Sam was incredible, don’t normally get sauce but thought I’d try some this time, Sam gave me chipotles southwest, best sub I’ve ever had. If it was up to me between the selection of sauce and services I’d make him manager and up the pay to £300p/hr. Subway is good but Sam Is better, I’m my professional opinion the Haverfordwest branch wouldn’t be nothing without him. Goodnight god bless. The

I asked for a sandwich with hash browns, crispy onion and ketchup and got one without for the same price

The girl dropped the knife on the floor then used it on my order, the guy didn't use any gloves when taking out the bread from the oven, I had some different flavoured chicken in with my order, contamination. Asked if we wanted it toasted and it came back like it been in the microwave, Luke warm. Disgusting

The girl who served me was picking her acne and scratching her hairline with the same gloved hand she handled salad with. Absolutely disgusting. Never going back to this Subway.

Best avoided. Terrible service. Ordered a plain sandwich. Said three times I didn't want cheese before it was thrown back in to the container. Asked numerous times not to have it toasted but worker was so busy having her own conversation with colleagues she proceeded to ignore me completely. Also ignored me completely when I asked for a second sandwich.. again too busy chatting. Was then asked what salad I wanted on now toasted sandwich which gave me the opportunity to go elsewhere making it clear that this was not what I had ordered or would be paying for. Avoid at all costs unless you're happy to pay for whatever they decide you're having !!!

Me and my husband ordered a foot long meatball marinara. When we got home the meatballs were stone cold and we only live 2 minutes from the shop so they should of been still hot. When I took a bite out of a meatball it tasted gone off and made me feel very sick. My husband had the same taste to his. We were very disappointed at the service and the product. Will not be returning there.

Took my son here for lunch. It was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again when we are here on holiday

Just ignore queues n waiting customers n serve coffee...n when leaving the attitude on staff member was sarcastic...

We went for a long river walk yesterday morning {Bank Holiday Monday} and, finishing near Castle Square, decided we needed some nice hot food. Subway looked inviting! The two staff members were very cheerful, friendly, and welcoming as soon as we walked inside; attending to us straight away with helpful suggestions. We wanted to try the veggie/vegan range that we had heard of and were impressed with the choice. It's a great little takeaway/eat-in restaurant. The interior is bright and spotlessly clean with pristine tables and chairs. We almost ate in but we needed to press on. We were impressed with the nice selection of fillings and salads on display behind a sparkling screen. Overall, a lovely experience. Highly recommended. I must add a big THANK YOU to the staff for being there in these strange times. You made us feel very comfortable. Stay well and all best wishes to you.

It was very poor and rushed the staff were so frantic to get customers through. I got a box salad which was basically a box of frantically thrown in salad whatever the poor staff could throw in.

It's a Subway. This means you can already visualise what you're going into. Now, make it neater and definitely cleaner than most Subway's. The staff actually mop and clean and it looks like it was opened recently, instead of the usual muck-in-the corners place you were visualising at the start. It's also really hot on a sunny day, so expect to get fairly warm while you're waiting! Staff friendly and service quick.

Just ordered the nacho chicken and "crispers" the chicken was so disappointing... but the crispers, could not have been worse, soggy uncooked rubbish... thankfully the subs are good.

Liked the hot foot long rolls with the fillings of you choice. I would say they are good value.

Maybe i am out if touch, but £20 for 2, six in subs and 3 chocolate milkshakes, just seems a bit bonkers

Just been to subway Haverfordwest with my 2 small children, asked for daughters salad in a small pot instead of on her 6 inch sub, they cannot do this with out charging extra for a side salad, no sense at all an no help or explanation subway that's ur last, thanks for being so helpful, not

Tastes bloody better than local one back home. But loses two stars due to not properly cleaning knives before cutting food. Leaving marinara sauce on food not containing it. What if someone was allergic to marinara ingredients?

Always clean, with friendly helpful staff, I never use to go to Subway when in City life but here in Pembrokeshire it's been a part of my places to eat for the last year or so.

Can't really go wrong with subway food! Often visit haverfordwest branch for lunch and never really had a bad experience however it's annoying how fast they turn over staff, constantly someone training.

Subway in Haverford west is in such a great location. It's right on the square. I recently met the owner of the franchise, such a nice bloke. Was really good to see him serving food and getting involved. The place is really clean, there's some tables and chairs as well which makes it a lot easier to eat sandwiches instead of standing up. The cookies in this place are fantastic...Nice and fresh as well. Great selection of fillings, drinks, crisps. For businesses they do a platter, which would be really handy for events. Would recommend this place for sure!

I went to subway the over day and I had meatballs madness and it was amazing and the staff were amazing as well. I always enjoy subway.

Think the girl who served us was new. She made the subs up to salad, completed the first one then touched mine with the same gloves that she had just used to put salad and onions on the first. The second had to be consigned to the bin and remade as I am highly allergic to onion. I think staff training isn't up to par.

Subways are all pretty much 3* experiences. The staff were extra friendly here though so have an extra star.

There'll always be a bit of a que it's a healthy meal my daughter loves to eat at Subway and is always a smile on her face after she's caned the Italian sweetcorn and chicken but I much prefer the pepperoni salad

Young man in service was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. I really appreciated the fact he asked if I'd like him to change his gloves as im vegetarian!! Good was quick and coffee good for a reasonable price😊

Always get what you ask for. Lady making my sandwich dropped it on way to the toaster but was quick to rectify by making another from scratch! In her haste she used the wrong bread option though 🙁
