Ice cream is all melted and missing cookies from order

Second time happening wrong bread and no sauce when asked for sweet onion used to be a 5 star rating every time but lately gone downhill

Ordered a breakwich received an onion and cheese sandwich watched the guy putting the wrong things on and taking them off when he realized not going back here again avoid being ripped off

Footlong was not toasted when asked it to be on order other than that everything great

Never had a problem with subway whiles ordering in store! The delivery food was absolutely disgusting. Only ate quarter of my footlong Philly stake. My daughter’s tuna 6inch was minging, the cheese bites went in the bin and the waffles were like they had been defrosted and warmed up in the microwave. Paid extra for full 2x fat coke and got 2x Coke Zero sugar. Only thing that was decent was the cookies! Will never be ordering a subway for delivery again! Rank

My sandwich was cold by the time I got this am not happy.

Asked for no lettuce on the sandwich but there was lots of lettuce. Ordered raspberry cookies and got chocolate cookies. Nothing to say the raspberry ones were not available.

The sandwich wasn’t amazing.. Ben and Jerry’s flavour was wrong. Hashbrowns were Jewy..

they forgot a sandwich after I paid for delivery. had to drive along to get it. the young lady apologised, but when she showed the lad who didn't read the order proper the receipt, they were both laughing.

The bread was so stale, dry and hard it was inedible. It had the tiniest amount of cheese on and no garlic at all. It was so bad it went in the bin! The salad was alright though. Definitely would not order a sub though if the so called garlic bread arrived in that state. Took just over an hour to arrive as well. Doubt we’ll be ordering again.

Cheese was not put on either sub and I ordered 2 packs of cookies and only received 1 pack

Only six chipotle cheesy bites given when I ordered twelve and normal cheese put in wrap when requested and paid for Monterey Jack cheese. Apart from that everything good.

I waited an hour and half for food to be delivered. Food got delivered absolutely stone cold they clearly made it when the order got accepted so it’s being sat in the shop for hour and half freezing cold. They put the hot sandwiches on top of cold bottles of pop which made the sandwiches all soggy. I rang the shop and the girl that answered had a stinking attitude and ended the phone on me when I asked where my order was and how long it was gonna be. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!!!!!

Never once has this place got an order right. Always missing items in every order we’ve placed it’s ridiculous. It’s either something is missing from our sandwiches (normally if we pick double meat or cheese) or the items in a meal deal are always wrong.

We asked for no cheese on one of the sandwiches but it came with cheese! Wrong drink on one order and two wrong crisps on the order really not satisfied.

Ready for collection! Waited over half an hour in shop. All served straight away in shop including delivery drivers. Once shop was empty they finally started prepping mine. Priorities wrong.

I ordered a big breakfast and there were no eggs on it. I am quite annoyed at this as that is the best part for me. I just got more hash browns shoved in. If they did not have eggs (that is what is shown on sandwich ingredients) they should have stated not available. I would have either ordered something else or got my sandwich from a different branch.

while I can get behind not wasting resources on needless packaging, it really spoils things when my 'hot' submelt sandwich is packed inside the same paper bag as the iced coffee drinks I ordered meaning that by the time my order was delivered, the sandwich was cold, and the iced coffee drinks were no longer the cold level I expected them to be, overall it spoiled my meal and was a nightmare to get cleaned up.

Food was cold, Nachos were literally just the Crisps and Cheese, zero sauce on them at all. Chicken bites were cold and soggy. Awful food.

I did not receive my food. At all. I watched the delivery driver on the tracker go to the wrong place twice then give up and mark it as delivered. So now I have to go through the refund process. Appalling.

Ordered gluten free and an Italian but unfortunately because they haven’t labelled which one is gluten free it can’t be eaten.

I should have recieved the order first thing this morning, its now 13.10 and I am twenty miles away and the only resolution the appointed driver and subway could come up with is they could leave it somewhere, I don't understand why the order couldn't be cancelled, and reordered, as it wasn't my fault.

Ordered a six inch sub with cheese and a footlong sub with cheese. Recieved 2 6inch subs, neither with cheese, just eat refuse to refund the difference of the footlong and 6inch i recieve even with photo evidence. Avoid like the plague!!!

Only 1 of the 4 items delivered was actually correct, the other 3 were missing half the option requested.

There was no cheese in my tikka subway also there was no sweetcorn in my ham and cheese subway also didn't get my cheese and onion Crisps that was free.

delivery time changed twice waited over an hour. To be fair I would say just eat shouldn't take orders unless there are available drivers, then you know how long you have to wait.

I go to this subway regularly and it's always good. Sandwiches always taste with care but never enough mayo.

My wife and I went there with our newborn and a man jumped the queue and the two ladies asked him to wait for his turn because we were here first. Very rude person but the staff handled it very professionally and respectfully. Thank you so much for the friendly environment and the subs were quick, warm and tasty. Thank you again

I must be unlucky! I've been in 3 times now over the last couple of years and left with nothing! The first 2 occasions were when the card payment machine wasnt working. Today however was a bit different. I took my son to get a 6inch BLT and I thought I'd have the same..sorry I was told we only have limited bread. I asked for 2 Italian but they only had 1 I was shown the 2 alternatives but didnt fancy it. So I asked for a BLT, the woman proceeded to put either pepperoni or salami into the roll. I watched and said we wanted BLT she said I know and turned around to look at the menu. I said again it's got BACON in it and she started adding more meat that wasnt bacon! I told her to forget it and we left - empty handed again.

I regularly visit Subway in Birtley, County Durham. The service is always excellent, cleanliness standards are first class and the salads are always super fresh! I cant praise this store enough. Well done Birtley Subway!

I have concerns about food hygiene here. Whilst dining here recently, we witnessed a group eating at a table near to the food counter. As we continued to eat our meal, a female from the group repeatedly went behind the counter area where food is prepared. This person was not in a uniform and wearing jeans and a coat. For over half an hour this female came and went from the food preparation area speaking to a girl who was working & in uniform and returning to her table and other friends. For what purpose, I don't know. But it doesn't seem appropriate that someone would repeatedly enter a food area, if they aren't in uniform. I was in two minds to contact environmental health as this could possibly be a food health risk. Hopefully it was a one off, but it's put us off from eating there again.

very poor service they forgot and apologised the first he wasn't paying attention then forgot the cookie on the meal deal and then he hadn't put the kiddies meal through so I paid by card and then cash. and while sitting eating the meals everyone who ordered he wasn't paying attention and getting orders and apologising to every customer for his mistakes . won't be using that subway again.

Nice little subway,few tables and chairs and some nice comfy arm chairs. Just like most subways the staff are young so not always that cheery but quick service.

So you sell fatty sandwiches but full sugar coke is too far????? I live how I wanna live
