Subway in North Lanarkshire

It was freezing cold and squashed, i was only able to eat 1 half of it

Sub not toasted as requested, meaning that the bread was extremely soggy. Didn’t get any cheese that was requested. Sub was also missing 2 out of 4 toppings. Cheese bites soggy.

Delicious food and Great service.

everytime i order 2 packets of the 3x cookies i only ever recieve one and i was charged £4

i'm so mad i ordered a chocolate chunk cookie and not the double chocolate because i don't like it and they have gave me that one and i am raging now im not eating my lunch and im starving because i have at my small sandwich not ate crisps because they weren't for me and i cant have my cookie and im still hungry.

2 hours late , cold and not what i ordered

that's now two times in a row that the salad has come without the sauce on it. if you no longer have the requested sauce (mango habanero) then remove it from the menu

food was amazing fries and cheese bites were a little cold but all in all better than McDonald's

paid for extra cheese on sub and got no cheese on it at all! food arrived on time and was still cold!!!!

the food was absolutely rotten, roll was burnt so was the meatballs and the nachos were dry and hard. not worth the money to be put in the bin!

The order was pre-schedule to be delivered at 2pm and didn’t leave until 2.20pm and has not even arrived. Says it’s delivered but it’s not - where is my order?

If I could give it 0 stars I would!! Delivery driver has had a good rummage about my food before delivering and items missing. The security seal.on the bag was ripped open. Food was stone cold and disgusting last time we will be ordering from here. Get yourselves in check shocking service.

They need to read the cheques properly as they gave me sweetcorn instead of sweet onion sauce

after many requests i was still refused delivery instead of collection

They never followed instructions so 3 subs had to be binned, if they can’t read they shouldn’t be working in a place like that

Didnt receive my order, ordered at 11:20.. to be told continually it's preparing. Driver assigned about 11:40. Said delivered at 13:15 but not received. Complete joke.

Staff is so rude. Today on 10/05/2024 at 5:50pm, a lady from the staff who was only there was insulting a delivery delivery from Just Eat. Her way of informing was very bad. Disheartened

Very disappointed as meatballs came with only 4 when normally 5 and no cheese, plus they were cold as was the wedges. Footlong sub was not toasted. Worst subway ever had in one order.

Asked for lite mayo but was a spicy sauce instead which meant I had to scrape it off, asked for quavers, got cheese n onion. Asked for double chocolate and got normal chocolate chip. Asked for Pepsi & got coke . Given the price this was really disappointing

On a few occasions now, after continuing to order giving them the benefit of the doubt, yet again the order was wrong. I asked for honey oat grain roll, 2 Cadbury caramel muffin and received Oreo muffins and a brown roll . Should I continue to order or should I stop ?

Delivery remarkably took around 3 hours. Then when the food eventually did arrive, it was cold and poorly put together. Won’t be ordering again. Very poor.

my subway was not cut in half, this made it very inconvenient for me as I’m just trying to scran it as quickly as possible because it’s so scrumptious but no. I had to wait to cut it :|

salad with no lettuce even though asked for it . very expensive tiny salad absolute disgrace paying that amount of money and they can't even put the correct items you ask for and the portion is tiny over £11 with delivery for that .. not be ordering again

Forgot the cookies and took forever

Really quick delivery, food was to a great standard but items ordered were different from what I received. Not sure if they didn’t have the bread I ordered & the flavour of ice cream I ordered I personally would of preferred a quick call to choose an alternative but it was substitutes appropriately just not my personal preference, but besides my personal taste everything was perfectly prepared and delivered!

One sub had zero salad unlike the photo advertised. The other was drenched and I mean drenched in the sauce, plus no ‘extra’ cheese that I paid ‘extra’ for, the original cheese was the wrong type and very little. So all round some very expensive cookies cos that’s all we ate. Complete waste of money. Very disappointing 👎🏼

Arrived an hour late and freezing cold, tried to call the store on their landline as found on Google to no reply over 10 minutes. Subsequently had to go to the store to return the cold and late food (defeating the point of paying for delivery) to get a replacement. The staff said it was the driveres fault however surely common sense is that if you've made food, it's sat for an hour prior to delivery, it's not going to be acceptable for service????

I always avoid this branch when ordering a subway because they never toast the wraps and the food quality just seems poorer than the other branches. Today I ordered something simple, literally just hash browns and a drink. I bit into the first one and it was dense and hard (usually they are fluffy and soft). The inner part was dark brown, not light yellow. Are they serving out of date food? Or do they just not know how to use a microwave? (Because that's how they heat everything up except for sandwiches. I know because I worked at a totally seperate branch a few years ago). Also, they sent me my cold drink in the same bag as my warm food. What? I can't tell if the staff are malicious or just downright incompetent, or if they simply aren't given adequate training and fresh food. Either way, I won't be ordering from here again. Wasted of £15 for a bottle of lucozade sport.

Honestly can’t thank the driver enough, I accidentally sent it to my home address, the driver called me then delivered it to my work, really with I got his name as he was so helpful
