Costa Coffee in Dudley

A regular haunt of mine. Very efficient and friendly staff. Always clean and tidy. The coffee and food are second to none.

This is possibly my favourite cafe. It's light and airy, staff are so helpful, coffee made just the way I like it, and not too costly. And free parking!! What's not to like.

Food and drinks good but there’s always something missing or wrong! Please look in to this - otherwise no complaints.

I've been using this Costa for a few years now. Recently we tried to order using the app. It took over 30 minutes to receive drinks having chased twice. Not good would have been quicker queuing, and had to take away in the end due to time. I think this could be improved really, perhaps have the person doing the app orders completing them all before leaving the scene to clear up.

Drive-through is very efficient, and the staff are always pleasant.

Dudley Costa had sold out of bacon baps so ordered from Kingswinford food still hot and so was drinks, delivery driver was friendly too

My food and drinks I ordered never arrived and the app is saying it’s been ordered. I am very disappointed, terrible service.

Change of staff has led to this store going downhill slightly... Behind the counter is an absolute tip, store needs a good clean... Flys buzzing around (like other Costas) landing on uncovered cakes and the cups... 🤮 Serious and bad food hygiene issues in this Costa... Stood by counter for a while before being served (staff were not serving just standing talking)... 👎

I think I ordered too early, food was barely warm and not toasted, contents were somewhat soggy.

Went through drive thru. Super quick service and staff were amazing.

Lots of tables full of dirty cups/trays. Chairs marked and a few with rips. 3 staff on so got my order drinks quickly thou not piping hot. Whole place felt tired, and needed tlc

Food was ok except it tasted like it had been warmed and left as it was hard. Don’t think I received a caramel cortado as ordered. Food was 25 mins late

This Costa is a credit to the brand. Every time I've called in, I've been greeted with a warm welcome. The seating area is always clean and tidy. I have to commend the staff (Kim the manager) for their consistent and personable approach. Well done all, and keep up the excellent work 👏

They went above and beyond as they tried to ring becuase they were out of cookies and then sent me two option becuase they wasn’t able to get in touch with me

It is a hidden gem! You wouldn't think this was a proper café, just a drive through, but this is also a nice place to sit down and have a good cuppa, do some studying or meet up with clients... Or just have a quiet time with your loved one. 😉 The staff is friendly and serves with a smile.

Usually really good but today half the order missing andthe two carrot cake slices that arrived looked half eaten and mushed plus the most smallest slices disappointed had to spend more money from a different costa .

drinks was spilt and freezing cold

to Costa In kingswinford.they had a fly going round on every cake. I told them even showed the woman where it was on a chocolate brownie, but they didn't do anything, just walked away

Waited over a for delivery alone. Had to warm everything up. The strawberry and cream frappe was like mush very unappealing and in appetising had to throw away. Over all very unsatisfying

Close earlier than they advertise.

Went through the drive-thru, took 25 minutes to get our drinks. No cream for the Terrys hot chocolates either yet still charged full price

Usual costa full of people working on laptops.

I didnt get my marshmallows ordered and i ordered a sticky toffe latte and mac and cheese, my latte wasnt what I ordered and I got half a mac and cheese

2 lattes, 1 chai was sent.no hot chocolate

The delivery driver left the drinks on the door and didn’t ring the bell. The resident is disabled and didn’t know where their delivery was. They were found 30 Minutes later on the doormat.

The food came completely inedible because the coffee and spilt and the mango frappe, and just to say when you order the mango frappe, you should have the widest straw anyway

Wrong item delivered to what I orded

Fab coffee and food but please get the air con working. Been problematic for a v long time. Always too hot in there. Not fair for the staffs or customers.

As with all Costa coffee outlets you are pretty much going to get the same service and quality. This branch however is always too hot for me which is uncomfortable at times.

I have seen some other reviews complaining about service but I have only ever had really good service here so maybe have been really lucky! Came on a really busy day so did have to wait, I would say that’s the only downside of this costa, with the drive thru you do sometimes have to wait for your order if you’re sitting in. However I love that this costa is open for much longer hours than other ones and that you can park for 3 hours for free, making it a great place to come and sit and do work. I also like the range of food they do. Always had tasty drinks from here and attentive staff.

Tables not cleaned after clients leave had to clear our own table before we sat

So, not the worst, but nothing jumping out that makes it the best. Next to a McDonalds that does budget flavoured coffee and Tim Hortons open 3 mile up the road which is open longer, costa is only 2 *

Awful!! Ordered poached egg and bacon brioche roll...they gave sausages instead on a normal bap...i open the sausage bap up and it looks like it has spit in it, in the middle! No brown sugar, as requested...usually a fan of costa, but i don't usually order from the kingswinford one...i won't be using them again and will discourage anybody else from going there too, so they don't experience the same. Even tried to ring them too, to see if they could fix the situation and the phone line doesnt work!

Staff more interested in serving customers pulling up to service windows. Eventually served but very limited vegan options advised the vegan hot chocolate had dairy chocolate topping when we asked for no topping told could not serve it without one ! Really? Apricot iced tea tasked like cold water with nothing else in it. Server advised us to ask for extra syrup next time we ordered it. Presume this would cost more. We shall not return. Not up to usual Costa standard at all

Great coffee and service. Made a large group order for work and didn’t wait any longer than if I’d just ordered one drink! Very impressive and always great Costa taste!

If I could zero i would. The staff on Saturday 18th march 10 am really let this branch down . I order hot chocolate didn't ask any questions to complete my order . I had to say no cream etc . Rude staff no basic manners . When I pulled up the two blonde ladies where slagging a customer off and laughing about them . Think these 2 girls forget that customers spending there money pays there wages. One of the girls the passed me my drink I said do you no want paying for the drinks today . If I hadn't of said anything I would of 100 % had a free order today. When I pulled away I had ordered a hot chocolate and it wasn't even a hot chocolate was a latte. Never using this Costa again will drive to merry hill or dudley much better services . Costa needs to review this branch and its workers immediately.

Great coffee! Electric car charging. Really clean toilets! Friendly staff. This is also a drive through location.

We stopped in here a couple of times while staying locally and after a car breakdown. The service was excellent, the service staff remembered our car problems and checked in with us to make sure we were fine, which made us feel very looked after.

Would give zero stars if possible for staff attitude. Online order charged, not received.

Great customer service. Lovely staff to talk to. Only problem is they need to update there opening times on the internet and also at the drive thru especially people with disabilities and hidden disabilities etc.

Lovely sandwich and a coffee, very busy but not too much of a wait. Pleasant staff, very welcoming.

It's nice to go meet at these places but it's so expensive. Food isn't that good, just supermarket food tarted up. None of it's fresh. Coffee is the same as everywhere else. I'm not impressed with any of the Coffee chains. This place was busy and took an age to get served too. Staff just milling around, why???

Even though it was late in the afternoon there was still a good selection of food and pastries. The coffee was well made.

Came here 30 minutes before it was about to close. Which i assumed closes at 6pm on Sunday as it shows on google search. And they shut the doors. What a waste of fuel. They need to update there timings on everything as they actually close at 5pm on Sunday's.

Lovely Costa, quieter than the ones in town. Usual layout with all sandwiches, cakes etc you would expect at any Costa. Friendly staff. Will be returning

Parked to charge my car, but space was blocked. Really needs marking on the relevant spaces to keep the free for EVs

It's Costa. Good coffee. Not particularly hygienically made though as in all Costas. Staff need to wash their hands more often and stop handling the inside of the cups you're expected to drink from. Surely by now the idea of hygiene should be firmly planted in the minds of the people who run Costa! Get your act together please before you pass on some horrible virus!!!

Went here during lunchtime and really felt ostracised. No acknowledgement from any member of the staff whilst I waited ...was thinking of walking out. Poor service overall. Won't be going here again.

Nice drive through store. Inside is nice, warm and clean and the staff are always friendly.

The first time i had been it was clean inside and very quick to give us our order i will be visiting again.

Lovely, clean and spacious Costa. Staff were very friendly and my order was taken with no problems. Overall ambience was good, not to many sounds and good place to relax and have a drink and a meal.

It does what's on the box, gives you what you're wanting and does it in a timely manner. Can't complain about the staff either as the orders have always been correct and they have always been polite. I've never been inside but have gone through the drive through several times, and if you go to the same place more than once then you know its not bad!

Excellent as normal seems much better than the ones up the merry hill still good but maybe be they are under more pressure up the merry hill but if the standards are not met then other coffee shops will take there trade.

Tried the new purple one latte, very tasty! Love how it comes with a purple one on the side too! The gluten free mince pie was pretty tasty also! Always a warm and friendly environment in this store.

Consistently good coffee and pleasant staff. Usual easy access and car parking you expect from Costa. Sat outside which is quiet and away from busy roads . Toilets clean and tables cleared for use.

To much in a rush,bacon roll not as hot as it usually is had to go back and ask for a knife and no serviettes and given no receipt

Called In the new drive thru costa coffee in Kingswinford and ordered a regular latte . Took it home about 3 miles away and when I started drinking it found that they had given me a hot chocolate not a Latte. So disappointed was so needing A coffee . Too far to take it back. Not happy

This coffee outlet is one of the best I’ve ever been to, and I drive around the country so I know . The staff are always fantastically friendly and helpful and pleasant , the say hello when we go in and shout see ya on the way out, I highly recommend this place, it’s my “B” line. Well done everyone.
