Subway in Milton Keynes

I recently had a great experience at Subway, thanks to the amazing service from a worker named Chloe. She greeted me and my mum with a friendly smile and was very helpful with my order. Chloe took the time to understand my preferences and made excellent suggestions, ensuring my sandwich was perfect. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, making my visit enjoyable. The food was delicious, and Chloe's exceptional service made the experience even better!

I really can’t score more as whenever I visit the hospital they are closed. Every day visiting time starts at 14:00 and subway is closed - who ever owns this Franchise doesn’t have much business sense

I felt I had to leave a review, the staff at this subway were brilliant. Super helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Promoted new products and ways to save money, I was taken aback by how good they are. The seating area was a little messy but they were flat out the whole time so can't hold it against them! Give these young guys a pay rise!

Cash only, they are not accepting card

Very dirty, even though the store was empty, no one bothered to tidy around. Card machines don’t always work (or they didn’t work when I was purchasing). Food was fine as always but the experience wasn’t.

I was just seating having my subway and heard the manages talking to a new member of staff, his words I can only describe them as motivating and encouraging well done that's the best way to treat you staff and make them feel appreciated keep it up even I left with a big smile on my face ☺️

In a 24/7 hospital with opening hours 8-14, that's not smart.

This is the first subway that had gluten free bread available (although I suspect the other branches did, but couldn't be bothered to get it out and santize the area) the three men couldn't have been more helpful, really didn't mind getting it from the back, cleaning the area to avoid cross contamination. Really nice experience and great lunch. Thank you.

Used to work at this subway, absolutely disgusting. There was an occasion while I was there where a rat had got into the store overnight and was left free to roam until the morning shift arrived. Manager refused to throw any stock away that had been left out overnight saying “it will be fine”! Needless to say I left very shortly after
