Recieved a £60 fine for parking in the car park outside right outside shop whilst collecting food - Apparently the car park belongs to Vets 4 Pets which is on the other side of the building how does that make sense?!!! The shop could put a notice on the Door to warn customers!

I’m a subway veteran, I’ve eaten more subways than I care to count and been to hundreds of restaurants. This particular restaurant is very good! They always have all the ingredients, the staff are friendly and very efficient. They certainly know how to make a good sandwich. It is always clean. I go to this one because I know they reliable and deliver excellent service! Highly recommend.

I am 4 point short on the app so last week I decided to buy a drink to get the point then to qualify to have free sandwich but what happened next the point of that drink didn’t come straight away and I was told it will take 24-48 hr I’m sorry but that’s it works when I put use the code on the receipt manually so it should have gone automatically so I decided to buy the sandwich separately as well and they scan my app again for the point but 1 week gone and I never received those points!plus this is not the first time last year I order online and they missed my crisps as well.never go back there again

Staff are rude they try to rush you and then don't listen to you don't look at the dates on your sub app and try to tell you it's expired when it clearly hasn't also in the past have been served mouldy sub rolls and didn't want to give a refund just another sub !

Phoned up this evening to complain about an order only to get some man on the other end of the phone being very rude.telling me to come down and look at the cctv to prove how he made the sub i was complaining about even though i had it in front of me and could see for myself. Absurdly discusted by the service of the staff! I want in to This store to be NOT greeted by a guy sat on his phone who huffed upon getting up to serve, didn't even say hello or ask me what I wanted, just looked at me and made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience to his evening. So I proceeded to place my order of a tuna footlong sub, so he proceeded to make it, being very shy in giving Me very small scoops of tuna, so I asked for more knowing a footlong warrants 4 scoops not 3! I was rudly told its extra, so he smeared the small amount out and that was that, so I asked for grated cheese knowing it 2 scoops of cheese in a footlong he literally put a pich, again asked for more and was again told with a massive sigh it is extra... OK... so I continued. I then ordered hash brown which he clearly had in the counter but to be told its online only... well you have them so can i have them please , he replid no, online only... OK....so i proceeded to ask for spicy nachos instead. My god, I literally got 7 crisps covered in sauce, around 6 jalapeños and the skinniest amount of cheese ever. having had this several times I know how it should look, I used to eat subway every day for a year! So I know what's what. Anyway this guy rudely proceeded to wrap it up, and ask for my money, no thanks no nothing. This bloke should not be at the forefront of a CUSTOMER based retail shop when he shows no basic manners or customer service skills, if he was the front of my business he would be sacked very quickly! Not professional in the slightest! Safe to say was very un happy with my SUB standard subway, not happy at all and the staff member absolutely discusting! I ALSO HAD TO ASK HIM TO CLEAN THE KNIFE BEFORE HE CUT MY SUB, IT WAS FILTYH WITH OTHER RESIDIE OF MEAT PRODUCTS! , NO CONSIRATION FOR VEGETARIAN / PESCITARIANS! Have it your way is subways motto... like hell isit. Have it how your given it and shut up was the way I was made feel. Never ever will I send another pound TO eat in this store! And I will also post a review on Google and trip advisor for this. Absolutely disgusting.

One star based of my experience recently, I don’t always have issues but I’ve become unwell from the food I had, the sandwich had a interesting taste, tho I asked for light Mayo it tasted like blue cheese, I ate some of that and binned the rest as it’s not my first time getting sick from Subway (though it was a few years ago) I’m pretty unwell so I figured what was the issue. It’s no longer worth me ordering in the chance of that happening a 3rd time.

Ordered from Just eat and 1 of the drinks were missing when I phone to complain I was told by the employee he gave it to the driver and the driver gave it to me, i suggested he was calling me a liar and was told yes I must be lying!!!! I asked him what he would do about the missing drink he said nothing he could do😡😡😡 I told him i could see on my CCTV that i was given 1 drink and he hung up on me! 5 minutes later the driver bought the drink to the door!! Someone was lying to me I don't care who but the lack of customer service and being called a liar is beyond belief!! I would give 0 stars but it won't let me!!

Sandwich really poor, hard bread, can't see the cheese and 2 jalapeño peppers and about 3 peppers. Spoke to store and they are not interested or care. Delivery orders they can make it how they want as no come back. Going by other reviews can see they are tight on the fillings which was clear on mine today. Won't go back there.

Food is of good quality, however they always put less meatballs in their meatball sub than is meant to be in there. 6inch is meant to have 4 meatballs, they put 3, footlong is meant to have 8 meatballs, they put 5 or 6. When questioned, told that's how they're told to do it. Never have this problem with any other Subway. Guessing this is a franchise trying to make the most out of their money.

Cant agree with their landlord Vets4pets on a parking arrangement for their customers and instead allow them to be trapped and taken to court. Harrased for 3 years by premier park and just been fined £205 for buying a sandwich shows they dont give a toss about their customers. Will never buy subway again.

I do use this store a lot possibly too much. Recently had problems with the coffee machine not working more often than not. Also problems using voucher cloud vouchers there, hopefully they will fix soon. Staff are always good just need the technology to work and then will 5/5

Went in with a valid UniDays meal deal code and despite repeatedly telling the cashier the code was not a scan code but a type-in code in the till, she wouldn't listen and kept trying to scan it until saying "we dont take this code" when the code was indeed valid for that Subway. She then spent a good 5 minutes on the phone with me waiting there and my food getting cold and customers lining up behind me, still trying to scan the code that clearly was not a scan code as it doesn't have a bar or qr code. By the time i finally paid for my food and got my cup, i was then told after the fact that the soda machine was broken and to take a bottle of water instead. The second bad experience in a row with this Subway

I went in there on my afternoon break, the shop was full of teenagers, that didn’t have food, just sat around, there was no place for me to sit and eat my food, so I had to eat it in my car which I strongly dislike doing. The shop was dirty, my hash browns were undercooked, and 6” sub looked like it had been sat on, the staff answered there mobile phones.

The food is ok as you can't really go wrong with it. But the shop looks like it needs a good clean and modernisation the staff found it hard to understand our northern accents and didn't seem to speak much English. Then when you think they've got it, you find you have something that doesn't even resemble what you ordered. No consistency. Time to stop going here. Have been put off visiting because outside is littered with rubbish from Subway and the students who frequent it. Do any of the staff bother to go out and pick it up?? Employees often hang around outside with their friends smoking and sitting on motorbikes. Its a disgraceful first impression so I will never set foot in there!

Unfortunately the service was terribly slow, the guy who served me attempted to have some banter with me and a joke but my God he took ages to make the thing. 3 members of staff, one of whom was serving me all just stood around having a lovely chat whilst my sub was very slowly being made. Hate to complain but I honestly could have gone to Tesco’s, brought the ingredients, gone home, made it and I would have had it sooner. Honestly it was tragically painful! Need to speed up the service!

Moe Lester is the best employee ever. He was very kind to me on my visit to the store. I was very indecisive on what to have and he suggested to me what goes best with what. We had a lovely chat, as nobody was there, but as the morning rush influxuated he was quick on his feet working at a quick pace, but still making sure he got every order correct. High recommendations from me! My sandwich was perfect too!
