Customer service is lacking. I was the only customer there and was stood for 10 mins without even getting to place an order. Walked away empty handed as could not wait any longer. Very poor.

After a long day my mum just wanted something to eat! Stopped off here and queued for a subway. People in front got served, and my mum got told no we are closed! Women on counter was extremely rude and still allowed my mum to continue queuing even though she knew she wasn’t going to serve her!! Absolutely disgusting! You should be ashamed and should be fired! I hope you do!

Racist behaviour - Guy in blonde hair and beard behind the counter refused to serve us stating he doesn’t work here he is here to help only and then goes on make the sandwich and process billing for the customer before and after us. I ordered a foot long from Subway, in Gravesend, 43 High Street. It was chicken with some salad. I got back to my car and started eating it, literally after the second bite, I noticed blue plastic stuff stuck to the meat. I emailed their head office, but they've decided to ignore me, even though I told them I have photos. I had to throw away my meal, it was disgusting. I went back there the next day and explained to the staff, but they just shrugged their shoulders, they didn't even offer me another meal.

The level of service in this branch of Subway is shocking. A woman I believe is the supervisor is constantly huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes when serving customers and also speaks with a horrific attitude. Staff also don’t change gloves when going between handling food and money 🤢 What’s more, delivery orders are just left out to get cold and I always hear swearing and hitching behind the counter when I visit

the hygiene in this store is SHOCKING. i watched the lady serving a customer in front of me, handling cash and then without changing the gloves she put the salads into the sandwiches. Surely thats not the training they are receiving ?! when it came to my sandwich she continued to use the very same gloves and of course i have asked her to change to new ones which she did. You should seriously look into this and the basic hygiene is lacking! i can see from previous reviews that this is happening the whole time

My guy, i enjoyed our chat, im the guy who had the same sub for 12 years.. well till today... you forgot the mayo and southwestern sauce. Sounds little but massive difference in taste. Lacks a certain oomph. 12 years mate! Indentical sandwiches ive been eating. I would suggest that the owner/franchisee is the problem here, not the employees. Youre only as good as your leader and in 5 years of visiting this place, i have never met a leader. I did a shift here about 5 years ago when i moved to town, didnt meet any kind of leader or anyone who cared about brand standards. I would suggest reporting this particular branch to the subway headoffice as the owner is making a mockery of a respected sandwich brand.

Rude staff -they rushed us even though there were no other customers. They rolled their eyes at eachother while we ordered. No sauce offered for potato wedges, but we didn't even feel like asking because of their attitude. The lady serving did not change her gloves between handling vegeterian and non-veg items, and also to handle the till. The sandwiches were poorly made.

Measly portions of tuna in tuna sub. Franchisee says tough luck coz you only get 2 scoops of tuna. So based on what i received, i assume they’re using mice sized ice cream scoops. Worst tuna sub i’ve ever purchased from Subway. Wouldn’t visit this branch again.

So rude because I called them to be served whilst the three members of staff was chatting. I get rudeness. Bread was still from the day before. Get home and my sub is literally all over the place not even edible so had to throw away. I don’t even know what’s worst the staff or the food quality. Go favourite chicken instead. Trust me.

I stopped going to here after it had been refurbished. Staff were previously disrespectful and never listened. Subs get burnt since staff leave food in the toaster unattended, and the general attitude of staff sucked. I doubt that the place has improved much since as other reviews are citing similar issues.

This has been refurbished in the last few months, I've been here many times before and after the new look though only around lunch time at the weekend (Subway request from the children). The Subway layout is much the same as before though the rest of the petrol station is quite different. There are a small number of spaces near the entrance to park but it is usually full. There's plenty of room on the exit road which is safe to use. Be careful as you walk across the petrol station forecourt though! It's a standard Subway. It's neither better nor worse than others. Okay, the staff may not be happy all the time but who is. They've always been polite even if they've not been overly "sparky". The sandwiches are the usual Subway affair which are highly standardised. Bought a couple of sandwiches the other day - they were served up quickly and efficiently made with exactly what I wanted (the sauce is usually applied in huge amounts even though I ask for a reduced amount, not this time!). I was driving back home within 5 minutes with a decent sandwich in a bag.

Previously walked out after being ignored for over a minute by the bloke three feet away on the other side of the counter. Gave it another go tonight 25/7/17. Same bloke. Served his mate who arrived after me, all chatty and joking, then put his 'attitude' face on to serve me. Mumbled his questions to me as if it was too much trouble to move his lips and forced out the quietest 'thanks' in return for my payment as he turned away to do something more important. Complete to$$er. Won't give them anymore of my money.

I have been ordering from Happy Dragon for the past 6 years now and had no problem with any of the dishes and the lady who worked in there was always nice and friendly. The service was genuine and not fake. While I was waiting for my food to be cooked fresh when ordered I’ve seen customers who are so rude to the lady who’s work at this place. She advised the rude customer with the correct information but they did not accept and did not wanted to admit to their mistake/ fault. From most of the bad reviews I have read its was so absolutely nonsense and I just wanted to laugh out loud. Are we human or animal? How you wanted to be treated you should treat others the same. There will be busy times, happy times and no aggressiveness. No one is perfect…

Had lunch here today with my family and was honestly blown away by the food. I’ve been a few times for a drink and live bands and always enjoyed it but the food today was incredible. Service was excellent too. It was nice and quiet also which was great for us as we were well looked after but it absolutely deserved to be busier. Will defo be back!

Sack Kamal. He text me basically being a creep because he has my number from Just Eat. He called after I left the restaurant, I missed it so I called back in case there was a problem but got cut off. Then he text saying sorry wrong number, then again to say that he lied and his name is Kamal and I'm the most beautiful girl in the universe. Very creepy and ill never be back! Made me lose my appetite so I threw the food away. I have screenshots of the texts and have added them to other review sites
