Good pizza and adequately sized. Good service, worth a try

I ordered the Family deal £39.99 where you can add a desert on for an extra £2 However I forgot to add it, so I had paid, I came back straight away as soon as I remembered, to be told no, you can't have that, When I asked if they could check the woman on front told me, We are too busy otherwise I would check, I am a paying customer, No where does it state it can't be added on after. The attitude from the Front of house was very rude. They didn't even say do you want to add the desert for the £2 extra. I wanted the deal but was left unsatisfied with the situation as it wasn't resolved to my liking.

Pizza very greasy and very salty. Only had a couple of slices I was starving. Fast delivery tho and on time.

What a complete and utter waste of time!!! Arrived here looking forward to a gluten free pizza for the wife and myself only to be told “Sorry we don’t do gluten free!!” To be honest the server looked at me like I was off another planet when I asked Avoid at all costs if you are coeliac!!!

Never eat from this place. the poeple who works there does not knoe what hygiene is. When making pizzas they clean the hand on their trousers and the samd when they adx toppings. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DIRTY!

Be prepared for a long long wait. Food tastes ok but very overpriced. Staff are clearly overworked and comes with a cba attitude which is a management issue

Seen a lot of 1* reviews on here but we had a delivery to our caravan and the pizza was very nice, very hot and exactly the time they said it would be, can’t fault them!

Everything was hot, always plenty food left. Good value.

Joke. Says it closes at 11pm but actually closes at 10. We couldn’t get food all weekend towards the end of the night. For a complex that has entertainment until 11pm it’s comical that they close as early as they do. Don’t even stick to their own closing times. We got rejected twice.

Glacially slow service, staff not reacting to anyone stood at the counter either waiting for food or waiting to order food. Over a one hour wait and no common sense to maybe acknowledge customers . Makes u wonder how these businesses can get it so wrong some times

We had a few days away at Kiln park in Tenby, nice food, but really expensive compared to Papa John's where we live.

Order took nearly 40 minutes when there was clearly plenty of staff and zero other customers, no communication from staff, truely appalling service. The pizza itself was great so it's ashame they can't produce pizzas faster.

Food ok but over an hour wait, very poor service.

We were served by Maxine. Such friendly service. Food was fantastic. I was supporting a gentleman with learning disabilities and Maxine took time out to chat to him, even though they were starting to get busy. In this day and age, a lot of people would say they were too busy and carry on, but she was so friendly. A pleasure to talk to. A real asset to Kiln Park.

Food alright, but keep you waiting for it, clukd see my food sitting at pass waiting to be given but all staff just ignoring it. And app for delivery only works when they can be bothered

I prefer Domino's, but we were staying at Kiln Park so that's what we got. Obviously Haven charge a premium which pushes the prices up, but we enjoyed it.

Based in the complex at Kiln Park, delivery service is available, very convenient, obviously expensive. If you like Pizza I guess this is as good as any of the bug names.

Pretty disappointed to be honest. Told food would be ready in 10 minutes roughly. With that went and bought other food as part of a big family meal. After about 30 minutes the food finally was ready, the rest of the food bought elsewhere had gone cold now. I refused collection as it just wasn't good enough service. Paying over 27 quid for a dozen wings and a few garlic bread sticks, the service needs to be on point. Clearly it wasn't. None of the staff seemed interested or any hurry to get things moving. Sorry I wasted my time

Good service, we had our food delivered to our caravan which is free. We had an offer of 2 large pizzas for £28.99. It's great if you don't feel like going out every evening.

Had two big pizzas whilst grandchildren played and danced in the entertainment complex, a bit pricey but they were enough for five of us.

Pizzas bit greasy but ok, absolute extortionate prices, glad there was a co-op on the site

It's sited in the clubhouse at Kiln Park we ordered food a family selection and had it upstairs in the club house adults and children helped themselves all were satisfied

Good fresh cooked food. Having to wait was a bit of a nuisance but food was good and staff very friendly

Was looking forward to pizza but alas ! No butternut squash bases available so since I'm wheat intolerant that meant none for me. My partner could have had one bit declined so we could actually eat together. A sad disappointment. 🙁

Consistent food and prompt service, what's not to like? They were out of wings so one star off but otherwise fine.

The food was nice but simon who served us was very rude and looked miserable should try cracking a smile and actually speaking to the customer instead of attitude and pulling faces because we cant hear him properly.

Poor customer service, and long long wait for food, a McDonald's or burger King be much better in kiln Park, all food outlets close by 9.00 which is very early. Get there and order early.

Not as good as I thought it could be servcie could be better

Waiting time was an hour. Took 1 hour and 40 mins to arrive. Did not even bother to cut up 1 of our pizzas and was cold! Unable to get through on phone as line constantly engaged, to be told by delivery driver that they are exceptionally busy. You would think they would be used to it being busy being on a caravan site!

The pizza deals aren't the same as the shops. The pizzas were good but as this was my first papa John's I was expecting more. The garlic sauce wasn't what I expected either. But each to their own.

Didn't get anything from here we just had to walk past to the restaurant. Looked and smelled lovely.

Truely awful I don't usually leave reviews but this was so bad I felt I had to. We ordered to be delivered to our van, came on time great. We'd been travelling all day so we're starving, would eat anything! Ordered an xxl so just over £20. Well, it was inedible. The grease was so bad it made my stomach hurt, I'd say it was under cooked so we tried to grill it a bit more ourselves to 'save' it but that made no impact on the grease. After eating a few slices we gave up and it ended up in the bin.

Lovley pizza partner and friend complained that there was only one slice of pepperoni on ther American hit but I have no complaints at all on the meat feast .

What an absolute disgrace this place is. JESS the manager was rude and clearly has no customer service training. We placed an order online and told to collect at 8.05pm. Arrived to collect and told it was another 10-15mins. Asked after the 15mins and then to be told it had been forgotten about. Then to be told no fast track of the order, no discount and nothing they would do to solve the usage. Hungry children and terrible start to our holiday. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO HE DISSAPOINTED. Papa John's you should be ashamed!!!

Lovely fresh pizza.. delivered on time. But our caravan was right near the papa johns so they passed us alot. Considering it’s a family haven site and the speed limit is 5mph they were driving like lunatics. There’s no need to go 30mph+ on a family site full of children outdoors playing.

Friendly staff, good food. Prices are good too despite them having a captive audience, pretty much on par with their regular takeaway prices.

We spoke to the staff to ask what time they deliver to the caravan till which they advised 10:30. We hadn't eat all day so we was relying on this takeaway. We went to order on the app and we weren't able to. My friend called them up and they said they were not doing deliveries, this was about 10:10. We said that we would collect because we haven't eaten all day and had nothing in the caravan. To which they agreed. We went to collect the food and not one member of staff was wearing a mask. My friend said she was sure she saw the ginger guy drop our food on the floor so you might want to check the CCTV. Our food was ready and this ginger guy was chucking our food about. Literally throwing it down the hatch so another member of staff can collect it. I don't know who the hell he thought he was. If you don't like your job don't do it, coming from someone who has worked in kitchens and food places all my life. Have some respect and check your attitude. I was looking him dead in the eye and he didn't care just kept chucking the food. I said to them lucky our food won't be mashed up when we get back. We got back and to my surprise it was a shambles. The garlic bread looked like naan bread and it was Asif it had been taken out the bottom of the bin and reused. It looked as though it had been chucked up the wall a few times, probably by the red head. The pizza was OK but burnt. For food that is already overpriced what a joke. It was my friends birthday and we had no choice but to eat it. Safe to say it come straight out of me in the morning, although I weren't shocked that it did. If we get coronavirus we will know where it has come from and I'll be taking the appropriate action. I have picture evidence if needed of the food.

Freshly made-to-order pizza. What's not to like?

Ordered pizza for a set time so they had plenty of time to prepare it and deliver it. After almost an hour of waiting after said time I phoned up to be told its just coming out of the door only to have to wait another 20 minutes for it

Orderd a delivery at 7.30pm to be deliverd as a suprise for my daughter for 9pm. No sign rung at 9.15pm to be told it's been deliverd. Then to change their mind and say it have just come out of the oven. Finally deliverd at 9.35pm. Chickens we cold. Very disappointed. Would I order again NO. I would order dominos from town next time.

The meal was amazing, really nice and enjoyed by all. They offer lots of mixed deals and the server freely helped make sure we saved some money overall. I personally picked up my meal on our first night at the park as our caravan was not far from the store, however they do offer a free delivery service to the whole park.

I went there and the stench of your employee at the front (Matt) smells so badly I had to turn around and leave he was also on his phone listening to some aggressive sounding music. Not what i expected when trying to order pizza

Ordered some takeaway pizzas from here for a night when we didn't want to cook or go out. Order was placed by phone, very friendly and helpful service. Said it would be 30 mins, was about 20 mins when it was delivered. Delivered by a friendly guy, pizzas were piping hot and very tasty! A little pricier than usual Papa Johns outlets, but this was expected and we did get buy one, get one at half price, so were happy.

Was down kiln park bank holiday weekend.rang up to have a pizza delivery at 8.15pm and last order is 10.45pm.rang 47times couldn't get an answer as they had taken the phone off the hook.so no one could get through,no point having a delivery service..

Good pizza and friendly staff but highly priced compared to towns

Great food but their Vegan Pizzas were hit n miss - one night it was well topped,the next you had to play 'hunt the toppings' as it was sparse. They were however, well cooked and better than other Pizzas like Pizza Hut and Pizza Express. Their Vegan Cheese is actually tasty and melts well. Would go back again!!

I always find it pricey, but it was so busy and they seemed short staffed, so if your going to have one, order it for delivery as we waited around 45mins from start to finish before taking it back to our caravan.
