Papa John's Pizza in Sandwell

Very fast delivery from when I ordered, but it was early on a weekday evening so not sure if that's the usual standard. Quality and taste of pizza matches up to what I'm used to from Papa Johns. Delivery driver was courteous. I don't have anything negative to say.

We ordered some food today evening ,the pizzas were cold , we placed an order about 5 pm the order came after one hour , when i tried to call the branch , first nobody answered my call 15 minutes,then a man pickup the call and were lying that the driver is on the way and the food gonna be hot and fresh , really horrible service, after this experience i say bye to Papajohns forever .

Leaflet thorough the door 26/04. For a £5 pizza promotion that ran 8th-21st/04 Clearly a Bait and switch tactic. Not on my watch.

Ordered 2 pizza's. Both had undercooked dough especially around the crust. Not a great experience. Extremely poor quality. Only good thing was delivery within 30mins. Says alot, quickly cook and get them out regardless if they are not correctly cooked. Would not order again.

Do not order pizza from here. I ordered a standard margherita pizza had no tomatoe puree paste and was only covered in cheese. Do yourself a favour and order Dominoes instead.

Food is nice, staff is good, price is quite high, the shop is clean

We ordered a large pizza and they charged us £30. There is no cheese and we ordered stuffed crust and there is nothing there… In addition the pizza is freezing cold

Received Cold Pizza that took over an hour to be delivered. Never ordering here again.

I purposely ordered early online so the Pizzas were delivered before the England game only to have to ring up & be informed it would be 40-50 minutes because the England game was on I advised this was exactly why I had ordered online & rung to avoid any delay. I was then advised it would be 30 minutes still no show absolutely appalling service when this was the situation I was trying to avoid as it is I have 3 hungry boys still waiting. Grossly unfair that we thought we were doing them a favour but clearly nothing going to happen now till half time. I thought these people were at work to work not watch the football. I will be contacting head office. This venue is only 2.4 miles from us & there is hardly any traffic so clearly hadn’t even started cooking it. I had tried contacting the Dudley venue to see if they had our order but their line rang & rang & was then cut off without being answered not just once either. So if sales are down they know why.

Absolutely irresponsible and ill mannered employ The person was on phone all time and making pizza with hand, i stood there for 20 min waiting .If it was urgent call then he should have attended first rarher than enjoying n making pizza. Neva had this behaviour else where very casual. Pizza was fine

Cold pizza taking more than hour to deliver. Never again!!!

The food was delivered late, was lukewarm and the pepperoni that was PAID FOR was not on the pizza. Won't be buying from here again. Would not recommend.

There wasn’t another option the driver went to wrong house completely instead of reading the actual address was the other side of where I live and my partner had to walk half way down to meet him for him to abandon his car and walked with my partner to my address! I don’t normally leave reviews but considering it was met to be a delivery we practically collected it

Order should be ready for 12:55-based on the app details, but 13:55 and I'm still waiting for delivery. I can't critique the food has I've not had the chance to try it.

1st time ordering. Pleased they offer a vegan range. Food arrived hot and was very nice. Delivery guy very polite

I did say that I'm allergic to mushrooms but the pizza came with mushrooms 🤷🏿‍♂️

Early delivery but pizza was quite greasy the box was covered Tasted ok but not worth the full price glad there was an offer

Placed order on last friday and the late night staff of papa johns is quite brilliant. Really appreciated the work.

Food never arrives and they mark it as delivered on just eat so you can't get a refund

My order was missing item and they said they would bring it back and didn’t , called restaurant and they kept answering the call and hanging up . As they were closing

First time that I've ordered from Papa John's, no issue with the prompt delivery or the courteous driver ; but the food was a disappointment. I ordered the chilli feast and my partner the Weirwolf pizza. We both used the same adjective to describe our pizza's,Bland. One bland pizza would have been unfortunate, but to have two very different pizza's with no flavour suggests to me wholesale use of ultra cheap ingredients. For what would have amounted to over £30 of pizza without a special offer, I expected far better. Certainly had better shop brought pizza's for a fraction of the price.

Placed order 7.03pm Told order update it was out for delivery 8.02pm By 8.26pm still nothing turned up so i rang The lady on the phone could not get quick of me fast enough after asking : can i find out where my order is since its hour n half since i placed it i just got a mumble then its out for delivery and a bye No apology no concern so i refused to let her hang up with sorry it was going to be cold now she told me it wouldnt and didnt say any more angry i hung up 8.40 pm it arrived And suprize suprize everything is stone cold Lessons learned first time we have used you and it will also be the last Rude staff Rude driver And cold late food Thanks for wasting our money

Not a bad pizza. Couldn’t really taste the sauce or cheese. We would use the place again but only if we couldn’t make our own.

Every pizza has been perfect. Really tasty and great quality. The special garlic dip is amazing!

One of the worst pizzas I've had . Hardly any topping .had to put own cheese on !!! Wasn't very warm either. Won't be ordering again 😒

Food was good, but the delivery driver was a complete idiot...he hasn't a clue where to find my apartment which is very easy to find. Furthermore he could speak very good English which made directing him hard which I should have to do as s customer.

Fantastic pizza's and service ordered on line about 6 times now and always delivered within 30 minutes and piping hot with plenty of toppings. Well done guys 👍

I'd wanted to try papa John's for a long time it was like meeting a hero something you should never do. A complete waste of £25 They seemed to forget the cheese and the meat was sadly lacking on a meat pizza. The pizza appeared to be cooked quite quickly but it took a good half hour maybe more for delivery. By the time our tea arrived it was cold and chewy such a waste of money but the dogs seemed to like it . Perhaps this should be a restaurant for dogs instead of humans they seem to like the food a lot more than us. I cannot believe that the pizzas are replicated all over the world and are highly rated, I can only hope that this shop isn't like the others it's disappointing if it is :0(

These guys ar the best. I have been let down by other papa johns but this brach has always restored our faith. The staff who are on tonight should be commended as they were very courteous and make one of the best pizzas i have had in a while and I am very fussy. If your faith in Papa John is failing try this one

Terrible service...ordered through and asked the server to repeat my order as I knew he hadn't been listening. 10 mins later, he called to double check my order. Pizzas were cold, toppings were sparce and asking them for anything seemed like a chore! I won't be coming back here again!!
