Subway in Gateshead

£7.20 for a sandwich that may have been assembled from across the room. Stale bread, miniscule portion of meat and ridiculous amount of salad. Not even cut all the way through so it was a mess to eat. The worst Subway I've ever been to

I was missing items ( 3 cookies) from my order

This shop is so tight with it's filling even after I asked for a proper portion they said no to more filling. I hope they are hungry because I just had to walk out. They probably but the measly filling back

Incorrect sandwich sent ... bbq baller was a tomato base with pepperoni, not what I ordered. Churro was inedible .. rock solid couldn't even bite into it

Pizza slice was cold and not cooked, chicken bites were cold and no sauce sent with them. Is your oven broken? Tuna wrap had 1 piece on cucumber, 1 slice of red onion and about 4 bits of lettuce in it. And was poorly positioned in the wrap itself.

Really poor service. Took my young granddaughter for the first time. The staff couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Showed zero interest in helping her choose her subway sandwich. They never uttered any words other than, ‘what bread.’ The staff (3 young lads) couldn’t muster a smile between them. Her first and last visit.

Entirely wrong order, when calling the restaurant was told there was nothing they could do.

Ordered a vegan sandwich vegan cheese, overheard two staff members muttering about something as they were making it ending with ‘well Ive made it now’. Wrongly assumed that they wouldn’t have given me real cheese without telling me and ate the sandwich. My lactose intolerance has kicked in and have not been well since, cheers guys.

Garlic cheese bread, nothing like described, stale cold bread with dot of cheese, binned. Sandwiches is salad on ration🤔 no crispy onions as ordered.

Far too much sauce and sandwiches were not toasted like asked which has spoilt our dinner. I don’t like pickles and had pickles on my footlong

Missing cookie and crisps. Overcooked dry meatballs.

Missing my cheese and I paid extra for full sugar coke and got Diet Coke which is at no extra cost.

Every time I've been in this subway, it's been a poor experience. The lack of ingredients they add is a joke. Each time I've been standing waiting, the staff are chatting to each other. Minimum wage, minimum effort I guess

Missing item only half order arrived

Ordered 2 ft longs, 1 6 inch, only 1 ft long come and 2 6 inches, all had no cheese on, dry and totally rotten. Tub of meat balls had 3 in and dry. I have photos. Totally disgusting. Now subway won't answer the phone

I ordered nachos and a sandwich, the nachos looked so unappetising and when I looked at the sticker on the box they were made the day prior at 9.22am. Absolutely disgusting!! Do not order. I have photos as proof.

Last week we ordered three sandwiches (Fun Food Friday in the office). All three were meant to have cheese in - there was no cheese to be seen. It’s Fun Food Friday again, this week we rang ahead to check they had cheese. They confirmed had cheese! We even noted our order “if there is no grated cheese can we have normal cheese please?”. Our sandwiches turned up and 2/3 are missing the cheese again.

Delivered almost 1 hour after original time given at point of ordering. Was stone cold when arrived and wrong sandwich- should have been VI-Brie, received meatballs. Waited that long just had to eat it

Order was accepted at 5 to 3 with a 25 minute delivery time, this was delayed several times and arrived around 50 minutes later than the original estimate. Once it arrived everything was ice cold.

No salsa on nachos, hence a big block of hardened crisps and cheese. But I do love cheese on Doritos. Thank you

Worst experience of my life .I ordered a subway at 18.22 on just eat from yourselves It was to be delivered between 19.10 and 19.25 this time was changed I checked the app you had no drivers I called the shop twice no one answered I checked the app again A driver was assigned on on its way I never got my Subway you's cancelled my order at 20 .22 and refunded my money KEEP WELL CLEAR FROM THIS USELESS PLACE Will never buy a Subway again from this shambles of a place

Nacho chicken was not crispy in the slightest; didn't really taste like chicken either.... my submelt had melted chocolate on the bread?! Not entirely sure how that happens. Most of the cheese was outside of the sandwich. Little care taken with the order to be honest

No sauce was on the BLT, rang the store and asked the store why there no sauce, they said they had no Cesar sauce, maybe a quick phone call would have been good and an alternative sauce could have been chosen. It’s a shame as the delivery was good but sauce makes and breaks a sandwich

Absolutely shocking. The sandwich was so bad the dog didn’t want to touch it. It was cold, the bread was dry and old, the salad although fresh was extremely cold. The other thing is how the sandwich was made. The lad behind the counter (bare in mind he had a ‘can’t be arsed attitude’) whacked the loaf on the table titled it so it was like a V shape and started putting the ingredients like it was a cheap kebab. He’s put the mayo on top as well so when unpacking the sarnie all the sauce was on the paper and so was the salad and chicken. I also ordered the nachos and there was barely any in the box, not mentioning that they were cold and stiff, the salsa was cold and the cheese was nowhere to be seen… Overall awful awful food, I wont come back and advise everyone to do the same. It’s not worth it.

Well poached egg never ordered before it’s half a poached egg five bits is crispy onion one slice lettuce cut and pieces of red pepper one slice of the ham tastes lovely but will get something different next time chip things cold but dip lovely

The breakfast sandwiches were missing eggs, cheese and had hardly any bacon in. One sandwich had two hash browns one had three. There were also ice cold and couldn’t be eaten.The wrap had one tiny bit of cheese in and wasn’t toasted, it actually looked like someone had rolled it into a ball. Disgraceful service!!! I will be requesting a refund. I have pictures of all items!

I have been totally scammed my order has not arrived the delivery driver never even turned up to the restaurant for my order as I spoke to the guy at the restaurant and he couldn't figure it out himself I want a full refund as I have been totally scammed of my money

Don’t bother wasting your time, staff are extremely slow, collection order was sat there the full 10 minutes I was waiting for a member of staff to actually get to me, didn’t bother getting the food, refund instead which they’d only give cash….

Hour late order and then delivery didn't even show up. Tried contacting Subway Team Valley by phone, no answer. You've still taken my money though. Where is my refund?

First time I’ve ordered from here. I ordered nachos, side salad and a foot long meal deal, upgrading my pop to a big bottle of Pepsi. Delivery was quick but unfortunately there was no side salad and the Regular Pepsi was Pepsi Max which I cannot drink (artificial sweeteners don’t agree with me). The bottle of pop was also in with the warm food so everything arrived rather cold. 1 missing item and 1 incorrect item out of 6 total items has sadly put me off ordering from here again.

Second time I’ve placed an order at this subway and both times I have received an incorrect order

Two lads on the counter have a "can't be arsed" attitude. The sandwich wasn't cut so falls apart when you try to eat it, bits were falling out as it wasn't wrapped properly, all the sauces are the wrong way round so they don't know which one is which and also the air conditioning wasn't on so it's boiling.

Stitched up on double meat portion every time. Smaller portion sizes than other Subways.

It was fine, but as always with these things, the dip I ordered didn't show up. You might think that's petty, but now I've got 12 cheesy bites with nothing to dip them in. It's on my receipt, I've paid for it, and I don't have it. You've usually been great in the past, but this time it was disappointing. Get it right, or don't bother - its not difficult.

Dont bother with delivery wrong items sent and missing items from order and the order wasn’t even that complicated either. One salad box, one drink and 2 lots of chicken nachos. Plus chicken nachos were stone cold when they arrived. Not worth the money paid

Sandwiches where in bits as bread was all ripped, not toasted as requested. Looks like they had been squashed before being packed. Delivery driver never even knocked at door to deliver. I checked app to see they had been delivered and when looked out window food had been left on the floor in the middle of the garden!
