Older guy serving had a right attitude to any customer that came up.

Literally the worst BK I've ever had. Want mayo? I said no. Want pickles? No again. Get served mayo and pickles, rendering my burger inedible. The fries weren't salted either. You know it's bad when the best item is the drink...

I always bring my kids in before we go off to the cinema and ballpit or bowling and they always chose upstairs seating because they like looking out the window for the buses that go pass

They have nice seating you have a choice to sit upstairs or down stairs always clean and tidy fast food service and they have always got my order right always fresh and hot

I visited for the free whopper day on 5th march. As I entered the restaurant it was obviously quite busy at 8 pm. For some reason they had turned the self service machines off and made everyone stand in a huge queue which was frustrating. The server kept shouting out no more, last ones now no more, a very cold atmosphere. When I finally reached the front of the queue I was served and my burger arrived in under a minute which I thought was strange. It was ok but this morning I woke up feeling very poorly and subsequently I have had diarrhoea all day. I'm not prone to upset stomach at all and can only assume I must have eaten something very dirty, bacteria or cross contaminated food. Really not impressed at all.

Burger King delivers classic fast-food flavors with standout options. While the menu offers good variety and value, service speed and quality sometimes fall short during busy hours.

Rare for me to post reviews but this Burger King was just plain bizarre (15/12/24). Arrived at approx 9:15pm and ordered a soft drink, no receipt/number given from machine. Customer toilets locked, access code would have appeared on the receipt so had to ask other customers for the code. Wasn't alone with this so one chap had to share the code on his receipt with two others. Police arrived to check out CCTV for earlier incident and walked straight through the kitchen to sit in the back room, much like Phil and Nige in Early Doors. After waiting 10-15 minutes for a cup (self-service drinks machine), I had to ask how much longer it would take for me to pour my own drink. Gave me a cup straight away. Once I turned to leave, a member of the kitchen staff had LOCKED THE DOOR AND PREVENTED CUSTOMERS FROM LEAVING AS THEY WERE 'AT CAPACITY'. Staff member continued to stand at the door, refusing to unlock the door to let people in or out. 10 customers all stood at the door being denied exit, again told we were 'at capacity'. Fire safety regulations surely broken? Two police officers still sat in the backroom at this point. After a bit of a stand off for 3/4 minutes, another member of the kitchen staff came and unlocked the door and let us leave..(approx 9:40pm) Drink was flat and weak, definitely low in the syrup. Didn't bother going back in to change it, not worth the hassle of trying to access Fort Burger.

Only 1 flavour of fizzy drink was available (diet coke). Service was slow. Toilets were horrendous. Touch screen ordering screen was out of use. Burger looked like it had been launched at a wall then trodden on. Chilli cheese bites were nice. Chips were hot.

Very tasty food, speedy and friendly service, the restaurant did have quite a bit of litter around it but overall it was a nice experience.

Food is always dead. The drink is always luke warm. The cheese in the burger tastes like rubber and it’s so overpriced for how it tastes.

The place was clean for once probably cos it was almost devoid of customers. The food however was lukewarm Fries were more salt than potato and tasted old and barely reheated. As for the so called gourmet burger I have seen more appetising food in Saturday night drunken vomit on the pavement. The taste worse than that from a dodgy burger van and left a horrible furry aftertaste.

Never had a bad meal here, shame it's always seem to have seems to be empty alm the time due to location would see it thriving in a shopping centre like westquay.

Whopper Burger was Amazing the beef patty was very juicy and flame grilled perfectly. Chicken nuggets were also nice but the onion rings were little soggy.

Tables covered in old food, zero people cleaning, the burger had to be sent back stone cold, the gents toilets had a blocked cubicle with faeces overflowing above the rim, probably from a customer who just ate there.. zero cleanliness here never seen one so bad.

What a truly horrible place!!!! Every table had dropped food on the floor, the tables had reminance of food and sauce over them. The waste bins were overflowing with wrappers on the floor. The staff were just standing around chatting, one female customer was ignored for a while so they could finish their chat. Then the 'food' came out...... it was literally thrown together and on to the tray. Other customers complained the food was cold and the staff were not bothered about apologising or mustering up any motervation to help. I was in true shock that it was so so bad. Completely unbelievable from a large chain. Never again. Even McDonald's looked appetizing after this experience

Hands down, the Burger King in our area stands out as the best. What sets it apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to assist customers, always sporting a friendly smile. Special mention goes to Ruben, the outstanding manager, whose helpfulness truly enhances the dining experience.

Good deals as with any branch but this particular branch is filthy. Had to ask for a cloth because not one table had been cleaned down. There was rubbish on and under tables and bins were overflowing. Don't even get me started on the toilets. Litter everywhere in cubical, cracked toilet bowls, very little toilet rolls and generally disgusting. Key coded as well so access is just for customers but you would think it would be better managed and maintained. It wasn't busy, staff stood around chatting, being very short with customers (almost to say 'why are you interrupting my conversation) and they generally looked bored. Sign read card payments at kiosk... Indicating very limited to no interaction with customers who want to be served by humans but also want to pay by card. Very soulless takeaway restaurant.

I visited for the first time in maybe three years, and it has gone downhill somewhat. Interior run down, food was not as hot as should be.

Worst experience I ordered a vegan burger they gave me a chicken 1 I hadn’t touched it as soon as I got it I asked them to give me the vegan 1 they refused and asked for a recipe that I didn’t get they were saying how I had ordered a chicken 1 Reuben was the working and was making a big situation out of it I couldn’t eat the chicken 1 as it is out of my religion I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just swap it out for a vegan 1 as I hadn’t touched it waste of money workers terrible Reuben waste of space

Usually BK means long waits, wrong orders etc. Genuinely never waited more than 5 or so minutes here. Been half a dozen times. The standard all BKs should be set by.

This is one of the best burger kings I have been to in the UK. Everyone in the group wolfed down their food and all commented on how good it was. The food was prepared for us very quickly and the store was clean. Cannot fault it.

Nightmare at Burger King Southampton Our much-anticipated visit to Burger King in Southampton turned into a disaster. The rude male manager, messy toilets, and overall chaotic atmosphere left us with no intention of ever returning. The low point came when I slipped on rubbish, tearing my coat. The manager's dismissive response was disheartening. To make matters worse, the food was served cold, earning the service 1 star and the atmosphere a negative -5 stars. The only redeeming factor was the food, deserving a modest 3-star rating. Our journey from London to Southampton was soured by the worst Burger King experience imaginable. We won't be back, and I advise others to steer clear of this particular branch. We have Photos as well.

It was extremely busy and there wasnt anywhere to sit so when this man came in taking over a table of four seats sits and slowly eat his wenzels goods while staring in disgrace at this women who was coughing like she shouldn't be there well and then he left his rubbish behind.

I feel extremely offended, there is a staff just being racist, I am going to send the email to the head office as well 12/12 around 17:40,I ordered my meal and waited there , there was a old customer kept asking meals , so the staff was very patient to answer it , coz the customer was old . Then when I picked my order , agirl from kitchen just called this staff , so I just spoke excuse me , can I get 2 ketchups . This staff suddenly returned to me and said easy ! You are shouting ! Me feel very confused and said I didn’t, my frd was standing there with me , she said yeah she didn’t, then this tall white guy with glasses said yeah , you did ! I feel very confused and when I got back to home , I suddenly thought I met a racist , he was friendly to anyone else even the old customers, anyway I am going to report this to the head office

I will never come back here. Worst service ever. Rubbish everywhere, they didn't provide a trays for us, with excuses that they don't have any. I can notice trays everywhere but not clean!!!

I paid burger king a visit as not been for ages went in with my son I had one of the new ish meals upgrade it to loaded fries and had chilli Doritos fries aswell and my son had a chicken royal meal and he loved it and mine I liked to so will be back.

Slow service. The chips were cold. The "crispy" Doritos chicken fried were chewy not crispy. The burger was small and dry. Used to really love BK occasionally for a cheap meal but seems they (or specifically this restaurant) has gone downhill.
