer service. I would like to offer particular thanks to our waitress for the evening, Mackenzie, who was an absolute pleasure and catered to our every need. She deserves a promotion. The food was exquisite, as always, I would thoroughly recommend the chicken stack or the grilled salmon and baked potato, which is my uncle’s all-time favourite. The salad bar was once again sensational, I would highly recommend the newly added beetroot and apple pasta salad. Five stars to the Bell and Barge, we cannot wait to come back.

Harvesters vary but always friendly and helpful at the Bell and Barge Rugby. Very nice Pork belly and the salad bar is up kept very well and regularly refreshed. Teagan was uber lovely and prompt with efficiency and quick service!

Far far better chicken, salad, sides and cleanliness compared to a Nando's I went to in Gloucester Quays yesterday. Harvester all the way for me. The chicken was succulent and very very fresh as always in this particular Harvester - well done to the team 😘

I don’t normally take to posting reviews but the customer service in Rugby was zero. The only time someone came to our table was to deliver the food, it felt more like self service. It’s a real shame, last week we visited Nuneaton harvester and they were brilliant, I feel guilty for not leaving them a 5 star review. Posting this because someone needs a nudge, we are the cash paying customers and complacency has clearly set in.

Lovely food and outstanding service from Emily at the bar. She was very helpful and was really lovely with our little boy. She is a credit to the pub! We will be back soon

Shadi was an absolutely amazing server - kind, polite and courteous. She went above and beyond with her communication style, letting us know when things might be slightly delayed. She is a credit to this Harvester and clearly a very hard working and dedicated member of staff.

Exactly what we needed after a long drive. Staff were really friendly. Dogs welcome on one half of the pub and outside, massive garden area and tasty food. No complaints. Really good value and nice atmosphere.

5 Stars – Great Food and Friendly Service! I recently had a lovely meal at Harvester and left genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for a casual bite. I ordered the Classic Chicken Burger, and it was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The portion size was generous, and it came with perfectly cooked chips and a fresh helping from the salad bar, which is always a great bonus at Harvester. What stood out most was the value for money and the attentive service throughout the meal. Everything felt well looked after, from the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant. If you’re after a hearty, satisfying meal in a comfortable setting, Harvester is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be returning soon!

On a very hot day unlimited salad was just what was needed and the rest of the food was good too. The restaurant was busy so the wait for food was expected. Joana was our server and she was attentive, warm and friendly. Would come back.

we came back today to give the harvester another go and what a difference the food was amazing and so was the service, the last time we came the chef in the kitchen was rude to the staff which was awkward, however today we noticed the opposite the chefs were helping out new staff members and being supportive of all the staff which was lovely to see so glad we returned cant wait to come back again 😀

Justice served us today and what can I say? Always greets us with a very warm welcome, always chatty, always pleasant, I don’t think the Harvestor would be the same if Justice left. One of the best serves you have! Also have to say as well, Tracey and Karen who greeted us upon arrival before Justice came to take over, both Tracey and Karen are both great in everything they do and are absolute treasures to the Harvestor.

Decent food and faultless service from Joana

Food quality is going down hill. Very poor for what you pay

We are regulars at the Bell & Barge & is easy to book online of if the system is down you can phone up the restaurant. There is plenty of parking usually available. You are usually greeted & then shown to your table as they provide full table service, if you are new to the harvester they will explain the setup of the establishment such as the location of the toilets & salad cart. The waitress will then take your drink order & ask about any allergies that any of your party will have & if so they will go into full detail of what you can & can’t have or possibly swap items for you. When they bring the drinks they will take your food order & supply you with a bowl for you to help yourself to the salad cart which is kept clean & freshly stocked. The meals tend to take around 30 minutes +/- 10 to arrive depending on how busy they are. The food is generally of good quality & the portion size is good, it’s just a shame that the plates are too small for the food. The waitresses usually check everything is ok with your meals after a few minutes & will rectify any issues that you may have. The hard part is resisting the temptation for a dessert as they are very good with large portions. If you download the Harvester App you get many offers if you collect the stamps such as free drinks or main courses or 30% off depending on the stamp you are collecting. Currently there is an offer on Tuesdays for some of the chicken dishes being only £8 (including some vegetarian options) which is a bonus, which enables us to never pay full price unless it is a bank holiday. We get world class service from the amazing Jo & a few of the other members of the team, Jo goes that extra mile with all of her customers & not just the regulars like ourselves & the many people that we frequently see there. We recommend the Bell & Barge for nice food with great service.

Had booked a table for 9 people rang to add another 2 at short notice. Not a problem. We were greeted warmly and asked if we were celebrating. It was my great nephews 9th birthday. Our server, Justice, made sure she wished him a happy birthday. We were given plenty of time to choose out meals. Justice, was cheerful and knowledgable. She even charged our phone so we could access our discount code. We all had a lovely time, thank you.

A lovely meal! Visited for a family members birthday, there were 10 of us, we were served by Shadi, she was kind, helpful and attentive making sure we were all happy which was lovely. We brought in a cake for the birthday and she lit the candles and sorted it for us which was so helpful. The food was lovely and service was brilliant.

Great staff, Matthew Nikki, Sophie, Justice, Karen and all the team make it a pleasure to visit! Food and drink always good with a lovely atmosphere. I always visit when in Rugby.

The service and the atmosphere at the B&B was great, but it was let down by the quality of the food, we ordered four meals and everyone of them was over cooked the meat was as tough as old boots, with no favour. The other thing that was disappointing was that we decided to ask for the meat to be taken away, yes for our dog only to be told we charge for that. Beware that they don't accept blue light cards on event weekends even when you don't order from the event menu.

We’ve become fairly regular here, now. The food, alongside the amazing salads is an absolute hit(esp. the new rice bowls) but their hospitality and atmosphere get a 10/10. Special mention to one of the kindest face in there - always a pleasure to be served by Gemma. Thank you!

The food was perfect my allergies were observed and I felt very safe to eat my order the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly and we were made to feel special from beginning to end. Joanna was professional, thoughtful, caring and cheerful and was like a hostess more than a waitress she represented your company in a very positive way. We had a great time at this harvester! We were a big group of people with a lot of kids and some allergies to deal with and Shadi was absolutely wonderful with us! So friendly and so helpful. We all said multiple times how fab she was!

Terrible cuisine, don't even try to go there to eat! The meat they bring is impossible to chew, it's like rubber! There were three of us and we tried to eat and all three of us spat out the "rubber" meat on napkins! The service is like in the Cambodian Republic, no one will come up to ask if everything is okay and so on... We had to get up ourselves and go to the bar several times reminding about the dessert that we had to wait 15 minutes for, just ice cream, not a steak or Peking duck, just damn ice cream, you have to go 15 minutes to remind... The meat looks different for the same dishes, how is that possible, it's the same dish... Don't go there, someone will get poisoned there one day.

Visited for the second time as we had a great meal the first. This time the service was excellent due to the staff member Ray . She lived up to her name , “ a Ray of sunshine “ Great banter , very professional.

It was very busy the evening we were there. To fair it’s good to see places busy. Our server Hayley kept us informed of the busy kitchen and things would take a little longer. Hayley kept her wonderful smile. The apple crumble sundae was fabulous and a great recommendation.

We would not normally post a review but Our waitress Domenika was so helpful, She made our lunch a really pleasant experience, with her knowledge and advise it was one of the nicest we had eaten.

Dropped in a for a quick meal we where greeted and shown to are table by teagon who also served us while we where there she had all the information we needed with one of us having an allergy and ever suggested the chicken skewer with peri sauce and it was very enjoyable and we had a great time we will be returning again thanks to her amazing hospitality and the lovely food

This is our favourite local and we keep coming back as the food is delicious, we love the unlimited salad bar and the service is always outstanding. We were looked after by Rey and she was ever so cheerful and helpful. Will definitely be coming back and hopefully served by Rey again!
