I have had quite a few bad experiences at this Subway and would advice others to avoid. The staff always do Just eat orders before customers who are in the store waiting, even if there is a big queue. The service is very slow and just very poor customer service all around. The times where i have actually had a sandwich from here it has been poor, everythings just been thrown on, bread hasnt even been cut. I came in today, as usual the one employee started on just eat orders before even taking notice of me, she finished the one and despite me waiting there she moved on to the next just eat order. As it was just me and my 3 year old around i thought id be able to take him to the toilet without losing my space in the queue and thought she would be done with the just eat orders by the time i got out.I took my son to use the toilet got back and there was two more people in the queue, she had finished the second just eat order and then moved on to a third that had just come in despite there now being three people waiting in the queu. I didnt even wait and went elsewhere for food. Im not going back to this subway and would advise others to avoid if you can.

The service is so ridiculously slow. They are never able to offer any of the rewards available on my app (this has now happened multiple times). The staff serving can barely understand English so you find yourself repeating yourself over and over and over again. And if you raise an issue with them, like I had to when 2 items that should have been free on my app were not coming off their screen (very much a ‘computer says no’ attitude!) they don’t know where their manager is and when I asked what they would do to help me sort out the issue, the reply I got was “can you just pay because I have other customers to serve!” Really shocking customer service and I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re in any kind of rush. That was today’s episode which has prompted this review, but as an aside, I have ordered online from this same subway on 2 occasions now and have collected my order and got home, only to realise that the order has been incorrectly made up. It is our misfortune that this happens to be the nearest subway to my home and I keep thinking it surely can’t be as bad this time. But today has definitely been my last attempt. I’d much rather travel further out for someone who can a) understand my order and b) who has the slightest idea of how to deal with a customer. I do not recommend at all! *Just to clarify, I have given the food 3 stars because when they get your order right, the food is great, exactly what you’d expect from a Subway, but sadly it is so hit and miss as to whether you’ll get the right food that I couldn’t give anything more than a 3.

Honestly, if you're starving and really want it, I beg you, don't bother with a footlong. Just save yourself with a 6 inch. Even if you think it's better value, or if you want to save it for later, DONT. You are way better off having a 6" and having something else Organic/Fresh. (NOT PROCESSED). For info on this Particular subwaystore, it's alright. Tastes how it usually does everywhere else. Just wait times are a bit long during prime hours (anywhere between 11-4). Even In-Store.

Despite charging a car at the garage for 50 minutes the garage wouldn’t let us use the toilets in the shop as ‘subway is closed’. Very abrupt staff and no concerns given for the ladies in the car needing to use the facilities. Would not recommend this charging location.

So childrens meal, if you have just cheese they give you a slice of tiny triangle cheese and try charging you 80p per slice of cheese even though you don't have any other ingredients on🤦🏻‍♀️ after refusing this they they then took this one and the ham and cheese sandwich apart putting the ingredients and bread back among the other ingredients and bread (the ham and cheese one was actually wrapped) prior to this the lady was handling her phone with the gloves on then came to serve me without actually changing her gloves. Luckily I got the man handled the food. Not a very friendly service both seemed like they didn't want to be there and had the worst customer service.

What we ordered we did not get!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 I would give no stars if I could because We asked for the sandwiches NOT to be toasted and they came toasted We ordered cookies and didn’t get the ones we even ordered so in a nut shell ALL THE ORDER WAS WRONG Tried to call the branch and all the phone numbers were no longer available so lunch was completely ruined and went in the bin Maybe someone should be checking the orders before they start to make them to make sure they get them right!! Because let’s be honest there not the cheapest sandwiches

Well it’s a good job my mom didn’t have a allergic reaction too curry powder as she may as well have just had curry paste on bread as what was spouse too be a taste like stake sandwich too be swapped for what was spouse too be a patty we just got curry and lots of it call it the new subway curry classic as that’s all we could taste !

Fantastic service, normally order via Just Eat & Uber Eats and never have an issue. Had one time when my order was delivered incorrect, left a note for them regarding it and they rectified it with the next order and got free items to apologise which was nice. Been in a couple times to order and service has been stellar. Can't fault them.

As a just eat delivery driver i entered to this branch to pick order up first. I told to stuff lady abt my order number. She said i have to wait. After few minutes another 2 driver came. They been told same as me. But, strangely rest 2 driver served first, i was last after 15 minute wait. What a awful service, i felt really annoyed. She should have served me first as a first 1. She didn't even say sorry for put me on long wait

The guy at the garage desk greeted me and smiled. That little touch of customer service means a lot as you dont have it at most petrol stations! Budgens is known mostly south in and around London and known as a premium brand. Hence why you are welcomed with more expensive product than your usual petrol station. There is a subway connected to the garage and two free cash withdrawal machines. Petrol is linked to ESSO so usually pretty cheap.

Unhelpful staff member , didn’t tell my daughter when she bought her usual vegetable patty in Italian that The patty’s have changed and are now a different formula and now 🥵 & spicey. So I went in and said it was too hot for her, she wouldn’t do anything about it. Also it was given to my daughter in bread too short for the patty.... 5 inch I recon and the bread was toasted too hard. Surely @£4.19 , a product of this quality could have been refunded, even for good customer relations. It is a horrible Subway! With bad attitude staff! There were no hot drinks available either! NO STARS !😡

Before eating I visited the toilets, 1st mistake, the toilets were absolutely disgusting. The floor was swimming in urine, the toilet bowl covered in splatters of graces and everywhere toilet tissue lay discarded as though an explosion had taken place. I decided that I'd rather not use the facilities provided and was about to leave when I realised I had already ordered. I did try to slip out but the person behind the counter saw me and asked what I wanted on the sandwich, 2nd mistake. I selected my salad items and as the staff member was adding the various items I saw her pulling something out; I asked her what she was doing and she said "Oh there's a pepper in it, I'm just taking it out" as I looked at the hole she had created I wondered, how on earth the had managed to bury it so deep she needed to create such a huge crater to extract it. Nevermind, I thought, she's only removing something that wasn't requested. Once the sandwich was completed, I took it and sat down and started to eat, now I cannot be 100% certain of how the next mistake occurred, I only know it did. So as I'm eating the veggie patty foot long sub, I bite into a chunk of chicken. I was, by now beyond annoyed, as I had specifically asked that the Sandwich maker to change her gloves as I did not want my veggie patty to encounter any meat products. As I got up to leave, I suddenly wondered whether the item the Sandwich maker was trying so quickly to remove had in fact been meat, but with no evidence to prove this is, I simply threw the remaining sandwich away and left. All in all a very unpleasant experience that I will not be repeating.

Very fast delivery from when I ordered, but it was early on a weekday evening so not sure if that's the usual standard. Quality and taste of pizza matches up to what I'm used to from Papa Johns. Delivery driver was courteous. I don't have anything negative to say.
