Really unhappy with my order, almost every item was incorrect (wrong items, wrong breads, wrong drinks, wrong sizes etc) and i submitted pictures of the incorrect items with the receipt showing but still wasn’t refunded or even partially refunded. Definitely wouldn’t order again

Missing Jalapenos from nachos and got a diet coke not Diet Pepsi.

everything was cold and its not even far to deliver to my house, one sub not toasted despite asking and no it doesn't taste the same untoasted. hot meatballs were cold absolutely disgusting

bit disappointed, usually the order is perfect however today the footlong sub i ordered came without salad and sauce that i payed extra for because of the notorious bmt.

Wrong items sent with meal deal, most of the toppings had fallen out of baguette & smushed together. Not the 1st time so will be ordering from another branch

The bread wasn’t toasted and didn’t have cheese on it even though it was stated on my order.

Missing an entire foot long refused to send delivery driver back out with missing order although already paid for. Compensation is offered yet to collect as I'm a alone and can't leave the house as I have four disabled kids to watch! Not happy tbh

The food was stone cold, didn't help that the soft drinks had been placed next to my food. I received tango instead of tropicana and delivery guy was rude

The crispy chicken nuggets were cold. There wasn't any sticky sauce in there what I asked for and the same for the soap was warm ish. Considering I live 5 minutes away I felt see how you managed to deliver this. Not even hot. I have used these before and the first one was really nice but this is dropped in standards.

My only critisim is that every sub had cheese and was toasted and i did not ask for it, so my daughters ham sub - just ham had cheese on it- not great at all!

Really nice Italian pepperoni meatball sandwich with poached eggs only expected one was about three in there really nice. Plus the mozzarella cheese and steak on tortilla chips was nice.

It would have been nice if it didn’t have 20 jalapeños on it & it was drowned in sirachi hot chilli sauce , it’s my favourite sub but was ruined 😡

Ordered two large meal deals and both subs and sides arrived cold. We asked for cheese and toasted on both, neither were toasted and one didn’t have any cheese. We were given the wrong drink on one of the orders. The wedges side didn’t have any seasoning on them as requested and they didn’t include the dip. The nachos side had barely any cheese and tasted stale. They also gave us a wrong cookie. I can’t even say the delivery time would make up for this because they were late.

I don’t understand why the turkey breast and ham isn’t on the meal deal makes it a lot harder to order and more expensive as it’s the only one I eat and have to order everything separately

well what can i say ordered subway for my son and the driver phoned me up saying he's at iceland car park which is no where near my house i gave him my post code again and then he hung up on me then i waited another half hour then i tried to phone him back to see where he was and he turned his phone off and by the way i am still waiting for my order 17 hours later i have phone just eat up and made this complaint to them as well and then i had to go out to get my son something else from another take away place if only u can give a 0 rating as that what i would be doing

Came here when it was close to closing so wasn’t to sure they would even have bread etc as I’ve come close to closing time and they didn’t really have anything left Young lad was mopping the floor. Told me to wait for a min so I didn’t fall over and greeted me Very happy chap Made the sandwiches just how I like them and it seemed I was no trouble for him at all even tho the Mrs order is weird lol I’m normal tho Had a little chat. Changed his gloves all the time like they should to stop contamination with meats for veggies etc Top marks to the guy. Served me with a smile and it actually looked like he enjoyed working there and making my food Thanks :)

The bread was stale, my subway was missing most of the veg I’d asked for. My partners sauce was not what she asked for. All in all , this is our worst experience ever with the subway franchise and we will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered on Uber eats and everything came wrong and stone cold! Tried phoning the shop but no one answered, decided to drive there instead expecting them to be understanding when asking for a new order, were rude and aggressive and made us feel like it was our fault. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

A little disappointed. I paid for extra cheese on three of the subs and non was on them at all.

Rude staff member would even give him 1 star to be honest but o well guess Macdonald's got my order instead for there at 21.15 to be told it's close clearly could serviced me but chose not to wont be going there anytime soon

Always love the food from here. I'm really very sorry for the mix-up when you tried to call us, my mum didn't know the call was from you and thought it was a prank call. She never meant to hurt anyone, as we know how hard you all work! You have our sincerest apologies for what happened and I hope it didn't ruin your day xx

Not as good as the other subway locally, the tuna footlong had less tuna in it than normal

Food was missing, the vegetarian sandwich was instead a full meat sandwich, cookies and hash browns missing replaced with unwanted drinks

Half my food is missing not happy atall and my sub is burnt

All in all, it wasn't bad; however, they didn't send the muffin I ordered

I ordered a share box of Nachos to find barely any in there and hardly any sauce or cheese on them. Very disappointed. Also 1 of my orders we're missing.

Veggie patty wasn’t warmed up? I requested bread not to be toasted doesn’t mean you put frozen patty in my sub? There was no sauce in my patty? Hash browns weren’t cooked properly completely dry, disgusting food

One of the subs we ordered was the wrong order, the 6inch should have been turkey & ham, it had the wrong fillings and the wrong sauce

Worst Subway store I've ever seen.

I ordered my sub with plant based cheese and it came with real cheese instead. I only realised this while I was nearing the end of my sub because I assumed a business like subway would have basic food hygiene training. Not happy at all as I am vegan. I won’t be ordering from subway again.

Food was lovely. Got given the wrong bag of crisps but everything else was fine. Driver was very pleasant and friendly.

Usually great service and great food, however yet again I've stopped off to get one after 12 hour shift at hospital and its closed early! If you gonna shut early then put it on the website wherr it currently says open but it isn't!! instead I had a wasted diversion into my journey home.

Enjoyed going here for lunch for a change, had the ITALIAN BMT with BBQ sauce and salad. Service slow due to one single guy serving and prepping and clearing tables
