This is one of those staples in Soho for when you leave a place drunk you can get food. Not sure I have ever been sober. The staff are very pleasant. Food is decent. Great place to eat while waiting for your Bolt to arrive

Spring 2025 7.5 pounds of schnitzel is enough to fill you up Fried chicken is good too It was my first time to eat hummus, but it tasted like mashed potatoes and was good. Chipotle of the Middle East

Ridiculously good value for London, and for pretty much anywhere. Service and atmosphere are are what you expect from a place like this, friendly and clean. £7.00 for a filling veggie bowl, probably best value meal I've eaten in London.

The food is INCREDIBLE. Wide menu and would definitely recommend the falafel resto with extra aubergine! Coming here soon again.

Obsessed! I keep coming back 20 years after opening. Consistently delicious food, fresh, tasty and friendly staff. I have yet to discover the secret ingredient that makes the falafel the best ever, and i always struggle to choose between those and the aubergine slices which are insanely tasty too. A total gem of a place that never lets me down.

Very good restaurant. You have the choice between bowl, wrap or pita. We choose the vegetables that fill our meal. I recommend. Lots of options also for vegetarians

We ordered falafel in pitta, chicken in pitta and grilled halloumi (and coca cola ☺️). My boyfriend liked it so much that he ordered one more chicken pitta! The atmosphere is cozy and the service is very friendly and smiling.

Such a good place to get Lebanese food in central London. The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the prices are unbeatable for the location.

Visited once, food was good, service excellent and fast and the environment was clean and tidy. 5 stars and I can’t think of another restaurant in this central area of London that offers proper seats, decent food and a menu genuinely filled with filling meal options under £10. Please don’t change!

Used to love this place when it was the original Maoz, however with covid they changed it into something wannabe a posh restaurant and they lost the nice vibe of maoz. Won’t be going there again

Quiet chill vibe, not too crowded, and ACTUALLY good quality food for cheap prices. We got a GIANT chicken wrap with manyyy toppings for only 7. Serves 2 people

This place is excellent! I’m not usually a fast food person but it was late and everything was closed. Food was fresh with lots of veg and yummy sauces. Steady steam of people coming in. Will be back.

We had an issue when ordering from Deliveroo and not all of our food arrived. However, the manager from Maoz ended up dropping us off this food arrived at a later date for no extra charge and apologised. Amazing customer service and great food.

The fried chicken was too hard.

Although the food was delicious (schnitzel in Pita), sadly I got horrendous food poisoning a few hours after eating here on the 12/12/24. It definitely was from here as it was all I had eaten that day.

The best choice for those looking for delicious, fresh, and clean food at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the staff’s behavior is incredibly polite and delightful.

Finally an affordable restaurant in London... In this city of all excess, we find this very affordable canteen. All the dishes are prepared before our eyes which is a sign of transparency and the waiter at the counter was rather pleasant and generous. I recommend for a Mediterranean meal on the go. Several vegan and vegetarian options

Walked in thinking it'll be just a regular place. Ordered the chicken box. 2 minutes in and I'm like "this is the best chicken box I've ever eaten". The salad was so fresh. I loved how much pride the staff were taking to clean the one piece glass counter front. Well done. Halal and healthy. Ticked all the boxes.

Being food critics and successfully running 4 food shops, it is hard to impress me. Good fresh food , Affordable prices , polite and humble staff . Hats off to management and team. Couple of suggestions, clean tables frequently, when I visited they were not that clean as supposed to be in reputable food stores and chef to wear cap or cover head .

Used to be a patron of the Maoz location in Union Square, NY and after not having a location in my vicinity- tried the London location after a couple of years. Back in the day, Maoz used to be a vegetarian restaurant which served you fresh falafel with a variety of salads and now it is just another Döner shop with falafel, meats, Halloumi and a handful of vegetable toppings. It is really a shame that the once distinctly bright green vegetarian restaurant with fresh flavours has now turned into another corporate chain with mediocre food to appeal to the masses.

Really nice food and unbeatable prices! A nice alternative to the overpriced chinatown restaurants.

First time trying out Middle Eastern Food, was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients n taste. Value for money Didn’t think of taking photos of the food. If you are in the Chinatown area give yourself a chance to try it out .

Pequeño café con excelente comida. No reservé, pero eran bastante temprano, así que no hay problema con la mesa (comida previa al teatro). El servicio fue rápido y eficiente. The good: Quick, fast and friendly service, which isn’t what we expected late at night. Then the food came and we were further impressed by the quality, the taste and also the price (this is London after all). There was so much of it that we were given doggy bags to take the rest home. I was so impressed with the experience that I had to review Maoz. The bad: None.

Travelled around Europe for a few weeks and this is the best tasting, freshest food I’ve had. Was a delicious pita and healthy, so made me feel great eating it. Clean restaurant and great customer service too and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I often come here after finishing a shift between 12-1am and the staff are always super friendly (despite having probably dealt with drunks all night). The service is always quick and the food is amazing. My go to is the schnitzel wrap with all the fillings, it never disappoints. Thank you!
