order came toasted despite asking for it not to be, can't eat hot soggy tomato's, inedible. Had asked for a cold sandwich

garlic bread with cheese was in a heap, pulled it apart and all the cheese fell off it on one side. OK can forgive that. cheese wrap, the wrap was undercooked on one side so not very pleasant. the main footlong i couldn't eat as it had peppers on it. I asked on the order for no peppers,.not sure which shop it came from shields road motherwell or Wishaw main street. tried to ring Wishaw about 6 times, it just rang out. finally got motherwell and they said it didn't come from them.

Not the right stuff on my sub not what I ordered on it I wanted south West sauce and received mayo and I wanted onion and peppers and I didn't get either and the sub came cold like not even partially warm. No one read what was on it and it came fully cold. Not pleased

Ordered with my NHS colleagues today via just eat for lunch. The order wasn’t fully fulfilled as there were multiple items missing. Attempted to contact local shop but number ringing out constantly. Very disappointed.

The best salad I have EVER had from subways. May the person who just made my salad have the best night sleep they have ever had. May their pillow feel like clouds and may the sun shine bright on you when the rest of the world is experiencing the rain. To even provide us with all 12 cookies again fantastic. It really is true that not all hero’s wear capes.🦸‍♂️😭❤️

I have to point out this is NOT a subway issue… food delivered with no bag so cold… I watched the driver aimlessly wander up and down the street even though I had put clear instructions on how to get to my place…. In the end I had to get his attention and direct him to the door

This is twice i have had a meal cold from Subway Wishaw i wanted the bread toasted.i wont be ordering again from them

It was freezing cold and squashed, i was only able to eat 1 half of it

Sub not toasted as requested, meaning that the bread was extremely soggy. Didn’t get any cheese that was requested. Sub was also missing 2 out of 4 toppings. Cheese bites soggy.

i'm so mad i ordered a chocolate chunk cookie and not the double chocolate because i don't like it and they have gave me that one and i am raging now im not eating my lunch and im starving because i have at my small sandwich not ate crisps because they weren't for me and i cant have my cookie and im still hungry.

that's now two times in a row that the salad has come without the sauce on it. if you no longer have the requested sauce (mango habanero) then remove it from the menu

Very disappointed as meatballs came with only 4 when normally 5 and no cheese, plus they were cold as was the wedges. Footlong sub was not toasted. Worst subway ever had in one order.

On a few occasions now, after continuing to order giving them the benefit of the doubt, yet again the order was wrong. I asked for honey oat grain roll, 2 Cadbury caramel muffin and received Oreo muffins and a brown roll . Should I continue to order or should I stop ?

Forgot the cookies and took forever

Really quick delivery, food was to a great standard but items ordered were different from what I received. Not sure if they didn’t have the bread I ordered & the flavour of ice cream I ordered I personally would of preferred a quick call to choose an alternative but it was substitutes appropriately just not my personal preference, but besides my personal taste everything was perfectly prepared and delivered!

One sub had zero salad unlike the photo advertised. The other was drenched and I mean drenched in the sauce, plus no ‘extra’ cheese that I paid ‘extra’ for, the original cheese was the wrong type and very little. So all round some very expensive cookies cos that’s all we ate. Complete waste of money. Very disappointing 👎🏼
