I had a wonderful experience at this Subway location! Rutvik was incredibly kind and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect and made the whole visit pleasant. It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days, and Rutvik truly made my day. Thank you for the warm hospitality and great service! I'll definitely be back!

I ordered hot chocolate which I had worst hot chocolate of my life no taste, it was like just boiling hot water they served me .

Incompetent workers , don’t make sandwich’s properly , leave out items when they feel like , incredibly stingy with toppings (got 2 individual pieces of onion in my sandwich & 6 pieces of lettuce lol) terrible services needs new management

The food is not delivered to me and it is showing delivered , first the driver was calling me to get me and than after he disconnect my call two to three times

If you don’t have something, dont assume what is a replacement! Delivery always takes forever from here.

Could i show my evidence and pictures please!!! This is very serious matter you guys are not taking my situation in any sort of account! I payed for a servicw and for food and the correct items were not brought to me! What if i was allergic? This is very serious! I payed for an order and i didnt recieve it! In your refund policy that is stated that the wrong items have the right to ask for a refund! This is a serious matter and i seriously want to show my evidence and proof of the unfair treatment i recieved! I would like my money deposited back into my account and for some justice to be given! This is awful service and entirely not JUST! I will spread awareness of this false system! I would like to show proof and for you look furthur in my case as justice had not been given!

Twice now one particular staff member has got my order wrong. Then when you ask him to correct it he just says no and starts to argue with you. He is extremely rude shouts and threatens. In fact the other staff member apologized for his behavior and corrected the order.

It took over an hour and half to make 2 sandwiches and deliver it a mile away. I had to throw out my entire life plans for the weekend out the window because of this. Food arrived cold.

Went in telling the guy at the counter that I wanted to get 2 footlongs using the offer on the app. At no point did he tell me I needed 2 QR codes. Luckily I had 2, one for my partner too, but apparently Subway is such a big deal that they won't accept screenshots. I've literally gotten through concert security using screenshots of QR codes and these sandwich shop guys can't accept it for a sub offer? It's pathetic. Don't waste your time and money at this subway. They don't tell you half their rules and expect you to read every line of the fine print so they can get by doing as little work as possible.

I've placed an order at 13:30 and it came at 14:53. Called the restaurant asking what's the ETA and the person who picked up started yelling at me that it's not their fault and that Just Eat not sending driver and it's gonna come when it comes which was nothing to do with me. I was extremely polite never mind it was 1 hour late already. The food arrived cold as it's coming out of a fridge.

How hard is it to get an accurate Uber Eats delivery right? Ordered a meal deal, the coffee and cookie were BOTH MISSING.

Pooja was a very rude person put the wrong salad on my sub and the the manager brien just started shouting at me not the service I expected

I went in this afternoon to order a Brie and bacon roll. They warmed it up , lovely. When I got home found they had added some sort of onion chutney. I did not ask for this so not very happy. Please listen to your customers and not add ingredients.

The food came 2 hours late because of issues with just eat. The actual shop were polite.

I walked 25 minutes from Oxford Circus to collect my food after my payment went through and food said it was ready to collect. I got all the way to the restaurant and the restaurant was closed!! The man in the shop was very rude and the shop was closed even though I was 10 minutes early!! I have a disability which means I have extreme pain when walking. I am absolutely appalled by the service of just eat. I expect a full refund immediately plus the amounts times three at least. Please address this immediately.

It was the worst experience in a subway ever! Would not recommend to ANYONE the worker was too busy on his phone then answering calls on his phone to serve me around 9.40am 7th August. Made a huge fuss about me ordering a gluten free bun. Asked for a pizziola he then wouldn't add the mozzarella as it would make the sandwich too big to fold? Ridiculous and should probably be under some management review due to his service.

Poor management. I ordered a foot long and when I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and wrapped separately so I could eat throughout the day, the worker said this wouldn't be possible otherwise they'd charge me for 2 x 6 inches. Worker explained this was a new rule from management and they couldn't do anything about it. I've never experienced this at any of the other Subways. Management is clearly money-hungry. They also don't have an area to sit and eat your food, overall poor experience. Better off spending your money at one of the other many food places around.

Amazingly great sandwiches! Great choice of ingredients allowing you to make your choice of sandwiches to perfection! Good delivery time.

Found hair in my sub. This is the second time this has happened, although the last time I went to this location was over three months ago. I should’ve learned the first time, will not be going back again. Also since when did they start charging for bags ?

Wasn’t the correct food I ordered

The sub was disgusting and the meat smelt off. I had to throw my food away. The staff also need a few lessons on good customer service, seems like they want to continue their conversation and left me standing there for a few minutes to be served. I suggest you go elsewhere. Listen to the reviews.

The gentlemen at the till seems least interested in serving customers He was very hesitant to put the veggies in the sandwich...normally Subways have been quite generous when it comes to it, but the guy serving in this outlet had the audacity to only put one small slice of tomato and one small slice of a cucumber for a 6 inch !

The tuna is in some sort of white water, the Italian BMT that I ordered had something in it that was off. I wouldn’t recommend.

Rude staff. Price doubled it’s a joke

Extremely rude employee who shuts the store early so he can sit down and do nothing. Ive also been there multiple times before 12am and the door was shut so we got turned away. The same employee that works there closes the door and sits on his phone. It says it closes at 12am everyday on the door. Rude rude rude and unprofessional.

Very friendly man served me and we talked about the zoo. Makes such a difference :)

Didn’t get my order, received someone else’s and the driver insisted I held on to it and he would fix things. Feel bad for the person who’s order I was given, it was stone cold and a lot bigger than mine. Ended up in the bin unfortunately.

Most expensive subway I've ever been too. And when they scan your subway app for you to get points, it never goes through, even though they act like it has. So make sure you always ask for a receipt to claim back later! And it seems their drink machine is never fully working.

The staff barely speak English. They're all screaming at eachother so loud that you have to shout to get your order across. They told a guy to cut into the line in front and then they nearly gave me sandwich to him. They gave me the wrong cookie twice because they didn't understand the difference between double and triple. The drink machine hadn't been cleaned and half of the drinks were not working. Avoid if you can. There are lots of other options nearby.

Food came late therefore my food was very cold. We asked for Italian herb bread however was given a complete different one that we did not like and was very hard. Nacho chicken bites were soggy and cold and the bottom of the box was breaking apart. This was very disappointing and won’t be order from here again.

I had a meatball mariana foot long.. didn't really taste that fresh and was cold it was proberly leftovers from a few days before. Also customer service wasn't great I waited a while to actually get served and all the staff members (4-5) of them were all together laughing and talking in their language which is not very professional especially when customers are there queuing up hardly paying any interest. The Asian guy that served me my salad barely spoke a word of English and I had to repeat myself a few times. Overall disappointed

Everything was great except for the cookie which was stale. Also I think there is a false advertising issue with the “Jude’s chocolate milkshake” option. I received the flat white coffee and this was the second time (when I ordered from Subway Paddington). I had called Subway Paddington to let them know they had sent me the wrong Jude drink or maybe they ran out and they told me that that was the chocolate drink :/ I told them that it says Flat white coffee milkshake on the can but she said it was the chocolate! Sort it out Subway, even the picture on your JustEat menu shows the image of the can and nowhere on it does it say flat white coffee!

Don’t serve cold toasted sandwiches and soggy hash browns. My delivery time was 5 min. So it wasn’t long transit. Come on. Don’t do new items and then get lazy. Ugh.

was sent the wrong packet of crisps, and the ones i ordered were vegan, but the ones i recieved weren't so i couldn't eat them. also the sandwich was terrible and had hardly any sauce in it

Food arrived cold, so it had to be reheated. This may be due to the fact that the driver was on a peddle bike & not a Moped/Scooter. The driver had to travel for 2 miles, which wasn't fair on him. This could have been avoided. Adding onto this, the sandwich arrived a mess.

I just recently went to Subway last Saturday which is located in Baker Street and got a meatball marinara sub but when I ate it, it tastes horrible as their sub was not fresh. I got sick from this and it makes me vomit. I strongly not reccommend anyone to go to this subway restaurant in Baker Street

The restaurant does not check the order properly as they missed my cookies when I called the restaurant they just say sorry we were very busy

Brilliant food amazing service best Halal Subway in Central London area .

A Halal Subway. There is a Halal sticker right at the entrance, so there is no need of double guessing. Not enough space for dine in - just one table for two to sit and one counter for two to stand and eat. There was a table with chairs outside but not clean

I always get great Subs from the Baker St branch. They're always well made and fully loaded. When you pay for 'extra meat', you actually do get extra meat, and you can see clearly what you're getting. They even come in these nifty boxes, which are great if you want to keep them in the fridge for later or something. Totally delicious!

I’m am extremely annoyed because I did not receive my order but said delivered. I called the restaurant and they said they would send it but never heard back from them.

Food was never delivered to my flat Delivery driver waited outside my flat (I live on the 19th floor could see him from my window) for 20 mins, before buzzing my flat and telling me he delivered and tried to call me. He did not deliver, he did not call me. Customer service was abysmal and outright horrible. I want a refund.

Not a big fan of Subway, but kids love it! Mix of upto foot-long ciabatta-type soft breads with different meats eg. Meatballs, salami, chicken etc etc. Mix with salads , jalapeños, etc along with different sauces, eg. Ranch sauce, mayo etc etc etc.

Stale and hard bread. Could not have been prepared today. Meat tasted a little off too. Wouldn’t be surprised if it is past it’s best before but they continue to serve it anyways. Definitely won’t be eating from here again. Regional managers ought to investigate this store for its quality
