ordered 2 bottles of coke zero was charge over £6.00 they never arrived I rang up and was told I had to go pick them up. I explained reason I ordered was because I couldn't go pick up. ordered a rotisserie chicken salad wrong chicken was added and also a spicy sauce I don't like spicy so all in I lost over £22 might not be alot to some people but to those like me were it is I'd say defo think twice before using this subway. I'll never use again

LONG TIME: Special night staff After 12 , only one staff works and it takes a long time for the food to be ready You can make it two staff I guess it won't cost that much money

So sad that this Subway will **only** take orders from the touch screen machines. The whole point of Subway is to get that personalised sandwich - and customer service! I prefer to go hungry and find elsewhere to eat then to loose the whole point of subway!

They’ve given me my veggie breakwich with meat on multiple times now, whoever keeps doing it needs to be fired or some serious retraining because even after calling and refunding it’s still not been fixed if it’s happening again

Normally have no issue at this branch but tonight was just weird. We ordered 12 cookies and after a 20min wait decided to get a refund. People who came in after us were getting their orders and leaving. 3 delivery guys had come and gone (despite there being only 1 order being made before us) it’s like our order was completely ignored because we didn’t have a sandwich. You need to massively train Husnain (apologises if the spelling is wrong couldn’t read the name on his badge clearly) his customer service is shocking.When we asked for a refund he basically argued about it. When we pointed out that people with numbers after ours had been and gone he argued it. As a manager myself id be so annoyed if that’s how my staff spoke to paying customers. He then took a while to actually give us our refund. But didn’t give us a receipt. We weren’t confident he had performed a refund, we asked for a receipt where he gave us one that simply said “order void” we wanted one that clearly specified a refund. It took him a further 5 mins just to find out how to print this off. Still not convinced he rung it through the til correctly as he didn’t take a signature or anything. The reason on the receipt is “order was rung incorrectly” so just wanted to highlight that it was rung correctly we just simply got ignored.

We placed a simple order of 12 assorted cookies, nothing complex or time-consuming. The order kiosks assigned us a number and displayed the status of orders on a screen. However, despite this system, we watched as customers who ordered *after* us (with higher order numbers) were served well before us. After waiting an unacceptable 20 minutes—and watching the staff prioritize at least three sandwich orders for customers who came in later—I finally had to request a refund. The cashier (ID 038) struggled even with this simple task, taking an additional 5 minutes to issue the receipt. This shop might serve acceptable food, but the complete lack of efficiency, organization, and care for customer experience makes it impossible to recommend, nor will I be returning.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Subway for quite some time, usually having a saver sub, cookie, and a hot drink in the morning. However, on my last visit, I was charged extra, which felt very frustrating. I didn't hesitate to pay, as I wanted to confirm whether I had been charged more than usual, but now I'm unsure why this happened. I am not sure his name but he wore black T-shirt on Sunday morning, but I’d like to request that management look into this situation. As a daily customer, the difference in charges makes a significant impact, and it’s disappointing that this occurred. I hope this issue is addressed so I can continue enjoying my morning Sub without any concerns. I have screenshots of my payment if needed for further action. I’d appreciate any clarification and hope this can be resolved soon.

Order said delivered but never even received it. Someone has taken my food and driver hasn’t even asked for the code. Poor delivery service from just eat.

Halal Subway, doesn't disappoint . I always advise to get the Subway app, because I got a 6 inch for free when I ordered another already!

Ordered on Uber eats (I highly suggest you don't most of their prices are double than the non 24 hour ones) subs were fine and like that of most subways, the wrap however, I haven't even seen something so stingy in my life, barely any filling in it compared to my local subway massively disappointed.

The engagement with staff was incredibly unsatisfactory. They prioritised refilling the fridge over in person customers. They attempted to down play ignoring orders. Very unhappy with this experience and a rethink of staff/training.

Recently the service has gone really bad. I have ignored the poor service on 2 occasions but today i saw how poor the staffs attitude can be they refuse to take any orders even if it is of the menu unless you use the new digital machine and said this is due to management after i raised a dispute instead of clarifying this before the situation arrised. I will not be using your subway branch ever again it is a absolute joke

This is the 10th time they have repeated the same thing Please do not send anything on your own without reading what we are ordering I ask the manager of this place to investigate or hire educated people I’m pretty sure those who work here can’t read orders I hope the person in charge sees these comments because what is happening here really bothers us

Told me to use the machine. No chance.

I placed an order on Uber Eats. The restaurant is listed as having their own drivers. After waiting a long time, I requested an update. The restaurant called and stated they were waiting for an Uber Eats driver. Obviously that will never arrive as they are registered as having their own drivers. Duh! Either the owner is lying or extremely incompetent. After wasting lots of time they cancelled the order. Disgraceful behaviour.

Everytime I've been here I have had poor customer service with a lot of people not knowing what they are doing. On subways website it said this store was participating in an offer with a voucher yet the staff at the store refused to take the voucher. Never coming back here

I ordered and I never received my order. I got a phone call from the driver and he never showed up but it said delivered on it. Absolutely awful.

My food arrived cold as it had been made and prepared over an hour before. I rung the restaurant to see where it was as it was showing driver at the restaurant for a while. Turns out no one came to collect my order for a hour and I was left waiting and only cold food arrived.

I placed a £27 order on uber eats for the first time for subway and it never arrived!! £27 just for 2 subs alone and never got it, don't order from here, subway didn't do anything to help and the app said the driver tried to contact me which he never did and the restaurant didn't do anything about it! Not happy at all!!

Was charged £4.59 for a 6 inch turkey with no add ons, its around £3.39 in other stores. The part of the till that displays the price to customers is taped over so you cant see what they have entered

All of it was terrible. Clearly very lazily put together, uncooked wedges. Nachos were cold and barely any cheese. Salad had stuff in it didn’t order. It’s a joke. Don’t order here.

They just charged me £5.49 for a 6 inch Italian BMT, nothing else. I was shocked and double checked, both staff members confirmed. One of them blamed "inflation". If that's the new pricing here then I'll be saying goodbye to subway.

Late at night I just wanted a sandwich and a Coke, so I placed an order on UBER EATS, but they didn't give me a drink. I couldn't believe how busy it would be at 4am, I was simply disappointed by the caliber of the staff, it's so annoying that restaurants always make simple mistakes like this, well done SUBWAY Oh! After I posted my review, was not given crisps aswell，i order the nut cookies, they give me the chocolate one. It's hard to imagine an order with so many errors, a miracle！

Goddess salad had no chicken in it also missing a separate pesto that I ordered with my potato wedges. A bit disappointed.

The salad looks so dry and old that I literally avoided the lettuce as it was brown. All the meat had gone an off white colour and looked old. The employees working on meat genuinely took around 5 mins to put the meat on my sandwich. By far the worse subway I have ever visited! Won’t be visiting again sadly

The food was tasty. I ordered a wrap that came wrapped in a paper. That paper was disgusting, full of black and brown stains, like splashes. I couldn't eat it, it not hygienic. Please do something about it

After an hour and a half of waiting for my food I drove there myself to pick up the sandwiches which had been sitting on the side all that time, still paid delivery charge for the privilege

Ordered through deliveroo at 1:58am 2:25am and still no food.. phoned and got attitude down the phone by some Chinese guy by the sounds of it saying they were busy and only had 2 staff members on? Yeah alright! Absolutely appalling! Never ordering from here again

Been a few times Staff were quite rude, manager was the worst of all didn’t like the way he talked to other staff. Girl with a head scarf was absolutely lovely to me, actually made me feel welcomed.

Ordered a salad box, paid for extra meat, cheese and 2 sauces. Got one sauce mayo and even that was not enough to cover the little meat and cheese that I got. Clearly the person who completed my order was not able to read instructions. Such a disappointment

£5.79 for a sub, crisps and a drink, it actually came out to be almost £10, when i asked the guy said its because i got a foot long so i got rid of the crisps and drink. the foot long alone was almost £7, why advertise a deal then not give it i don't get it? anyways just go to a different one because this one is a joke.

Excellent food ordered tuna footlong meal. Food was fresh and tasted great. Driver came 5mins early for delivery and was very polite. Would recommend to anyone. 👍

Because the staff was extremely disrespectful to an elderly man who didn't know which sandwich to order(new to subway), he was given no help and was laughed at, which made him leave without ordering anything, he also promised never to visit any subway ever again.

So disappointed with customer service! I go there often even though the customer service is bad because its close to where I live. But today was extreme!!!! An old man came in and did not know what to buy as this was his first experience with SUBWAY... And they did not serve him because he did not know how to order one!!!!! They were so rude to him!!! I'm badly hurt just by watching how they treated him!!! They could have just guided him starting from the bread...It's easy!! NEVER GOING TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars

I’m not usually one for reviews but I had a particularly good experience by my server today. She was friendly on arrival, informing me It was, ‘perfect timing as the meatballs were fresh out!’ She then made my sandwich with pride and passion for her job! The end result being the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had, (I eat enough.) She exclaimed, ‘I make sandwiches how I’d want them to be made for me.’ Fantastic work, server:1010 at 13:11 on the 18/02/22 great customer service and passion for food! 👌🏼

The bread felt almost stale , wasn’t toasted , practically missed the cheese out of a steak an cheese. Delivered incorrect drink , missed crisps . Paid extra for stacker. The hash browns were stale undercooked and ruined the sandwich. At close to £18 for the fill order. Dissatisfied and disappointed
