Domino's Pizza - Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire

Unhappy customer in front of us said he had been waiting 15 mins to be served, our order included 2 drinks, we were only given 1 then the lady turned around and walked away. Expensive

What can I say the quality of food has dropped since my last review but as far as prices same as all Domino's expensive 😅

got a takeaway with my wife, now usually this pizza is amazing, this time, it was inedible. it was so greasy it was dripping through the box onto the floor. really really poor from a place usually so good.

Disgusting service I ordered a pizza the delivery driver just dumped it on my doorstep with no knock I no this because it clearly shows on my door bell the food was freezing and when I called to complain the big man on the other end was so rude says to me what do you want me to do about and hangs up on me then refuses to answer again so I make a complaint via email and im offered a free garlic bread with my next order absolutely disgusting place will never order from this place again

The good I ordered hadn’t been delivered, but they still charged me for it . When I called they said they would refund it . But I haven’t still gotten the refund. It’s appallingly bad service . I have lost 22 pounds .

Small are to dine in but brilliant staff, be aware parking paid, but park at morisson free and cross tunnel to domino's 💯

Nice looking shop. The guy who served me was polite and friendly. Food was good. Would have given 5 stars but the fact that one person is serving customers and making the food is not fair. I visited the shop at 13.00 and was fairly quiet. Anyone who knows anything about food hygiene is that you have one person on the till and one person preparing the food. Sort it out Dominoes and get some more staff. Happy Staff equals happy customers.

HUGELY EXPENSIVE!! I can get just as good for a TENTH of the price. It may not survive in these days of economic problems.

A bloke arriving at my house for delivery named Ashley gorge hitting my door when my baby was asleep! Shouting pizza is here! Revving his car out side my house! And the pizza was half eaten! And the other pizza looked like it was kicked about not happy at all! Sack would be your best option! Rude is an understatement!

Ordered over an hour ago, pizza tracker says delivered. Rang restaurant to ask what’s going on, put on hold, then told that the manager had been spoken to and my order will be made now and be on its way. It’s only a mile away but the question is, where is my original order? Ignored as I’m in a hotel? Or stolen? No explanation at all! Very poor customer service!

Orders consistently incorrect, sometimes not even vaguely correct, poorly cut, small portions and the garlic bread is often so poorly topped you have 1 slice with everything and 3 with nothing

Worst dominos pizza I have ever had, it’s cold, clumps of cheese you can just see. I will give -star if I could. Never ever will I ever waste money on this place. Why get a franchise when you can’t follow the original.

Well presented, very tasty. The offer was a bit confusing. We got 2 large instead of 2 medium pizzas, as we were in a bit of a rush we didn't have time to sort it out.

Phoned order in for collection. Only one was ready but staff very apologetic and made the pizza straight away

Recently ordered for collection, was stood around waiting at the counter despite several members of staff being in the kitchen that had clearly seen us, order was placed on the counter with no further communication! Not a goodbye, enjoy your order, have a good evening etc etc. Half and half pizza ingredients were strewn all over each side with no care to even attempt to keep it to one side. Poor service for a £40 order.

We arrived to find several people waiting for their orders, but for over 5 minutes, no member of staff appeared to take our order. The phone was ringing constantly and my feeling was that the 'buy one, get one free' offer for collection is a myth as no one is able to place an order in the first place. We walked out and went elsewhere.

I have ordered from this place numerous times. And not once has my food arrived in the time that is given nor has my food been warm let alone hot. Always tells me its stuck in quality check but there is no quality when it comes to the value for money in this case. You pay a great deal of money for food that is cold, squished and extortionate in price. I had a bad meal just a few days ago which was again cold and waited over an hour for. So I rung up the store and they told me I could get a voucher. So when I rung up to my disbelief the dude that supposedly put the voucher on my account had not done that and therefore all a shambles. When asked what can be resolved he simply couldn't give me an answer. Won't ever be getting food from here again.

Have had pizza to takeaway a few times since we moved to Wales and enjoyed them all. Excellent service.

Menu is currently restricted, but particularly the vegan and veggie versions are very satisfying.

Good side pizzas and nice cookies but half the pizzas arrive squshed up and broken in the box! Deliverys need to improve.

Pizza came hardly even hot and with hardly any cheese, a few slices didn't have cheese on it and when I called to complain and ask for a new one I was asked if they could "just give me a coupon" because they're busy and then was told rather rudely it would take an hour to do when the original order didn't even take that long. Personally I have never had a good experience with food from this store. Do not recommend.

My order is never fully delivered. Items missing, rubbish quality and squished pizza. Absolutely mess. Not to mention having chicken in my vegetarian order. What a joke.

Got to say, we've never had a bad pizza experience. Always tasty, hot and delicious ☺️ My only gripe is that they stopped doing the half and half pizza so you could have 2 different choices on the one pizza. Very handy for 2 people who like different toppings. Let's hope they stop the simplified menu.

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Collected from the shop for a birthday treat for family. The best thing I can say about the pizzas is that they were hot, apart from that, the bases were doughy, the fillings were pretty tasteless and they squirted some kind of sauce on top of the pizzas, which made them horrible. Will definitely not be going back there, ever. Much better to go to one of the unfranchised pizza places in the town. Better pizzas and greater choice.

Don't bother less than helpful staff

Lady could not even work the till for me to buy pizzas. She called others to help but none of them could be bothered to come and help. I left pizzaless!

Expensive !. As always for a pizza ,make your own it's cheaper and fun !.

Had pizzas from here yesterday and was more than happy with what I got, pizzas was fresh and hot, staff was really polite and informative about allergies, needed these as my partner is vegan and I have a nut allergy, very well priced for what I ordered definitely will be ordering again. Thank you Domino's for keeping my belly full
