Subway in Gateshead

Complete wrong order received! Who even orders a veggie delight and tuna mayo subway… trying to contact you is ridiculous too. How can pins be used and given to the drivers and the orders still be wrong

Amazing took a little while to arrive compared to others but appreciate distance. Good was beautiful and fresh. Only negative was no peppers on salad box. Everything else was brilliant thank u

Ordered chicken breast but the chicken in the sandwich was spicy.

Absolutely over the moon with how well put together my order was. There’s been quite a few times where I’ve ordered a sandwich and it’s been all over, not from this subway. 100% order from this one rather than others

Asked for tuna not to be toasted and it came toasted and tasted off! Definitely need to read orders better..

Meatball sandwich wasn’t toasted and was stone cold. Urgh.

Sandwich was missing the salad, hashbrowns, cheese and sauce. I ordered 9 hasbrowns and recieved 6. Cookies were overcooked

Order was 60 mins late.. 2 cookies missing and 2 drinks missing on whole order £44 to recieve sweated food, burnt nachos and missing orders! No cutlery 3 napkins and a very rude driver…

This place has seriously went down hill, what happened to subway make it your way. I asked for a chicken pizziola to be looked at like an alien. Then proceeded to ask well Al pay extra for chicken as only pizziola was on the board so she couldn't. If you can't use the till to add something then don't work there even more so don't employ people who can't understand your customers!!!

Food was good quality but was treated with indifference.....no smile or small talk. When first entering I think it was supervisor who looked at me and said to other worker...he was busy and could she serve. Gave me no acknowledgement. Shame as it will make me think again before using this outlet. Dont know the fact I was Muslim made a difference to them????

Nice sandwich, waiting time about 10 mins though, but thoroughly enjoyed. The salads are great too.

Don't think I've ever seen someone make a sub that fast before. I was in and out in literally 2 minutes. Shame it was due to the 'Sandwich Artist' wanting to get back to whatever he was doing in the kitchen (Xbox, Snapchatting, stock prep, whatever)
