I went to the Subway Sandwich Place at Astle Park West Bromwich only to find 🪰 kepted landing on the tables and on people's food because the staff had left the door fully open.

Ordered a sandwich and found 2 bugs in the sandwich then I asked for a refund, later on the manger accused me of lying and sent me out

No wonder subway shops are always empty these days. I dont eat pork so i asked for turkey rashers the lady told me it would be an EXTRA 3 pounds!!!!! For 2 slices of turkey... extortionate. Never going back. Goodluck subway your gonna need it.

Subway was empty, sub was nice but didn't stay warm long. Toilet area could be improved. Cold drinks where watered down.

This subway is terrible the food was horrible I wouldn't recommend it .

They served spoilt milk with our hot drinks and when confronted about it they didn't do anything about it .Horrible overall.food was dry and tasted off.

There's a Indian guy with a gold earring who always treats you with great care and I just didn't want it to go unnoticed

I only had a hot drink. Expensive tho. Young lady that served me was very pleasant & the place was very clean.

I recently visited Subway for lunch, and I was incredibly impressed by their customer service. From the moment I walked in, the employee was warm and welcoming. He greeted me with a friendly smile and listened attentively to my order. He then recommended add-ons that really enhanced my sandwich. He was very knowledgeable about the menu items and answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. He even went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my order. The whole experience was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend Subway for its excellent customer service.

AVOID THIS SUBWAY!!! FIRST TIME VISIT HERE..I ORDERED A FOOTLONG VEG PATTY AS THIS IS MY USUAL AT OTHER SUBWAYS.WHEN PAYING AT THE TILL I WAS TOLD THATS £9.00 PLEASE...I WAS ABSOLUTELY STUNNED, I MENTIONED I PAY £7.00 EVERY WHERE AT OTHER SUBWAYS, MAN SAID ITS DIFFERENT PRICES IN DIFFERENT SUBWAYS, NO WAY THIS OWNER IS RIPPING HIS CUSTOMERS OFF, SUBWAY ARE GOING DOWN HILL!!

Got delivery through Just Eat, got wrong items from my order and tried calling them. Turns out they are lying about the number to call on JE and the receipt, sending you to other random businesses instead.

The food tasted fine however after eating me and everyone in my party felt very sick and was on the toilet all night the lady serving was very slow and did not understand anything anyone was saying to her she required us to shout over counter leaving everyone in the building to feel uncomfortable

I would give 0 stars if I could for the customer service. I was served by a lady named Mohini. I wanted to redeem my points (I had over a 1000 points on my app) for a 6-inch sub, which is 500. For some reason, she scanned my app only to see if im eligible. Then she started my order. Made my sandwich, binned the previous receipt (?), and scanned my app again. I went to work and then realised 1000 points are missing from my app. When I went there and said what she did, she denied everything and refused to check the bin for me, claiming she got rid of it just a minute ago(i was hoping to proove my point by checking binned receipt)... showed my her till record with only one transaction but couldn't explain why my points are gone. She was unwilling to admit she made a mistake. Terrible service, definitely my last time in there! Update: I had a chat with the supervisor and I was informed that this could be an app issue and my points will appear in the app after 48 hours (if not he will give me a free sandwich on Monday) Points DID NOT reappear... I am not planning to go back. Enjoy my sandwich.

Good customer service but milk was split in the cappuccino. Went back to the store and was given a £1 refund for a £7 meal. Its not about the money. More for information.

Yesterday I went here and got a sub but the salad was all expired and the lettuce had turned red, the staff were serving this low quality salad. When I told them the salad was off, the staff ,especially the one with the last name Cheema, gawked at me rudely. A staff member went back and brought “new salad” which looked exactly like the salad up front. Absolutely ridiculous

Normally I don't bother with subway, I was passing wanted something to eat got my sandwich on brown bread nice big peace's of chicken and cheese slightly toasted but I asked the girl for more salad I didn't get plus the salad was so finely cut you hardly got any I asked her 4 times I don't think she heard me plus I couldn't hardly hear her either, why Three Stars I would have given her well wasn't quite happy she started off wearing Gloves fine but when she got the bread out of the toaster she had no Gloves on she had a peace of paper wrap but grabbed the toast from the corners and put the bread on to the paper the next thing was she started to grab the food without these Gloves on then she realised she had non on and put some Gloves on, my question is this she could have got some pinchers to grab the toast out of oven toaster but I gave Two stars, Where was she before she came around to serve us. Well she was cleaning the tables down and sorting the bin out, then next thing she did before she served was to wipe her hand on her trousers she didn't even go to wash her hands, discusting I say, I worked in Restaurant and being a qualified Cook I always washed my hand if I touch meat or different was them all surfaces are washed with correct wipes and rewashed my hands, well I didn't eat the salad I took it off where she put her hands on the bread I broke it off and put it in bin out side and some of meat I put in bin. Anyway the only time I will go into subway again to get buy bottle pop, I will not visit there again sorry. Unless it's a drink never buy food again, I wonder what they do before they prepare the food? Sorry it given me doubts. Many will revisit because of the freshness

Lovely staff and our meals were just as nice. Could do with the cleaning being a bit more regular though as I didn't see anyone clean the tables when someone had left before another person sat down.

Helpful & friendly Staff & excellent value for money too.

Staff are slow as. Go any slower you will stop. Obviously don’t like their jobs. Got annoyed being second in the queue for 10mins and walked out.

Didnt try food but hot drinks disapointing

New male staff worse than female employees staff was doing paperwork at the back he came out to serve me went to the sink instead of washing his hands, he apply a small amount of sanitizer🤔😳 I ask him politely if he could wash his hands. He got upset but did it anyway the other guy was on the till didn't even wash his hands but went straight ahead to serve the other customers who walk in while I was leaving hope their immune system are very strong. I don't understand why individuals who work in the food industry don't like washing their hands when preparing food, I'm sure they did a food and hygiene training. Despite being in a pandemic they're still not taking hand washing serious. Come on subway staff clean hands clean food happy customer instead of a law suit!. Being a customer from 2005 but I can't keep on asking staff to wash their hands as they should know better.

Went in on a Monday while the 'Eat out to help out' scheme was still running. The time was 5:25. I saw 2 customers occupying a table, and an empty table to sit and when I reached the counter I was asked what I'd like... standard procedure. The staff member seemed like he didn't want to be there.. started slicing the bread and then told me that it was take-away only. The guy's attitude was very bad, I asked him what time it was, he said 5:30... the place closes at 6:00 and he still expected me to take it away. He seemed upset that I wanted to eat my sandwich inside, delaying his preparation to leave. This is not my fault. If you want to hire individuals who are giving half-bothered customer service, trying to close the shop down to save time, and cause a sour taste in the mouths of customers before they even get the chance to eat then I will certainly never eat at Subway again. Very disappointing. There are hundreds of thousands of individuals that are currently out of work and would relish the chance to gather some form of income and then you have this individual working at your Subway that has a clear attitude problem and lacks basic communication skills. You have lost a loyal customer.

Staff not very helpful, I'm a wheelchair user and found it very difficult to use the self service drinks machine, won't be going here again

Food doesn't look very appetizing and expensive the staff not wearing their uniform and very dirty when they are supposed to wear it I won't go in the shop again the staff got attitude problem

The subway artist burnt my subway and nachos. Took a bite of my vegan sub and it felt like I was eating toast even though it's a sandwich.

The service was quick and the staff are friendly and polite. The tables are clean and tidy and the food was great

Subways ok if your out of options to eat and you want a quick snack.. Recently I've been going to subways for the above but there's something inauthentic about the food.

One of the only Subways that allow you to have a good selection of salad with your breakfasts without charging you.. Friendly staff and like a laugh too with good sense of humours.. Every time my children and I have visited we're always made to feel welcome. 🍀

Fast service,Nice food at a good price. Ordered turkey and ham six inch on Italian herbs and cheese and toasted with cheese is salad.
