Seating small and very cramped. Difficult to sit separately from other tables. Bread not fresh which was very disappointing.

3 members of staff behind the counter, blonde lady was polite, two dark haired were unprofessional-one in particular was swearing and sighed when I asked if they served hot chocolate-clearly it was too much work to make. She did not want to be there, it was obvious!! Customer service skills were very low, won't be returning any time soon!

I ordered via the Subway app. I finished the order could see it had automatically set to Unit 11, Merlins Walk in error. Normally when I order it's just set to Llanelli, so I didnt think it would be any different this time. Once I realised what had happened, which was instantly, I phoned the store, I tried 2 different numbers given for the store, could not get through at all, no one answering. I went to see if there was a customer service number on the app to phone there wasn't, no button to cancel the order on the app. I phoned the other Carmarthen store and the Llanelli store, neither said they could help me with this. Customer service absolutely shocking, no one willing to help and Merlin walk not answering the phone after phoning straight after ordering, tried phoning them constantly for 30 minutes.

I visit here often and the customer service is fantastic. The food always lovely and a good choice selection .

The food was okay. That was the only thing that was okay. My friend has type 1 diabetes and we were on a day out so we decided to get lunch in subway. Worst decision ever. My friends went low (blood sugar) and felt sick so I asked a worker if we could go to the toilet and come back as she needed her phone charging so she knew what her blood sugars were for ten minutes to know if she’ll be okay and she said no. I then asked if we brought something could she charge her phone, she still wasn’t keen. So we went to the toilet and we started looking for places to go. Her phone then died and she went very low and had to sit on the street in the rain so she wouldn’t pass out, we were there for ages. When she felt better we went into cafe Nero and couldn’t ask for better service, we explained everything and they let us sit down, charge her phone and gave us a free orange juice to lift her sugars.

Received wrong order, cannot contact them as number invalid and other nearby subway would not put me through to merlins walk subway. What a waste of £16. Order plain white bread baguette and they sent cheese and herb and I don't even eat herbs and so is completely inedible

If you want a sandwich there are plenty of coffee houses and bakeries in the town who can provide a far higher quality of product for you.

Used Ubereat to order food. When ot arrived, all seemed good until I unwrapped my sandwich which was completely wrong. I wanted a bmt aith 9 grain wheat, not toasted, with shredded mozzarella cheddar blend, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mixed peppers, olives, red onions and caesar dressing...I got what is in the photo below. Even though the stapled on receipt had exactly what I ordered on it. So I tried gettin in touch. Both numbers are unobtainable, not engaged, but just not working. This used to be a really, really good oulet too :(

Just love this place. The staff are very helpful and the food is prepared with cleanliness & cross contamination in mind. Have never had a bad meal here. Plus, the staff are always happy to help & serve any of your needs. Thankyou subway for being consistently of a high level of food freshness and for the work you do for people who need help with charities.

Great value food at a great price. Good choice. There are some healthy options. There are daily deals offering great value.
