None of the subs were toasted as requested and one didn’t have the sauce we choose!

Both of the footlongs absolutely freezing!!!! And in the chicken footling asked for no sweet corn but came with sweetcorn

Ordered 2 subs, one was fine the other was pretty stale, like it had been sat out for a long time, disappointed as have found the quality to be good here before.

I would advise not to order subway through just eat. Every time we’ve ordered they leave out multiple items. Paid for a meal deal which included a drink, crisps, cookie and drink. Only half of it came, they won’t pick up their phone to find out why these items weren’t in there.

Absolutely gutted we had the wrong order again and no way to rectify it just send a photo off of the food and wait for an update! No food again and £32 down the drain. I won’t be ordering again!!

Don’t bothering ordering before hand, ordered 15:20, order marked as ready at 15:40 and still sat here like a lemon at 16:05. 3 members of staff on a Saturday is ridiculous, FAO owners and management. Sorry for the wait would’ve been nice, too.

I ordered a tuna salad from subway and the restaurant forgot the tuna, I also ordered a bottle of coke and that wasn’t in the bag either so I literally had a box of lettuce with a few other salad bits. Not happy with this service at all

Food was never delivered, going to take 5-7 days for a refund so now without £50 when they were quick enough to take the money

forgot most of the stuff, gave wrong coke, didn’t toast any of the sandwiches, forgot to put salami in my sandwich and came with melted ice cream and cold food

Absolutely pathetic service from the Cyfarthfa subway! They consistently and I mean consistently leave items from my order despite clearly stating to substitute with something else! Try complaining to them and I’m sent from one subway to another chasing down a manager only to he told you’ll have to chase a refund with Just Eat!! On the Just Eat app there’s no option to ask for a refund for the missing items, you can only request a full refund which they then refuse!! Argggghhhhhhhh I will jever

Don’t order from here been waiting 40 minutes for my food i preordered to have one of the staff members to say to another I basically gotta wait cos they gotta serve the other costumes first when I thought the all point of preordering is for it to be ready at the correct time not to stand and wait while they serve over 30 other costumers coming though the door and for staff members to talk about you right in you face need to get this sorted and get better staff absolutely dreadful

Some things had to be substituted, not that it's an issue but the sandwiches weren't in boxes like they usually are and cold drinks were put on top of them so they got cold and squashed.

Food was standard Subway fare, no complaints at all. Service was ok if a little flat, and it was quiet in there, no ambience and the decor felt bland too. But, it gave me a good subway and thats what matters.

My orders delivery time was changed multiple times. I am very disappointed as it was supposed to be a quick breakfast but by the time it made it here it was cold and needed reheating which added more time. Although I’ve put it to being late for 50 minutes it may have been more as the delivery time was changed multiple times. I am very disappointed with this service. I believe this delivery time was due to how long it took for the staff in store to produce my meal despite it only being one item

Service from Subway is absolutely shocking to spend over £35 with them for them to miss multiple items off the order. To call them to sort it out and have the store member hang up on me is absolutely disgusting

Was suppose to arrive at 1:35 the latest ready for our dinner breaks at our workplace. It then changed to 1:55. Then changed to 10past then changed again to 20 past. All 5 of our breaks were an hour over! Also had a missing item, our cheese bites wasn't in the sealed bag. Awful service & wouldn't use again.

i had to be leave my house at 1 and had to feed my kids before i left, decided to have a nice treat from subway just ordered one meal deal because they don’t eat much. estimated delivery was 12:50 which was perfect as they could eat it in the car on the way, do you think it came? and to top it all off when it came it was the wrong subway order!

Order arrived really late with 2 items missing. I sent the driver away with the one item. Rang Subway and told there was a note in the bag but I didn’t see it! They had run out of the other ordered items! Why don’t they update update the app to tell customers that certain things are unavailable as other restaurants do on there! Looking for a full refund including delivery fee!

I didn't actually receive my order, the delivery driver left the restaurant without collecting it and with no way of contacting customer service other than online query there was no way of sorting it out! Not Subway's fault but terrible service from Just Eat.
