I did not receive my food i want a refund

I wouldn't even like to give 1 star. Had a pizza missing from 2 different delivery orders. They don't call you up to say there's been a mistake. I had to call BOTH times and tell them we have a pizza missing. The 1 time, even BEFORE I gave my order number, the staff member even told me which pizza it was!!! That shows they saw it was left behind. Absolutely ridiculous. How can you get it wrong twice? I was told they have 2 new starters, but if thats the case, they should DOUBLE CHECK all orders, and this should be done by a manager or supervisor. It's not good enough. The pizza topping today was very sparse. Must have been 3 peppers in total with not much veg too.Their quality seems to be dipping too. No doubt new starters will be blamed. Don't go blaming staff when you have incompetent procedures in place to support them. This is the nearest branch to us so any orders will be fulfilled by them, otherwise we would never use them. When I called to chase the missing pizza, I was told it would get sent. I asked how long, told 15 mins, took about 50 mins. When I said it was the 2nd time a pizza was missed, she upgraded it to a large. Still not good enough. Very slack and their customer service us awful. I have absolutely no faith in their deliveries now.

Really unhappy. Delivery said no longer than 19:15 and arrived approx 35 mins late. Driver claim to have delivered but rang the store and they had to send him back. When he eventually arrived food was cold (garlic bread, chips and pizza - I had to warm up) but then tasted like cardboard. Driver was rude and augmentative. Waste of £27, won’t order from this store again!

Absolutely disgusting service, have been ordering from here for months! The guy who picked up the phone refused to serve me and kept telling me to go and order online which I was really confused about he then eventually took the order and charged me extra because I made the order through the phone when I should have received a discount for collecting the pizza. Absolute disgusting they are constantly changing their rules! Sort your shit out and stop pissing around customers idiots!

Really poor service, ordered food online - food was running late - tried to contact the branch (NO ANSWER) has been the case for a long time. I then received a message pretty soon after ordering saying the uber driver is lost - I contacted him and he explained that he has not even reached Pizza Hut to collect the food. Driver had no issues finding property and explained he had to wait for THEM to make the food - the management there lie about the timings! Oh and to top it off - THE OVEN DOESNT WORK! PROPERLY! IT PART COOKED IT! It tasted weird and stale. Woke up with a tummy ache after having one slice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH! IT IS A JOKE. What a shame, it actually used to be a good branch to order from.

Always late delivery. But yesterday it was too late and no answer from store upon calling continuously. We ordered by 7 pm and pizza was delivered at 9:15 pm.

Food was delivered on the app at 18:00 but didn't arrive until 18;35. ordered alternative food....

Worst Pizza Hut Franchise I’ve ever attended. Stale food, old and reheated ingredients and just generally poor. Contacted the Hut for a refund of my £40 order and only received £12 back. Never ordering from this franchise again. This happened before but I gave them the benefit of the doubt but not now!

Recieved my food, One hour and 20 minutes after I placed the order. Food cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. Never again will we be ordering from this place again.

Requested the garlic on the crust but it didn’t have it, also pizza was really hard to tear away almost rubbery.

Pizza Hut Great Barr @ Scott Arms is a disgusting and pathetic place, receptionist was so rude and arrogant, it’s unbelievable and out pf order…. Ordered Two pizza deal for collection, went there on time and she said it’s not ready yet and it’ll another 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes still no pizza ready yet as I heard they were prioritising delivery people.I had to leave that place after some harsh words with staff. Pizza hit refused to refund my £20. Absolutely unethical and unhygienic place. Avoid it folks, this place should be closed down

The reviews about one individual are all fake and that one staff member has been asking or begging people to put a 5star review about her only, its their first and only review so abit suspicious there. Food puts you off, the "5 star manager" in question, has no customer service skills and the staff under her are just as bad. Estado comprobado en aproximadamente 5. 30 pm - dijo orden confirmada, pero nada más para declarar orden estaba cocinando o en camino. Trató de llamar a la sucursal repetidamente durante los siguientes 20 minutos - esto sonó 3 veces y luego sonó cada vez. Decidió conducir a la sucursal y recibió un mensaje de texto a las 5. 53 pm que se había establecido una entrega uber. Plazo de entrega ahora 6 . 20 pm. Comprobado de nuevo y esto cambió a 6. 45 pm. Decidió ir a comprar pescado con papas fritas ya que no sabía si esto llegaría a tiempo. El pedido finalmente llegó a las 6. 38 pm, casi 2 horas después de la orden. No volveré a pedir a esta subdivisión (hemos tenido un servicio excelente en el pasado), pero de numerosas revisiones deficientes recientes se desprende que hay una nueva administración. Ordered early at 4.45pm as had cinema tickets. Advised delivery time of 5.09 to 5.19pm. Checked status at approx 5.30pm- it said order confirmed but nothing else to state order was cooking or on the way. Tried calling the branch repeatedly for the next 20mins- this rang 3 times then beeped every time. Decided to drive to the branch then got a text at 5.53pm that an uber delivery had been set up. Delivery time now 6.20pm. Checked again and this changed to 6.45pm. Decided to go and buy fish and chips as didn't know if this would arrive in time. Order eventually came at 6.38pm, nearly 2hrs after order. I will not be ordering from this branch again (we have had excellent service in the past) but it appears from numerous recent poor reviews that new management is in place. Positive reviews appear fake too with a lot of repetition about great service from one particular person

Very poor store. Received food cold. At least half of a portion of wedges were in the delivery drivers bag. Called store and was rudely told not our usual drive. As if that make it right. Not worth what you pay for. Best avoiding this store.

Do not order food from here, food was delivered an hour later. In a bad state and was told by management that nothing can be done as they are busy. They do not care about your custom. When called to complain they do not care about the service that was provided and were told it was due to them being busy and if it was an issue to order from somewhere else. So save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere reputable.

We had problems with our original order but nyla went out of her way and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. For Nylas incredible service I will be returning

Local PH and always good service on the rare instances any issues then they will sort with best to try resolve or make better either one the current order or next. Food is always hot and generally on time.

2.5 hours wait and still waiting .... called to find out they hadn't even started the order when it was saying delivered 1 hour late. Said they were doing ours next to fast track and almost an hour later we still haven't had anything. They aren't even answering the phones now and keep cutting is off and I've got kids waiting up past their bed time for what was meant to be a special treat.

Worse Pizza Hut I’ve ever eaten! Wasn’t even edible!! Pizza was raw, chicken Half cooked! Complained after spending £60 got two pizzas free and guess what! The same, raw, soft and not cooked, not to mention the piss port staff who were rude and tried saying I was making it up!! Yeah ok, these comments say that too 🤣

I had a very bad experience with this manager name (Abdullah). He is so rude in taking the pizza order, showing attitude. The girl manager so polite and understands the order which I want. Their customers service absolutely bad . If manager the manager is rude I don’t know how the employees working under him , how he teach them to serve the client . I am very upset

Had the most shocking experiance today, my delivery was 30 minutes late, when it arrived the order was incorrect, cold and the ice cream was melted with the lid half open, When i called the store a women answered the phone heard i was calling to complain and put the phone down, i called back straight away only to wait 10 minutes for the same lady to answer, she realised it was me and put the phone down. I rang back straight away and was waiting 20 minutes to speak with someone, a male answered he was not apologetic for getting my order wrong, or his rude staff member i was told they were busy and that i should complain online, or i would have to wait 60 minutes for them to make me a new order, bearing in mind i live on the same road as the store. Absolutely shocking service, avoid at all costs, the lady is so so lucky i didnt go to the store!!! I will never order from here again!!!

This is the third I have had substandard incorrect orders from this shop Today was the final straw Ordere beef sizzler got home and was a meat feast full of pork.I don't eat pork so was disgusted the second pizza was undercooked dry hardly any topping couldn't see any beef and left me underwhelmed to say the least.Wont be using this place again seems to have gone down hill wouldnt recommend at all

Worst pizza hut ever. Sent a hawaiian sizzler missing 3 of the toppings including pineapple. Bbq pizza also missing bacon and the wrong drink was sent. Not to mention the hour and 10 minute delivery wait time. never answered the phone. The complaints process is a joke, no resolution to the matter. Pizza hut need to hold themselves to higher standards than this.

Avoid ordering from great Barr Pizza Hut! I am disgusted with the customer service. My husband called 10 mins before delivery time, the employee told him initially to call back in 10 mins when they stop doing delivery. She then left him on hold for over 5 mins then put the phone down. I called back stating this instead of taking my order she started gossiping about me to other workers thinking I don’t understand Punjabi. When I told her that I can understand exactly what she was saying she hung up on me. Is this how to treat your customers????????

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. This place is a shambles, ordered two pizzas and they were not what I ordered. They just put on pineapple on both pizzas and hardly any other toppings. Asked for a beef sizzler with Extra beef...it came with barely any meat on at all!! Packed with jalepenos and onion hidden under cheese. That was my local...not any more!!!

Hi, I usually order pizzas for the family from this pizza hut, and they are fine however this time round really disappointed. The pepperoni pizza hardly had any pepperoni and some slices were just full of cheese where others had noting on it at all except burnt tomato! (See image attached). The vegetarian pizza hardly had any cheese, was full of too much tomato sauce underneath and blodges of cheese without any actual vegetable in sight, just a complete imbalance of ingredients on the pizza. I did ring to complain and they did nothing. As a family we love pizza hut but this time round we only had 1-2 slices each as a family of 4 and rest went in the bin.

I ordered 2 pizzas which were amazing , I got served by Nav who was so exceptional and provided great service. Best Pizza Hut delivery going.

Bad service. Ordered food and they missed x2 items off my order. The lady at the store was very rude and not helpful at all, she told me to call customer service if i have an issue….. /: like it’s your store! You missed my items - pathetic! Haven’t had a Pizza Hut in awhile - And to be honest, I see why. I think I may stick to dominoes or try a different restaurant. This was the first and absolutely very last time, I’ll be ordering from this store.

AVOID! What a joke of a service. Ordered a vegetarian supreme and they provided a meat supreme!! I told them there isn't even an option to order a meat supreme and she said the supreme listed with all the other veggie pizzas is a meat one!! She said she couldn't offer me anything and to order a new one and pay again!! Useless!

I must say a great all round experience. It was a pleasure speaking to the staff. 13 minutes later the box of goodness arrived. Run back to the car and lifted the lid 🙈😜. You can't beat pizza piping hot, managed to eat 3 slices on way home. All the meats stuff crust. Bloody lovely. Just like to say a big thank you to the staff. Spot on in all departments 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
