I am asking for a refund because I ordered a double BMT with double cheese. I got a single one with no cheese…. First time I got subway via just eat and this will be the last one. I am just waiting for my money now.

My boyfriend went to pick up two footlong subs using the deals on my app and he had a great service. Also, the shop was empty first thing Sunday morning so it's a good time to go if you wanna avoid the crowd.

Disappointing salad, ordered double chicken but not sure I got that, also crispy onions which weren’t there

Buy a Subway melt from here every week yet today was advised they don't do this anymore. Won't be back! Shocking customer service!

Ordered a Philly cheese steak sub - not only did it arrive cold but it arrived with no cheese on it.

A very small tiny place with a post office inside .. cant recommend it.

Great place, good portions , great staff

Very non professional and rude staff. Asked for right portion of meat but staff (with no name badge) ignored and didn’t give even one scoop of meat. Had to ask for double meat and requeted again if he can give 2 full scoops of meat. Staff just get offended and asked me if i want more meat, i’ll have to pay for tripple portion. Staff Kept laughing and talking with each other in their own language made me so uncomfortable and disappointed. Not going to visit this subway ever again.

Order came atrociously late and food is cold

Standing in the queue and some lads just wander in straight in front of me from the street and approach the sarnie maker, who CAN SEE IM THERE, but they get served first. F this. There was also a coat outside on the floor covered in sick, truly a horrible place

This subway is different it's got a post office next to it so 2 businesses under one roof this subway is halal as its owned by the people who run the Post office, the place does tend to get busy as you can image people posting their post and people order their food so if your seating in to eat it can be annoying as your trying to eat and there are people watching you who are queuing for the post office but you have to experience it yourself.

As a first time subway user I was really pleased with the service

Why not buy Subway sandwich, whilst you watch people queuing up at the post office...that was different... two totally different business in the one shop

It's usually nice to come in here, but there is an extremely rude manager here who refused to sell me a salad, even though I said I'd pay extra. I had a voucher that I wanted to use, which said on the terms and conditions included salad. Her instant reaction was very rude and dismissive as soon as I tried to order. For identification purposes, the staff member was curvy and quite short. There are lots of great Subway's around Manchester, so I'd recommend not bothering with this one. Dissapointing to punish customers for trying to make a healthy choice.

This subways is really good! It's never too busy and they are very kind. I wanted to redeem some points I had been saving up and the guy serving me helped me to redeem them. Managed to get my 6 inch for free! You can tell the ingredients are fresh and it tastes amazing. Totally recommend.

Got some subway coupons in the post, Yeah going to treat me to a footlong. After ordering my meal and before paying I show my coupon 'Oh sorry we don't take coupons here' My good mood disappears and just pay the normal price for my meal. Non coupon Subway is a meh Subway...

If your vegan DO NOT eat here! I had my Meatless Marinara sandwich spiked with a beef meat ball yesterday, I was retching for 30 minutes and couldn’t eat the rest, it’s absolutely disgusting someone here has done this I could tell by the smell,colour and taste instantly.I’ll never trust subway again, I have a feeling this wouldn’t have happened if I was in the shop and didn’t have it delivered, I feel physically sick.Utter monster who did this has no conscience and can’t be trusted with allergens as well.Definitely stay away from here if this review is concerning

Hi my name is Tomasz that two guys who work on Wednesday afternoon is the best service of my life

Went in there a few times and found the staff really unwelcoming, especially this English guy with a beard. Came and said "Hi" and requested my order and he didn't even respond. Very sullen looking as if my request had irritated him. I paid for my order and he walked away while the receipt printed. He couldn't even be bothered to ask if I wanted the receipt. After waiting and not being asked I reached over and tore off my portion of the receipt myself. Will not be returning. If you can't be friendly and offer good customer service to everyone, don't work in a job where you have to face the public. And regarding the owner's responses to people who've complained about rudeness is unhelpful. If someone was rude, they were rude and it shouldn't be switched around to customers "feeling" someone was rude. If two or more people complain about the same thing, take it into consideration.

This is to the guy who made my sandwich today. Thank you for giving me a raw cold sandwich. The chicken and the hash browns weren’t cooked. 35 seconds isn’t enough. I’m in your subway everyday with my partner and other people on your staff seem to know the sandwich needs to be cooked for 50 seconds. Anyway thank you for a horrible lunch. I don’t think I want to come back. I’m always nice and politely I don’t understand why you have to be like this. You know who you are

Worst subway I've ever been too. Staff rude, unwelcoming, boss each other about and are really slow. Had to be asked by other members of the public to change gloves after handling meat before preparing a veggie sub. Food slapped together by most. Gone here regularly, but it never changes, so not returning.

Honestly I feel like having the subway right in the same place as a post office and lil grimey and unhygenic to be honest. And the fact they refuse to serve anything but halal means cosumers who aren't religious fanatics can't get a bloody muffin?

The best subway store to date ( Ive tried quite a few) - translation - yummy, fantastic sub, order complete, quality ingredients, well packed, tasty. Nuff said!

Best subway in Hulme. I ordered 6footlong multigrain bread with tikka chicken, it’s very fresh, tasty and halal. Staff are very polite and friendly in nature, would love to visit again and again.

Wow. Vegetarian and vegan, with gluten free options. Taste is not compromised at all. Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh and full of flavour. I'd recommend Nacho chicken though all other sandwiches were great. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Best meal I've eaten out in a long time.

Don't show much love for your sandwich when their making it. They throw it together, like a production line. Ask for fried onions, which they keep below the counter. It adds a nice crunch to your sandwich.

Was still warm when it turned up and was insanely quick hands free delivery. First time I've ordered a sub from anywhere and the sandwich turned up looking perfect too, thumbs up!
