Excellent service by Stacey & food was amazing 👏

We had lovely service and stupendous food. We were there at 16.30 so you couldn't expect a majorly buzzing atmosphere at that time. Stacey, our server was extremely helpful, explaining the menu, checking for allergies, chatting and laughing with us.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Pizza Express branch. The food was not appetizing at all, and to make things worse, every single plate and cup they gave us was disgustingly dirty! It was completely disgusting that i didn’t even want to continue eating there. it was unacceptable On top of that, the service was shockingly bad. The waiters didn’t even bother to place things down properly; they just threw everything onto the table like they didn’t care. What made it even worse was that the restaurant wasn’t even full, yet everything felt so rushed, as if they just wanted us out of there. This visit was a huge letdown. I’ve had better experiences at other Pizza Express locations, but this particular branch was just terrible. Definitely NOT coming back.

Unfortunately our meal today was just not up to standard and service was let down by one member of staff. Our starter platter contained Parma ham but they took about 10 mins to tell us it had run out and would be replaced by something else. Then the wrong pizza came out for my son. The waiter accused us of being in the wrong and said he had recited the order, which he hadn’t. The manager then brought it out to us again before then correcting the order, by which time the rest of the family were half way through their mains. The pizzas were ok but bottom of base under cooked. The polenta chips were soggy and not crisp, having not been in the oven long enough. I told the manager and he said he would tell the chef. No offer of sorting the issue. To be fair, the manager, who was excellent, refunded the cost of my son’s pizza when the bill came. Overall though, we were left disappointed and underwhelmed by the Pizza Express experience and will go elsewhere next time. Chains like this really need to get everything right, otherwise customers will vote with their feet. Toilets also poor with a big container being used to catch the output from a leaky urinal.

Never going there again,food looks like warmed up,not cooked. I did mention not having jalapeños in my pizza for my son,and there it came a whole pizza full of jalapeños. So no 👎 would not go somewhere where my order is not listened. And another waitress disturbed my dinner by asking,"Did you order another pizza?",holding a box of pizza.,i said no,and she just kept staring at me like surprised.. I mean ,really?? Pure disturbance!

Stacy was fantastic!! A large table of 15 and she stayed hours past her shift to make sure we had a great time. She made my daughter’s 7th birthday bringing her cake out without her knowing. Stacy was absolutely amazing. Thank you

This is the most amazing restaurant with a wonderful manager and really happy lovely staff. We come here all the time as we enjoy the food and the service so much. You won’t be disappointed. It’s also in a brilliant location where you can go shopping or see the football or see the sites of Milton Keynes.

Sadly disappointing…we were sat at a table quickly and our order taken…so far so good. The drinks arrived promptly as did our starters worryingly, too quickly which was evident when we began to eat, the calamari was barely cooked, the costing tasting floury and undercooked, didn’t eat any more. The bruschetta was greasy and undercooked also, again didn’t eat more than a couple of bites. We did say this to the waiting staff although it was pretty much ignored. The main was better, the pizza was cooked well and very tasty. When it came to paying I think we waited longer than the it took to order and eat the entirety of a very mediocre meal…I actually had to go and find someone or we could have probably walked out and no-one would have noticed! Doubt I will return.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of hygiene practices I witnessed from the kitchen staff at the Pizza Express Milton Keynes Stadium branch. My partner and I were seated at table 30, directly facing the kitchen, and what we saw was completely unacceptable. One of the chefs, an older gentleman with glasses, was using his phone while preparing food. We did not see him wash his hands after using his phone either!! And bizarrely, he even took a call on loudspeaker. I understand that personal emergencies can happen, but if that was the case, the chef should have stepped out of the kitchen to handle it instead of continuing to use his phone while touching food that would later be served to customers! It is common knowledge, backed by science, that mobile phones are full of germs—studies say they’re dirtier than a toilet seat. We use them everywhere, picking up bacteria from all kinds of places. Touching a phone while cooking and not washing hands after is a serious health risk and should never happen in any kitchen. Even kids know this. We saw this was happening while we were in the middle of eating our meal, and it made us absolutely disgusted. I’m sure it won’t be long until customers start coming down with E.coli food poisoning from it, that is, if people haven’t been already. Pizza Express needs to seriously reconsider the hygiene standards of their staff. Until then, we won’t be returning, and I urge others to think twice before dining here.

It was an incredibly busy night due to a large event opposite but the staff handled the rush incredibly well. The food was delicious and came in excellent time considering there was a full restaurant. Stacey was amazing, she couldn’t do enough for us, she made for a very pleasant family meal.

The food was very nice as always with Pizza Express, and the seasonal Quattro Carne was delicious. But unfortunately this visit was not as enjoyable as usual. Our pizzas arrived whilst we were still midway through our starters and it felt like we were being rushed through our meal. Also had to ask multiple times for a jug of water.

Our waitress Stacey was so lovely patient and friendly, she was very pleasant and helpful which made the experience that much better !

I don’t recommend pizza express i didn’t have such bad food experience in a very long time. The pasta testing as burnt carbon and the lasagna was full of fat cheese and burnt cheese.

Came for a meal for my son's birthday. Our waitress (Anna) could not have been more helpful, firstly with balloons and cake, but also with timings and making everything special for my son and his friends. Pizzas were great - appreciated the decent amount of spice on the 'nduja calzone.

I love this restaurant. Always great service, warm atmosphere and tasty food. Went there for dinner yesterday had new trufle pizza, was looked after by manager himself- another great visit and experience. My favourite pizza is Calabrese- such a shame it is not on the menu anymore…

Ann our server was very welcoming and helpful. She guided us through the Pizza Express app and enabled us to use the offers at our visit. She made is feel relaxed and we enjoyed our pizza and dessert all the more for it.

I took my family to this PizzaExpress branch and after eating; I went to use the toilet, passing by their kitchen area and saw the guys using their bare hands to cut the toppings on the pizzas they’re about to put in the oven. Disgusting Nearly vomited what I ate. Never again UPDATE: Thanks for confirming that it is a POLICY of Pizza Express that your food handlers should NOT WEAR GLOVES, and you started talking about studies. I’m a Surgeon and I know the importance of handwashing ; but imagine your good handler cutting the pork meat with their bare hands and then prepare some Margarita pizza for a customer who’s not a meat eater or a non pork eater? Thanks for giving me more assurance NOT TO VISIT PIZZA EXPRESS EVER AGAIN

“Gather friends or family to try our unforgettable classics. Find comfort in iconic flavours and familiar favourites.” Unfortunately, the burnt mozzarella sticks and cold food told a different story. The portion sizes for the starters were small considering the cost, and the meatball pizza was quite bland. On a brighter note, the calzone was decent. Wouldn’t order from Pizza Express again.

Dining at this establishment left me pondering who on Earth thought hiring these folks was a good idea. Honestly, everything that could go wrong, did! First off, the server seemed to have missed the memo on customer service. I had to repeat myself multiple times for simple dishes and was even asked to point at the menu like I was a toddler learning to read. How does someone working at a pizza place not know what a margarita pizza is? It’s not rocket science! Then there was the delightful surprise of being served pizza without a cutter. When we asked for one, we were handed a dirty one—thanks for that, pal! On the bright side, the food was lovely; the chefs clearly know their way around an American pizza. It was a real treat when our competent server asked how our food was—after we’d finished—and offered us drinks like a late-night infomercial host. He even asked if we wanted dessert three times, which we politely declined each time. Thanks for the persistence, but I wasn’t looking to join a dessert support group! Then came the grand finale: paying the bill. I would have preferred a night in a jail cell than dealing with this circus. It took 20 minutes, and the first 10 were spent watching him scan the same QR code for a discount, convinced the ninth time would be the charm. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. I suggested typing in the code, and that seemed to rattle him—off he went to fetch the manager. Eventually, I paid, feeling like I’d just completed a marathon. I can only imagine it was how Nelson Mandela felt after 20 years—except I’m not planning to reoffend by ever returning to this delightful train wreck known as STADIUMMK PIZZA EXPRESS!

If you want to consistently have half a meal and enjoy being left to claw that money back from just eat then your in luck, this is the restaurant for you.

Visited Pizza Express on a Sunday night mainly due to the fact that the restaurants around it were either too busy or ran out of meat. Unfortunately, this isn't halal so will never be able enjoy the full Pizza Express experience. However, I don't have anything to complain about. Got one veggie and one margie with some dough balls. All to a quality standard.

Brilliant meal as always at Pizza Express. Served by Lucy who was super attentive and helpful. Food was excellent especially the puddings with coffee. We will be back soon!

From the stylish design of the restaurant and atmosphere to the exceptional service and tasty food (Pizza/Salad/Dough Balls) everything was great. The whole staff is friendly and dynamic. Ann, the waiter, was exceptional - she just made us feel like VIP :) - thank you so much for that!!! You deserve a bouquet of flowers!!!

Once again, we went to Pizza Express, but this time at MK Stadium. We were attended by this lovely lady named Neia, and our food was served by Ann, who was very attentive and made sure we were having a good time, and yes we did have a great time. As usual, the food was super delicious, the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice. Will definitely go again to enjoy the lovely pizza.

DO NOT BUY GIFT VOUCHERS. This is the second time I have tried to use a gift voucher and they have been unable to use it.

Had an issue with my order. Vickie resolved it quickly, professionally and with kindness. I felt listened to and the problem was swiftly solved. Vickie was really brilliant and I am very grateful as it was a special occasion and she understood how important it was to me.

It was a great, delicious pizza, really good price, especially with app loyalty, but we were sat too close to a couple next to us. It would be perfect with a bit more space between seats.

The food was very good and the service was spot on. We only called in on a passing whim when shopping and really enjoyed the whole experience

Pizza Express is our ‘go to’ place to eat as a family! We love the food, the atmosphere too. Our most recent visit was on Saturday and it did not disappoint! The guy serving us was fabulous, so smily and helpful. The manager was great too, really helpful and so kind. We’ll be back again next month as our son has chosen it for his 13th birthday meal, we can’t wait! We have the Pizza Express app and are gold members, so we always use our amazing rewards to save money. Would highly recommend to any family, as they cater for many dietary requirements too.
