DO NOT BUY GIFT VOUCHERS. This is the second time I have tried to use a gift voucher and they have been unable to use it.

Had an issue with my order. Vickie resolved it quickly, professionally and with kindness. I felt listened to and the problem was swiftly solved. Vickie was really brilliant and I am very grateful as it was a special occasion and she understood how important it was to me.

It was a great, delicious pizza, really good price, especially with app loyalty, but we were sat too close to a couple next to us. It would be perfect with a bit more space between seats.

The food was very good and the service was spot on. We only called in on a passing whim when shopping and really enjoyed the whole experience

Near perfect pizza every time and great cocktails, the atmosphere is buzzing. It's a great place to go on a date or even just with the family.

Pizza Express is our ‘go to’ place to eat as a family! We love the food, the atmosphere too. Our most recent visit was on Saturday and it did not disappoint! The guy serving us was fabulous, so smily and helpful. The manager was great too, really helpful and so kind. We’ll be back again next month as our son has chosen it for his 13th birthday meal, we can’t wait! We have the Pizza Express app and are gold members, so we always use our amazing rewards to save money. Would highly recommend to any family, as they cater for many dietary requirements too.

Bogdan looked after us very well. Flawless service. We brought a dairy-free cake and they helped us by providing plates and cutlery. They also sang happy birthday amazingly to my son! Couldn’t have been better. Delicious pizza and pasta.

Came here Friday 10th May for a meal with my partner and it was a lovely sunny day so we sat outside which was really nice. The food was delicious, we love the hot honey dough balls. Service was great. The male staff member serving us was really lovely and chatty, we had a good conversation about the stadium and the upcoming events. Really enjoyed our time here

We booked a table for 1pm and was stuck in the traffic for mk marathon. In the car driving I couldn't notify the restaurant and children were starting to get irritable. When we arrived almost 30mins later the restaurant was full, it was busy, there were people queuing outside too! Plus it was a bank holiday weekend. Luckily the Manager kept the table for us, knowing we would be finding it difficult to get in, and we just made it before the table was released. We are regulars although haven't visited in the last 3 months. Great attention to detail, food is always delicious here. Thank you as always! We got desserts too this time. 🤤

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch with a friend. The restaurant wasn’t busy and very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, took time to make small talk with us even teaching me the pronunciation of a pizza along with the origin story. Definitely would recommend for weekday lunch.

Food was delicious, Harry and Bogdan made our experience amazing, both of them are an absolute credit to the team!

Visited the restaurant on Sunday in a party of 9, the food was really good, children’s meals were excellent and the staff service was brilliant. Definitely will go back.

We had wonderful experience, tasty food, very friendly atmosphere and quick service even though it was very busy. Manager was very nice, helping all his staff and found some time to have a chat with us.

Good pizzaexpress, no complaints

Wow! What can I say. In my 52 years this has to be the worst dining experience I have ever had. In fact it got so farcical that we thought Michael McIntyre was going to pop out with his TV crew as a prank! What in any world , however busy you are is an hour and 15 mins acceptable to wait for food! We had to get the attention of a waiter for drinks after 20 mins we then had to physically get up and ask to have our order taken...then 1 of the pizzas was ordered incorrectly we could see this on the app so again had to get up and bring this to their attention....then we waited and waited and waited and waited...... people arriving and getting food ... honestly...it was utterly ridiculous. In the end I called a woman over who looked like she had some savvy and told her how long we had waited! She looked horrified. The 4 pizzas then came...one being a chicken fajitas pizza...guess what no chicken so that got whisked away and the returned when the rest of us had finished. You literally could not make it up! It was so awful we ended up doing nothing but laughing! We did end up being told we would have 50% off the whole bill....but nothing was clear and so when the bill came it was higher than if we had used the offer on the app. Again we called over for help and the manager explained it was a further 50% off the offer too! Then explain that clearly...we are not stupid people! In the end it cost us £26 for 2 drinks, 4 pizzas and a calamari but also high blood pressure , stress and a waste of 2.5 hours of our lives! Never again! Get more staff and get it together! How hard is it to make 4 pizza's ...( unfortunately for them I know how quick it takes as my daughter worked at PE for 2 years, she assured me that basically they has simply forgotten our order)!

Enjoyed a delicious pizza before a trip to the nearby cinema. Service was polite, and relatively quick. Free parking on the retail park. Definitely recommend

We had a group of 7 (mainly children) for an 11 year old’s party. We were well catered for; the service was impeccable and staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great.

I bought a variety of products and in the end we end up with same thing in 5 deferent boxes even though, online they specifically said that we should have 3 varieties of starters. Really desipointing to receive only dough balls in 5 out of 6 boxes. The most expensive dough that no one should buy or be tricked into.

Just popped in for a pizza after Christmas shopping. Amazing food and only bettered by the service from Lucy and Simone. Definitely coming again!!

I'm old enough to remember going to the original London Pizza Express, back in the 60's which, whilst a bit of a novelty at the time, was nevertheless, a truly memorable and special experience. Since then and many (tummy - bound) pizzas later, my love for Italian food continues unabated and when it comes to pizzas in this country, no-one comes closer than Pizza Express. This particular restaurant simply compounds my love and the staff went further to not only enhancing our eating experience, (my three stepsons were treating me for my birthday!) but making it extra special. Particularly, Simone, the Manager, who really made us feel special and welcome in what was a busy time, in the restaurant. ps: I had bruschetta to start and a La Reine pizza with an egg, all washed down with a delicious Peroni Doppo Malto. De-flippin-licious. Highly recommended, can't wait to go back.

Had a fabulous party for my 8 year old. Simone really made it easy and Maisie was absolutely amazing with the children! I would definitely recommend!

They managed to serve my son totally undercooked pasta. Later said it was so busy they were struggling to cope. Dough balls have become very small. Shame -won’t return.

Ordered dough balls, halloumi bites, padana pizza, canezone and 2 kids meal, with a brownie and a sundae, it was all delicious! The service was immaculate - the waiter was friendly and funny, and the atmosphere was great. 😁

Hot food starters in cold dishes and was cold to eat, sent it back and was only warm after the chef put his fingers in it and put in the oven to warm up and still put it I cold dishes. Hair in my pizza. Brown lettuce in the salad and full of rocket when it was a ceasar salad should of been kos lettuce.The chef was texting on his phone picking his mouth and then using his hand to spread food without washing them, very poor hygiene. Worst visit I have had, I will not be going back to this venue.

Quick pizza and garlic bread after long shopping day. Really hit the spot

Food was great and it seemed to come quickly. Love the idea of a dual Romana pizza- I'll be getting that again next time. It was nice of them to bring out a lit candle on the cake I ordered. It was just a huge shame that they couldn't offer us anything complimentary for a birthday.

After being a Head Chef for over 20 years in the restaurant industry, I can clearly say this was the worst service that I have ever experienced. We arrived at 12.55 for lunch and was seated. Our order was taken within 10 mins…this was looking good, however it literally stopped there! At 13.15 a table of two were seated next to us. At 13.25 a table of six were seated in front of us, at this point the table of two had received there food,so I approached the manager to enquire where ours was and point out this couple had ordered 15 minutes after and were now eating. He did not return with an update! Then at 13.44 they start bringing out the table of six food!!!! We still had nothing nearly one hour later!! I told the manager we were leaving and just paying for the drinks that had been delivered and long drunk. Absolutely disgusting, ridiculous and the worst service, experience I’ve ever had, I will never ever return to this venue.

Great pizza including vegan and gluten free options. The location is in a typical row of chain restaurants right outside MK stadium but it is a little better than average. The service was good and efficient. Not the cheapest for pizza but worth a little extra.

Food was good as always but to be told 'sit there' by the waitress when showing us to our table got our back up before we had even placed our order. She didn't even look at us and dumped the menus on the table. Also other tables hadn't been cleared in the hour we had been there.
