Subway in Charnwood

This store is by far the best store in Loughborough. It's always clean and tidy. Well stocked and the staff are always friendly. Never had any issues with this store unlike the others in Loughborough. It's worth the extra travelling to get decent service and food.

The Manager (think she’s a female I can’t tell or presume) spoke down to me like I was something on her shoe and because I asked her if I can have crispy onions on my subway sandwich. She needs to leave her problem filled personal life at home and not talk to me like I’m a child with no respect or professionalism, absolutely disgusted.

Just awful. Went for a take-out breakfast this morning and was frankly embarrassed to take it back to the office. Menu options such as omelettes and brown sauce not available. The sausages were patties, the portions tiny and the bread dry and chewy.

Terrible! No vegan options anymore, set menu that was not explained. They now have number options that are set what’s inside and no variation. Make your own is now more expensive. Manager very rude, hard to understand and has a bad attitude. Will definitely not be going back to subway now with all theses VERY expensive changes. Subway has always been about make your own, have your own choice, now not so much, it’s have what we say and we will charge you a fortune for it!
