Terrible customer service very rude and food was no short of revolting, had chicken mixed with lamb, more oil then than anything, best to be avoided

I ordered tarka daal and meat balti, the meat balti was just bones tbh, the daal was like mash potatoes with no tarka,salt or chilli. The only good thing was the roti which ain’t rocket science. Very poor quality of food.

food is definitely 5 star for the price. if you are ready to be patient (as they are top busy most of the time) and not be fussy with the ambience, you could find that the cooks are all top class professionals in their food types and gentle human beings.

Be very careful when ordering food from this restaurants website online, when adding food into your basket you are forced to pay via yoyo which apparently the shop owner claims to not work with, so they take your money but don’t receive your order. I now have to communicate with yoyo to get my money back which will take god knows how long! So we went to the restaurant to resolve this issue and was reassured it wasn’t his fault as his in the process of taking yoyo to court so gave him the benefit if the doubt on the basis we’d get our money back…we ordered 6 burgers 4 of which came back very undercooked raw and pink as anything so had to make ANOTHER trip back with the burgers to show them…( i have pictures but no option to upload them ) to which they tried to fob me off and say they were fine. After other staff members had a look they agreed they were undercooked and made us some more… i also have pictures of the newly cooked burgers that were eventually cooked properly with no pink raw meat inside. The food when cooked properly is tasty however it wasn’t worth the hassell we have had had and it will make me think twice when ordering again.

Robbing people with prices Ask for chicken baryani gave me simple rice with add some chicken curry and said this is chicken baryani and charge me £7 for small portion.

Please avoid at all costs. Ordered for group of work colleagues. The food was not right from the beginning disgusting smell. Everyone of us caught food poisoning. We have reported to birmingham council. It has come to light that kashmir grill has a one star food hygiene rating. That says it all. I wish I never ate from this place I was very ill. No hygiene at this takeaway avoid at all costs unless you want to be very sick.

Zero customer service skills. Guy took my order and said it will be ready in 15 mins. I arrive 20 minutes later and the guy says that no order has been taken. Then looks at his phone and says oh the guys who took the order have left the shop. Then apoligises and says that he will make the food now, only he doesn't know how to turn the grill on.

Ordered food from Uber eats. Rang them to ask where the food was, as it was showing estimated arrival time, they’ve had no clue whether I’ve ordered from them and eventually they figured out that their machine was paused. Waited 1 hour and half for nothing. No apology whatsoever! Absolute shambolic customer service! Do not waste your time!!!

We are ordering from them at least two times per month. They are very busy if you do that online. We love Asian food and tried few places but alway come back here. Everything is fresh and cooked well. And so so tasty.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! I placed an order on ubereats for a mixed grill and fries. I waited an hour and half and called them twice. Still no food. The man on the phone was rude. I cancelled my order and wont be ordering again. No customer service skills whatsoever and bang out of order. Dont even deserve the 1 star.

This is an absolute rubbish place to eat the food is disgusting arrives cold I when you go to call to make a complaint they put the phone down on you please save your money and hassle don’t order from this place

Order from here on a regular usually not a problem food is lovely, however my last order arrived really late called the shop a few times said it was out for delivery arrived an hr late and the delivery driver had some female driving him around with children in the back and my food below the child feet!! Food was also cold.

Horrible food , old chicken, dry fries, I ordered medium hot received very hot. Salad inside carrier bag and mayo sachets inside the salad thrown loose. Even pepsi had a cheaper taste. Big diarrhea !! I will never order again from them. The only good thing it was delivered almost on time.

Best Grill Fish and kebabs really. Always enjoy both of these. Sometimes ,Mint sauce is missing which is my favourite from kashmir grill as it is fresh. Thanks for providing Good taste of food.

Top grill house. Food is always great. Reasonable price and generous portion size.

Kids ordered food and it delivery was estimated at 8.05pm. Didn't arrive until just before 9pm Drinks missing, I correct meal altogether and chips were so hard and clearly been reheated a few times. I am a regular customer but this has put me right off. Called them and they have said its because they were busy and will give drinks and free wings but that's not the point. The delay I can forgive but the food no excuse as they run a business so should realise the correct orders should be going out with edible foods.

Once upon a time this place was well run and to top it off the food was outstanding. However I've now had enough of ordering my food and the order being started when I get there, prices change based on the server and then charging me for asking for no bun with my burger. The food is still good but not as great as it once was. Thanks but no thanks Kashmir Grill House. Will take my business elsewhere.

Try kebabs and chops best on earth!

Best kebabs ever always piping hot and taste absolutely fantastic! Never tried anything from here but these kebabs and naan so can’t comment on anything else. But these kebabs taste soooo good!

There is always something wrong with the order , we are regular costumers hire Becouse we leave really close to that place . Food is always to spicy , with bigger orders there is always some food missing . Once I order 2 nans witch are expensive hire 2 for 1£ normally in our area you can buy 4 for 1£ ... I ordered 2 nans when I open bag I see one nan only . Once I order lamb sos when I come home and open box I see saggaloo witch is spinach witch potato ... Today I order 4 nans I should to be charge 2£ for it I paid witch 10£ note I recive back 3£ stright I ask for rest of my change I get back scary eyes . I'm not recomend that place . Also they have really bad costumers service . Also when men was call my nan he call it in Urdu ... also I get bag sepretly and nan secretly so I was have to bag in by myself , I sayd thank you man ignore me . I Just check nans they are all burn !!!

Good to buy stuff but not much choice of products

Food was absolutely disgusting pizza was to greasy and had to much cheese on it,, fries were dry and tasted like cardboard caused bad stomace pains and toilet runs, ever since new management has come in the food has gone trash, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Ordered food for collection from their website which stated 20 mins for collection. I stated I would collect after 30 minutes to allow them another 10 mins. I attended 40 minutes later and they hadn't even started the order. I had to deliver the food for a party for my son and the delay caused embarrassment. They have no concept of honesty and integrity and clearly do not care whether your food is ready on time or hours late!!!

Chicken wraps and grizly burger very tasty!

After 45 mins of waiting in the store (it was a collection) they managed to get my order wrong. In the end they put the additional toppings ontop of the pizza after it had been cooked and said to "hold them on" onto the pizza slices. Wouldn't waste my money buying from here again.

Food is OK but when I ordered the food online the shop called me to say I had been undercharged and he wasn't going to deliver my food unless I paid an extra charge. Wont be going back here

Amazing pizzas with a desi twist

Ordered from direct website instead of justeat as this is what the takeaway advised for a 10% discount! But got order wrong, took an additional hour to redeliver and on top didnt get refund correct! Delivery driver didnt even know about refund. So incompetent. I wont be ordering from here again, which is ashame as your foods good vbut your service is a let down.

Need to improve service food excellent

Food was Delivered on time 7.15 pm but some items were missing which were fully paid for..we called the shop straight away and were told to wait it's coming ,after an hour we called again and we were told food will be delivered soon. It's 10.20 pm now and nothing has arrived.very disappointed.

Good for tandoori roti and naan bread. People are very friendly and service is very swift.

What a joke these people are, send cold pizza and fries. I complained and they said delivery driver can't deliver for 2 hours (that would have been like 11pm), so what about new orders coming in do they have to wait so long to have food delivered? The fries were for the kids btw :[# Fries also tasted like plastic, so probably weren't even fresh. Disgusting and their service. Will never use them again. Avoid this place!!
