Subway in Gateshead

The sandwiches were thrown together & we ordered a footlong meal deal but did not receive the crisps, drink or cookie that was ordered. Will not be ordering online from this shop ever again

The Taco Beef loaded nachos had no Beef whatsoever!! £4.55 for a handful of Doritos, a slice of cheese and Salsa! The Tuna Sub was not great. The roll was rock hard! Not a lot of filling.😞

Ordered the cheese Philly, BLT and Ham and Turkey 6 inches sarnies with crisps, pop and cookies. Delicious, ingredients were fresh too. Delivery driver was friendly and seemed happy even though it’d freezing today!

2 parts of order wrong, I had a note in the bag stating they put 3 cookies in the bag as a way of saying sorry but there’s only one cookie. Not happy and not worth £13 I paid.

I've now ordered the same meal 3 times to be delivered. Every time I've had the same issue. Items missing. Sandwich with hardly any filling. Sandwich looks like it's been a metal press. Just for once get the order right, it's not difficult. Put some filling in, I had only one slice of pepper ?? And and three caramelized onions (thin strips). Your not exactly cheap anymore so the quality should be excellent, but it's not 👎

Here is a list of issues based on the last 3 times I've ordered from here. 1. Missing items every single time 2. Sandwich is crushed and mangled 3. I order the subway steak melt, I would like more than one strip of pepper and 2 slices of onion. 4. Massively overpriced (hardly any filling) 5. Wrong items being delivered. Just useless basically.

Nachos had been stood upside down and the tomato juice ran out all over my light carpet and kitchen bench. Very lucky I saw it and got it off before it stained!

Didn't ask for peppers as don't like them but peppers were put in sandwich & ordered Dr Pepper but received Coke

Every single time I order Subway they send the WRONG order or missing items. If you don't have the stock take it off the app! This time 5 items were missing. 2 items had subs sent which cost less then what I paid for. Ordered the nachos and they come smashed to bits, looked like they'd fell upside down. Wanted the chilli Doritos but they were a mix of chill, cheese and original which we don't like. And the food was cold and took over a hour to come, not owa impressed like.

with being box salad the driver needs to hold it flat hes carrying bag so all salad falls to end and not alot ov sauce for it comeing to nearly 13.00

my sandwich was missing mayo and sweetcorn. My waffle fries has tomato sauce all over them which results in them being soggy

The delivery wasn’t correct, I had ordered a packet of Doritos Chilli Heat Wave but got given Thai sweet chili sensations. I had also ordered a bottle out Original Coca Cola but was given Coca Cola Zero sugar, not only that I had ordered the bmt to come with x-spicy Chipotle Southwest Sauce but it had came with Lite Mayo. The X-Spicy south west sauce was placed in my little sisters sandwich who cannot handle spice in the slightest so she could not eat her food!!!

I don't know if it's customary to punch the sandwiches in to the bag or if it was a one off but that was, no doubt, the worst subway I've ever had.

Footlong was not toasted when asked it to be on order other than that everything great

Ordered a breakwich received an onion and cheese sandwich watched the guy putting the wrong things on and taking them off when he realized not going back here again avoid being ripped off

Never had a problem with subway whiles ordering in store! The delivery food was absolutely disgusting. Only ate quarter of my footlong Philly stake. My daughter’s tuna 6inch was minging, the cheese bites went in the bin and the waffles were like they had been defrosted and warmed up in the microwave. Paid extra for full 2x fat coke and got 2x Coke Zero sugar. Only thing that was decent was the cookies! Will never be ordering a subway for delivery again! Rank

My sandwich was cold by the time I got this am not happy.

Asked for no lettuce on the sandwich but there was lots of lettuce. Ordered raspberry cookies and got chocolate cookies. Nothing to say the raspberry ones were not available.

The sandwich wasn’t amazing.. Ben and Jerry’s flavour was wrong. Hashbrowns were Jewy..

they forgot a sandwich after I paid for delivery. had to drive along to get it. the young lady apologised, but when she showed the lad who didn't read the order proper the receipt, they were both laughing.

The bread was so stale, dry and hard it was inedible. It had the tiniest amount of cheese on and no garlic at all. It was so bad it went in the bin! The salad was alright though. Definitely would not order a sub though if the so called garlic bread arrived in that state. Took just over an hour to arrive as well. Doubt we’ll be ordering again.

Only six chipotle cheesy bites given when I ordered twelve and normal cheese put in wrap when requested and paid for Monterey Jack cheese. Apart from that everything good.

I waited an hour and half for food to be delivered. Food got delivered absolutely stone cold they clearly made it when the order got accepted so it’s being sat in the shop for hour and half freezing cold. They put the hot sandwiches on top of cold bottles of pop which made the sandwiches all soggy. I rang the shop and the girl that answered had a stinking attitude and ended the phone on me when I asked where my order was and how long it was gonna be. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!!!!!

Never once has this place got an order right. Always missing items in every order we’ve placed it’s ridiculous. It’s either something is missing from our sandwiches (normally if we pick double meat or cheese) or the items in a meal deal are always wrong.

We asked for no cheese on one of the sandwiches but it came with cheese! Wrong drink on one order and two wrong crisps on the order really not satisfied.

Ready for collection! Waited over half an hour in shop. All served straight away in shop including delivery drivers. Once shop was empty they finally started prepping mine. Priorities wrong.

while I can get behind not wasting resources on needless packaging, it really spoils things when my 'hot' submelt sandwich is packed inside the same paper bag as the iced coffee drinks I ordered meaning that by the time my order was delivered, the sandwich was cold, and the iced coffee drinks were no longer the cold level I expected them to be, overall it spoiled my meal and was a nightmare to get cleaned up.

I ordered a big breakfast and there were no eggs on it. I am quite annoyed at this as that is the best part for me. I just got more hash browns shoved in. If they did not have eggs (that is what is shown on sandwich ingredients) they should have stated not available. I would have either ordered something else or got my sandwich from a different branch.

Food was cold, Nachos were literally just the Crisps and Cheese, zero sauce on them at all. Chicken bites were cold and soggy. Awful food.

The food delivered from Subway Birtley was excellent The Delivery it's self was absolutely ridiculous it was a hour late Was it Subway fault or Just Eat Like most delivery people I had to go to the flats I live in down to the main entrance It should be delivered to the door Let's see if get a reply from Subway or Just Eat

Items were completely wrong sandwiches weren't even what we picked not even close. Recipet on the bag had correct order but was given 3 meatball sandwiches when asked for bmts! Called the shop multiple times no one picked up. Very disappointed

I did not receive my food. At all. I watched the delivery driver on the tracker go to the wrong place twice then give up and mark it as delivered. So now I have to go through the refund process. Appalling.

Ordered gluten free and an Italian but unfortunately because they haven’t labelled which one is gluten free it can’t be eaten.
