Subway in Dudley

Won’t be ordering from this store again - drink was missing, part of the order was incorrect and was all thrown together so badly and wrapping loose on food.

no bbq sauce on the hotcross bun foot long meal deal and also I ordered a foot long taco beef dipper with sweet onion sauce that I never received thanks

freezing cold, deffo Cooked before driver assigned

normally good but terrible today. ordered the bmt with extra pepperoni but just got the pepperoni and no bmt. not a happy lunchtime!

The bread was meant to be toasted but was freezing cold when it got here and the cookies were out the packet into the bag

been to a few subways and never been the best. but visits here today and it's the best sub I've had in ages. Sarah and the lad serving was very friendly 😁

Food took 1 hours and a half to get to me

This was a travesty. I ordered chicken, olives, jalapenos and sauce. What i received was: a shriveled sliced of chicken, 6 olives, 3 jalapenos and a smattering of sauce. Teenagers who don't care made this mess. Plz put some care in next time.

I've been in today 28 /9/24 to buy a 12 Italian with chicken and salad. At no point was i told the chicken was chicken Tika . When I arrived home my wife rang the shop to tell the girl working there that we wasn't happy with our meal . And that we would like to return it and have the correct plain chicken on our sandwich. The girl said there was nothing she could do as it was what Id asked for . Well I didn't ask for chicken Tika and at no point did she tell me what flavors of chicken was available to me . How am I supposed to know what flavors there are when the tubs of meat are not clearly marked . Its up to the staff to inform people of the chicken flavors before making a sandwich. As not everyone likes Tika meat . I will not be returning to this shop and ill be sending a email of complaint to subways head office. The young ladys name is Paige and she was very rude and quite aggressive and actually put the phone down on my wife. NOT VERY GOOD FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Missed off 2 items that I paid for!

Awful! Arrived cold, half the order missing, special instructions ignored. Did bring missing items but by then we had finished. Won’t order just eat again from here!

waited 2 hours, no contact number and order kept getting delayed. in fairness sandwich was nice enough, but not sure if it was the fault of subway or just eat.

Food was cold. Over an hour wait. Asked for egg well done and it was runny

Ordered 4 rainbow cookies and they gave chocolate chip and the nachos were just cooked Doritos with no salsa or cheese on.

Taste was not the best left a bad taste

Food always very good but for some reason the staff member decided to cut my wraps in half when the point of a wrap is it contains the ingredients really well. Took 1 bite, salad & meat everywhere 🤣🤣

i ordered the nachos and got given the bag of crisps instead

Sent one sandwich with NO MEAT, just a baguette with sauce on, for nearly £10, and neither sandwich was toasted. Absolutely appalling service, will never use this branch again.

When food ordered delivery time was meant to be at the latest 1:40, food arrived at 2:20. No good when I'm back at work at 2, and kids where hungry.

The food was okay but the order was wrong.

When I first orders it was 13.30 which was fine as my lunch 1-2 didn’t come just before 2 so no time to eat it

Ordered 3 bottles of coke, only received two

i asked for a italian herb and cheese toasted not plain

No cheese cucumber or mayonnaise. Very disappointing but dogs enjoyed it…

Website listed different variety of sandwichs only to get a phone call 25 mins after ordering and paying to say they dont have the one option.. requested another choice which apparently they no longer sell?!?!? Why on earth is it available on the just eat menu???? The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful! Will never order from there again! Also i was never even offered an apology for anything!!!!

Unfortunately delivery driver forgot an item, the staff at this branch were very quick to phone me about this to resolve the issue and a member of staff very kindly drove to deliver the item herself and I was given some freebies too. Thank you very much to the staff team :)

The baguette was missing the cheese filling. Even so it was delicious. I appreciate it is a busy time of year and thank you for your service. Merry Christmas

Dreadful!!! Complete wrong order

Had a call about my order to let me know there was no turkey so kind to let me know and give me chance to choose something to replace it! Very nice lady!

Sandwich is cold. Hash browns are cold. Just a waste of my money

limited availability of options - only small selection of small meal deals, no kids meals, no footlong meal deals only available only, only few of bread options available

Got the order completely wrong, had to ring up they did correct it and sent a new fresh batch out but had to wait even longer for the food then. Staff very helpful and happy to correct their error

Staff are always friendly. My girls have started going once a week and thry love it here.

Lovely friendly staff. Helpful and polite. There was no feeling of being rushed as a customer which was nice. Great place!
