mac Donald's lm so disappointed with our local mc Donald's 😞 at lye , the burgers are smaller and the fries are cold, disabled parking is never used as it should , the men that do the hone delivery are always park there x

forgot to put 3 large fries in and ordered of breakfast and forgot half our order

There's a reason why this is the worst McDonald's in the UK!

Issue with the order via the app/drive through. A member of staff then delivered me thr wrong order, and when I challenge them was extremely rude & told me I had put the wrong order through. I proved they were wrong, and the manger came out & oppologised with the order. I accepted the apologie & he was extremely professional, however when I got home I realised some of the order was still missing. I then drove back 2 McDonald's & spoke 2 the same manager who gave me the missing food & apologised & compensated me for my troubles. He is a credit 2 the company & really turned my customer experience around.

The member of staff who took my order sounded like she was fed up, she clearly didn't want to be at work and doesn't enjoy her job. The member of staff who took payment was equally grumpy, possibly the same member of staff. The member of staff who 'handed' us our order, almost threw the drinks at us, spilling drink and soaking the straws, then shoved an open happy meal box and an open bag of food at us. We got home to find we had no sauces with our two nugget meals. Very poor customer service, lack of attention to detail. Not impressed.

Don't order anything with sauce because the mental capacity of the the people who work here is like nothing you have ever seen before they find it hard to put stuff into a bag. Like a bunch of walking zombies

Nearly always food missing from orders. The bags have a ticket that states what's meant to be in each bag for it sealed and they still miss food

Tim (Manager) was so wonderful and kind to my 5yr old daughter this morning (27.03.24). My little one has been looking to complete her collection of Happy Meal characters, and Tim told us when the next change over of characters was, so that my daughter could visit and take the last character out of glass display cabinet. Bryony was so happy and grateful. We visited previously (15.03.24), the food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was good. Some youths came in around 7:30pm and started verbally abusing the security guard. He asked them to leave. The one teenager started yelling and kicking furniture in his way out. Awful for anyone to see, especially the small children that were present with me and my friends. The security guard did a tremendous job in evicting them. 5 star for security 5 star for food quality 5 star for management 5 star for cleanliness 5 star for happy and engaging staff (especially Tim) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Again in the Stourbridge drive thru ... Customer service is all great taking orders. Preparation of my Big Tasty is not great at all. It looked like it was just thrown together with far too much lettuce. Fries portions as ever are small and quality of fries not great very flimsy undercooked and cold by the time I'd driven 5 minutes home.

Ordered 2 large mc crispy meals and 20 nuggets at 11.32 through just eat, the meal eventually arrived at 13.32 all stone cold for bargain price of £28 !! Disgusting service for cardboard food 🤮

This lot couldn't get an order correct if their lives depended on it. God knows who they employ, but they are not a very intelligent bunch. Word of warning, never leave a mcdonald's without checking your order first. It will always be wrong.

I came in on Sunday 6th October at around 8pm, I asked for a donut and a brownie, the order was wrong so I went back the till to get it corrected, whilst I was there waiting all I could hear was foul swearing between the staff members, when a staff member approached me he didn’t even acknowledge me just took the bag swapped it, whilst he handed me the bag back he completely ignored me when I said thank you to him he shouted over to his friends staring at them wanting to initiate conversation rather than deal with customers. I work in retail so I don’t have issue with staff talking / seeing friends etc,I understand the strain of the job, but it’s appalling when management think it’s acceptable to allow swearing between staff members on a restaurant shop floor where customers can hear.

Ordered a delivery through the mcdonalds app, for some reason this place just can't get the order right. Third time in a row today the order has been wrong! You have to be lucky to get what you actually ordered.

It's a McDonald's so we are never going to be talking about a fine dining experience here. The place itself is clean and well maintained with no major signs of wear and tear. The food itself is pretty mid let's face it. It's McDonald's. But the chicken big Mac is horrid. No flavour in the chicken whatsoever and mine was lacking in Big Mac sauce. But, no one died so. Bonus!

Not a fan of this "new" format of store. No traditional order counter. Use screens and wait for service. Not many staff. Reminded me of an Argos store from 80's.

This is our main macdonalds we use but no more as the last 3 times we have been here they forget atleast one item off our order or add items which we didn't order to ours. Not worth the hassle anymore. Avoid unless you don't mind getting the wrong order

Quick service, hot food and perfect breakfast

App wasn't working. Couldn't use free rewards but could order through drive through but wouldn't get points or free items so left without buying anything.

Service a little slow, although it was very busy. Nice clean place.

No one spoke at the drive through, but two cars behind me went to the other lane and got served. Drove to the window and they got the order wrong so had to pay at the second window.

Place is a joke and a rip off, staff are miserable and just have no life in them. Honestly Macdonalds sort it out! Order a toffee latte to be told it's only half full because of cream which was melted leaving not much for the price, well enjoy cleaning my mess up as I couldn't care after there attitude

Recently refurbished , always busy but food always good

Been to this McDonald’s a few times and this was by far the worst time. I ordered regular large meals, the fries were stone cold, no ice in the drinks, the poor excuse of a spicy McCrispy in the photos. I didn’t order it with any changes. For £16 an abysmal order. When pulling up to pay and collect the staff were blunt, uninterested and seemed more interested in talking to each other than proving the service they’re paid to do. As a past McDonalds employee its embarrassing.

One of the best McDonald's you will visit. Always clean and staff are always friendly and helpful. My only concern with this place is the tight parking spaces. Be careful who you park next to if you like your car dent free

so we went to order our mcdonald’s and ordered 2 ice creams and we waiting over 15 mins and when the lady asked us what our order was she gave it to us and it was completely melted!!!!🤬🤬

Staff were incredibly rude, took too long on the drive thru, just feel like this could be improved, I just don’t think it’s acceptable! I’m VERY disappointed with this service and how long we had to wait. She answered the one next intercom three times before she got to us! McDonald’s sort your staff out!!

It was your typical fast food restaurant. Please get more staff working on the tills. Not everyone wants to order through the computer screen. Staff work like zombies. No personal engagement with the customers. They were looking at the next customer before dealing with their current customer. It made me feel like cattle in a cattle market. Other than the lady giving out balloons to the younger children, She was very approachable, genuine, and happy. The food was edible. It just looked like it had been thrown from one side of the room to the other. As for the app where you enter in codes to possibly get a free something. What a joke. The app is not very clear to someone of my age, so I asked the staff. They didn't have a clue either. Macdonalds you need to focus on your customers and NOT on your profits.

This review is being left on McDonald's as I ordered on the app so my transaction is with them. How the hell you get the wrong street and wrong number is beyond me. Also, Uber eats refused to refund my order as the order has been delivered! Duh! To the wrong address. It was delivered to number 127 but I'm number 4 of a different street in a different area as shown in the photos! As incompetent as they come. Never ever again.

Drive through always a wait...food was fine, overdone on red sauce on cheeseburgers, bun were covered in it.

“Open 24 hours” but are not open for delivery as had to cancel through the mcdonalds app and contact uber and tried to sort it out but man on phone did not care he said “yeah we cant help that sorry” if you turn off your delivery service and close your doors you are not open 24hours so is false advertisement for future customers

Staff are not happy working there . They throw food into the bags . Chips were upside down. Multiple times now they missed item that I have ordered and paid for. Drive thru and thru Uber eats. This store consistently let their customers down . Your staff need to learnt to be polite and show they are happy . If your not happy resign from your job simple as. We don’t have to put up with your attitude.

Our order no. Was 64 and we ordered one of saver menu 3 for £3 and rest of things like one double cheeseburger deal but they gave normal cheese burger , they even didn’t read order so everyone who ordered from there make sure you get whatever you ordered.

First time attending since the refurbishment and I love itttt. There are various seating arrangements to suit everyone's needs (high seat, low seats, large tables and smaller tables). One of the standouts for me was that the staff were absolutely lovely and attentavie.

Ordered on just eat nothing wrong with the just eat service they provided everything wrong with the manger of McDonald’s. Sophie (the manger) handled the problem she had attitude and pulled faces when I had to go sort a order out because she tried to blame a driver over mistake her or her staff mistake, the fact I can’t have mayo and it was put on the order she tried to tell me it was all the drivers fault I never knew the drivers prepared the food and tried to tell me I threw it round my house because how her or her staff had put it together I don’t live like a animal which I assume this is something she seems to think or do herself

Drive through- what a shocker. Ordered a small order and none of it right. Food given straight away to be told to wait for drinks, which took 8 minutes. When drinks did come, they were wrong. No apology for the wait!! Just a joke.

We wanted 10 mins for someone to take our order in the restaurant on the 28/4/24 then we someone finally come to take our order they was very unfriendly we then waited another 10 minutes for food then when we did get the food we was to burgers missing and 4 small drinks I told them they was yet again unfriendly then it was another 5 minutes to the drinks come we still had to wait for the missing burgers after 3 times of asking we finally got our burgers but the rest of our food was cold

Food delivered on time and was mostly hot. At least all the items were delivered this time. Milkshake is best part of the meal. Wouldn't bother ordering if they weren't available.

i use this branch very regular to get my morning coffee , i need to say 2-3 people that working there , they are pride of the brand and the branch , this morning 24/04/2024 around 6 am i went to get my morning coffee, the young man on the till unfortunately i didnt get his name but he was on the till around 6 am, service with smile as he always is very pleasant and polite , the curtesy, friendliness of this Young man does make diffence to your customers which goes long way, also you have a maturer lady works in the morning some time she is always nice and polite and friendly

Visited here after shopping at Merry Hill. I was served by a white young teen girl with an attitude problem. Not only did she get my order wrong she was verbally abusive too. If you don't like you job love then quit. No need to take it out on your customers who pay your wages.

Absolutely. Shocking, I've never written a review before. But on this occasion, I feel as if I should. Last week when I went they got my order wrong And when I asked for no Lettuce On a big Mac Burger, thay gave me a Burger with letters which I didn't mind. I just went back in to the counter and ask them to change it. But when I got back home. The Burger had next to no source on and it was terrible. This week I have gone to the drive through to order my food they have passed me my food but unfortunately no drinks. So, after sitting there for 10 minutes I had to go round to the Counter to get the drinks. So this meant by the time I got back home to eat the food it was cold

This branch has gone downhill massively I mean how hard is it to get an order right so you really need to be a genius to read a screen the last few times I have been not once have they got the order right luckily the first 2 times I had checked before leaving as they completely missed a meal and I ordered no onion and what do I get extra onion and no pickles or mustard food is always sub par but that's McDonald's it's quick easy food think I will stick to tim Horton a lot better

Worst maccies I've visited since they've had the refurb. Only 4 touch screens to order from and no means at all to form a queue for them, it's just every man for himself. You could order from the till but there is no menu, so if you don't know the menu off by heart, it's a waste of time. Seems like it's been made smaller since the refurb, why?

This is always a nice Maccies, but it's even nicer now. The refurb has made it look fantastic, and the layout works quite nicely for wheelchair users. It's always clean and the food really great.

Order big mac meal 5.89 tried charge me 6.01 I ask why tol sugar tax I ask why she didn't say diet or full if I had not asked I would have been charged 6.01 so be careful when ordering food

I think some of your staff need training. The customer service tonight was appalling. Right in ear shot they were mocking my daughter for wanting something off her order. I don't know if they knew we could hear. The woman who took our order was snapping at us. There was no queue in front or behind us and I'm trying to get everyone's order in the car. Then refused to give us a receipt as I told them we could hear them. If we were being rude or passive aggressive, I would understand. But all we did was give the order, say thank you after paying, then ask for a receipt because I've just heard what you've said and done. And my daughter swears blind the person who took order said, do something to the order.

1) no salt on fries and were cold. coke was flatter than a stop sign. 2) only gave me 5 nuggets. coke went everywhere as hadnt put lid on properly. absolute joke. also only gave us 1/2 straws. half my coke was ice.

I went through the drive thru this morning with my dog and originally wanted a mcflurry. As they couldn't do that (fair enough, it was breakfast) I ordered 2 sausage patties. The girl on the speaker was rude and abrupt when she couldn't hear me due to the noise on her end and when I eventually did order there wasn't anyone there to take payment! I drove to the next window and explained and the guy there asked me to drive around again. I did so and had to reorder and was charged £2. He was also quite abrupt but at least he took my order and payment. Imagine my surprise when I got home to find a single sausage pattie in the bag. I was charged £2 for that and the annoyance of their poor service. Disgraceful.

Used drive through. Ordered 2 quarter pounder meals,both with drinks no ice and bbq sauce. Received order and drove away. Opened it up and drinks full of ice and no bbq sauce (paid for) or paper serviettes. Bit disappointed tbh.

Ordered an uber for mcdonalds breakfast, Food arrived over an hour late and freezing cold, also forgot my hashbrowns, called restaurant to complain and didn't get any sympathy, its not their problem.... 2 cold coffees and 2 freezing mcmuffins, disgusting, manager didn't care or offer replacements, I asked if I could return the cold food and he said no because it was after 11 o clock, the order didn't turn up till after 11...... what a scam and waste of money.

Ordered on mcdonalds app, gets delivered cold and order is wrong! Asked for 1 double quater pounder for my pregnant wife and 1 quater pounder for myself! Recieved 2 quarter pounders and my sons happy meal is cold! The staff who pick the food to pack only have to read a computer when packing so how can this be wrong and cold! I ordered food and tbh came within 15mkns so not delivery drivers fault! This has happened before with a breakfast when my sons complete order got wrong and it always seems to be the boulevard merry hill that getsnit wrong!

Well, on delivery I selected the option ‘meet me at my door’ the driver didn’t even get out his car, just sent a message saying come down and wound the window down. Then one of the meals I ordered was missing, then to top it off while eating the big and cheesy I found a a foreign object inside, I have no idea what I could be, so obviously the staff that night didn’t perform any quality checks. This was a really awful experience. If you order from here don’t eat alone as this could have been a lot worse.

10/12 Looking forward to simply receiving a McDonald’s. Ended up with someone else’s cheapo order and the driver won’t answer the phone. I doubt I will see any money back for this. Disgusting.

Just finished a 12 hour night shift for the Nhs was greeted with a lovely young chap on drive thru, smile meant the world.

Ordering a mcplant burger got home to realise it had bacon on it ! Disgusting
