Literally the worst subway in London. Never has the ingredients, the toaster never works and the staff are unapologetic.

Shilpi deserves a raise and recognition from her bosses. She delivered excellent customer service today , was a great sales rep and knowledgeable. I also observed how she spoke to and helped her colleagues and she is definitely a pleasure to work with. Shilpi delivered great service with a smile amd great energy. I’ll definitely be coming back to Mile End subway just to be served by Shilpi. She made the best chicken teriyaki sub. 10 stars ⭐️ for you Shilpi.
