Very bad quality food ! Raw potato wedges basically just defrosted and sprinkled with spices , sandwich was ok but not grilled just plain bread with some sauce and chicken meat awful experience for the money and on previous delivery never bothered with adding drink to it . Overall very bad . Do not order from them

Worst subway I’ve been to the reviews below are so true.I waited almost 25 mins to get served during my 30 min lunch, then the woman serving me made my sandwich with no pride at all , she chucked the salad on there and just made it look so unappetising , to make things worse I noticed the peppers looked really wet and soggy and stringy , I had to point that out ( should you not know if your working with food) I had explain that the peppers were off and need to be thrown away, infact she tried to scrape off the salad and re make my sandwich ,I had to make her for a fresh gluten free roll and re make it why should I pay £5:00 for just a gluten free sandwich that’s been contaminated with stale peppers . Preet the assistant really needs to take pride in her work . Will never return to this local subway again .

Convenient, located within a mini-market so you can easily pick up other things as well as a petrol station. Quality of food is very good, staff are very polite but my only criticism would be there are always new staff when I go that appear to be training and they are not as fast as other more experienced staff. This can sometimes result in bigger queues. Apart from that all good and recommended. Tip: Definitely avoid peak times for a faster service.

I have placed a subway order this morning and ordered hash browns as a side. As my order arrives I see that they have missed out the hash browns so I call them. A man picked up and I have explained that I have ordered hash brown and that I haven’t received them. He then passes the phone to his colleague and then she asks me how she can help so yet again I explain. She then told me that the person who was packing my order has forgot to pack my hash browns and that she cannot get anyone to deliver them to me the only option I have is to come and pick them up myself. So I explain that I have paid for them, the delivery and I expect them to be here and I am not able to pick them up. She then continued to tell me that I have to come and pick it up from the store if I want them. I then asked if I can get a refund and she repeatedly said that I have to call later to talk to the manager about it, which I will. Very disappointed in the poor customer service!!

As I can see this is not the first time this horrible subway workers make a mistake and just don't give a flying F Worst customer service ever , unprofessional, disrespectful, constantly putting the phone down on me!! Sandwich was almost empty and cold literally had two slices of tomato a drop of mayo and the tiniest old iceberg lettuce pieces , no cheese, no olives or sea salt like I specifically ordered Bread was old and soggy not even toasted . Sandwich just fell apart when unwrapped !! Just shame on you asking a pregnant woman to walk to your store because you "don't have any drivers" . Everyone is just rude and inconsiderate . Better get them fired and have professionals working at an international food chain like Subway! You are a disgrace !!!! And I hope you are reading this .

Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered through delivery service but the staff at the store had for whatever unknown reason cancelled the order and didn't think she needed to tell us the customer or the delivery service that she had done this, so delivery drivers one after the other were turning up to store for our now cancelled order for no reason. I contacted the store direct only to find that nobody speaks good English and have the phone put down on me twice. Subway you seriously need to sort your Sunday staff issues out they are awful.

Three occasions with appalling customer service. The Asian ladies behind the counter are rude and have no sense of customer service skills at all. The first time the sandwich had NO salad just the plant patty with a drop of light Mayo.. I couldn’t complain as i ordered it via a delivery service. The second time the lady making my salad box was dumping everything right in the centre of the box she was literally just throwing everything in! Where’s the presentation? I asked her to spread the salad over the box which I was given a less than friendly look. The third time I went in to be served by the same lady who said at 11.30am that she ran out of salad boxes!!! Seriously now your turning me away due to the previous occasion. I’ve formally logged a complaint against the ladies they need to be fired or need to be fully trained again.

Used the walk in service without preordering, spacing and barriers were in place as was hand sanitiser but there was no-one to enforce anything as it's a small place run by a couple of pleasant ladies, face mask was required, service was brisk and efficient, all of the items looked fresh and the server was helpful and got everything correct, the family really enjoyed their individual sandwiches, overall it's a Subway and appears well run.

First of all there was a mix up of who was delivering the order. The delivery driver was very pleasant. But when we opened the food the order was totally wrong. There was no salad on the one, they sent cherry coke instead of diet coke and there was no cheese on any of them. I was so disappointed in the food. When I tried the phone the shop there was no phone number. So I couldn't make a complaint. I do not recommend them!

Generally the area appears clean, service is friendly and reasonably quick. The usual selection of salads, vegetarian, meat and vegan options are available. When I have visited the salad looks fresh whereas at some Subways it can look as though it's been sitting around for a while. Knocked off a star because whilst its conveniently situated within a petrol station the parking is not great as there are 3 allocated bays. As you can imagine sometimes it is annoying when customers put petrol in their cars and then go to the Subway so either you are stuck behind them . Not sure how you get around it ? but just something to note.

Bit into it and the egg was off! Disgusting and how can they justify a 6 inch breakfast sub with just 1 tiny hard piece of bacon and that's supposed to be breakfast.....no chance. Not the first time I've had issues there either! Its greggs all they way from now on better food and value for money take a leaf from ther book and learn how to cook and serve food 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They asked what salad I wanted so I said sweetcorn, cucumber and onion and then the woman picked up lettuce,so I thought okay whatever that's fine. AND THEN she processed to take off the lettuce which she has already put on my sandwich and put it BACK IN the lettuce tray and not in the bin. Staff are rude and arrogant better off drinking the petrol.

Do not get served by the fat woman. When making a sub she put half the amount of meat in the sub by only using half a scoop when normally it is supposed to be a full scoop and when asked about it she said "I do it my way", So the ends of the sub were dry and not properly filled. Ended up NOT buying and walked out the store, I refuse to pay £7 for that. She was very rude and claims to be a supervisor. She should be fired or checked... So be warned!!!

Very fast delivery from when I ordered, but it was early on a weekday evening so not sure if that's the usual standard. Quality and taste of pizza matches up to what I'm used to from Papa Johns. Delivery driver was courteous. I don't have anything negative to say.

Worse Pizza Hut I’ve ever eaten! Wasn’t even edible!! Pizza was raw, chicken Half cooked! Complained after spending £60 got two pizzas free and guess what! The same, raw, soft and not cooked, not to mention the piss port staff who were rude and tried saying I was making it up!! Yeah ok, these comments say that too 🤣
