Mad Chef in Gateshead

Ordered food in person and was told it would be 30 minutes. I was offered free delivery as I was local. 40 minutes passed so I went in. Food hadn't even been started! Stood almost 20 minutes before food came out. It was embarrassing listening to them arguing whilst in the kitchen! Food was greasy, messy and had so much spice in it we couldn't even taste the meat. First time here and definitely our last.

Won’t be going back. Decided to stop for lunch me and the husband all seemed fine until 30 minutes after leaving finding a toilet was our main priority. We got it down too either the rice or katsu curry was the culprit as it hit both of us at the same time and it’s what we both ate at Luke’s. Now home and trying not to puke my stomach up, definitely won’t be going again… ever. Staff were friendly and quick at clearing tables.

Always cooked to perfection, delivered on time , even when ordered just before closing. Cannot fault them . The Sea food pizzas are the main reason we order here, but the portions of kebab meat are huge. Chips always perfect.
