We placed a simple order of 12 assorted cookies, nothing complex or time-consuming. The order kiosks assigned us a number and displayed the status of orders on a screen. However, despite this system, we watched as customers who ordered *after* us (with higher order numbers) were served well before us. After waiting an unacceptable 20 minutes—and watching the staff prioritize at least three sandwich orders for customers who came in later—I finally had to request a refund. The cashier (ID 038) struggled even with this simple task, taking an additional 5 minutes to issue the receipt. This shop might serve acceptable food, but the complete lack of efficiency, organization, and care for customer experience makes it impossible to recommend, nor will I be returning.

Normally have no issue at this branch but tonight was just weird. We ordered 12 cookies and after a 20min wait decided to get a refund. People who came in after us were getting their orders and leaving. 3 delivery guys had come and gone (despite there being only 1 order being made before us) it’s like our order was completely ignored because we didn’t have a sandwich. You need to massively train Husnain (apologises if the spelling is wrong couldn’t read the name on his badge clearly) his customer service is shocking.When we asked for a refund he basically argued about it. When we pointed out that people with numbers after ours had been and gone he argued it. As a manager myself id be so annoyed if that’s how my staff spoke to paying customers. He then took a while to actually give us our refund. But didn’t give us a receipt. We weren’t confident he had performed a refund, we asked for a receipt where he gave us one that simply said “order void” we wanted one that clearly specified a refund. It took him a further 5 mins just to find out how to print this off. Still not convinced he rung it through the til correctly as he didn’t take a signature or anything. The reason on the receipt is “order was rung incorrectly” so just wanted to highlight that it was rung correctly we just simply got ignored.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Subway for quite some time, usually having a saver sub, cookie, and a hot drink in the morning. However, on my last visit, I was charged extra, which felt very frustrating. I didn't hesitate to pay, as I wanted to confirm whether I had been charged more than usual, but now I'm unsure why this happened. I am not sure his name but he wore black T-shirt on Sunday morning, but I’d like to request that management look into this situation. As a daily customer, the difference in charges makes a significant impact, and it’s disappointing that this occurred. I hope this issue is addressed so I can continue enjoying my morning Sub without any concerns. I have screenshots of my payment if needed for further action. I’d appreciate any clarification and hope this can be resolved soon.

Ordered on Uber eats (I highly suggest you don't most of their prices are double than the non 24 hour ones) subs were fine and like that of most subways, the wrap however, I haven't even seen something so stingy in my life, barely any filling in it compared to my local subway massively disappointed.

The engagement with staff was incredibly unsatisfactory. They prioritised refilling the fridge over in person customers. They attempted to down play ignoring orders. Very unhappy with this experience and a rethink of staff/training.

Recently the service has gone really bad. I have ignored the poor service on 2 occasions but today i saw how poor the staffs attitude can be they refuse to take any orders even if it is of the menu unless you use the new digital machine and said this is due to management after i raised a dispute instead of clarifying this before the situation arrised. I will not be using your subway branch ever again it is a absolute joke

I placed an order on Uber Eats. The restaurant is listed as having their own drivers. After waiting a long time, I requested an update. The restaurant called and stated they were waiting for an Uber Eats driver. Obviously that will never arrive as they are registered as having their own drivers. Duh! Either the owner is lying or extremely incompetent. After wasting lots of time they cancelled the order. Disgraceful behaviour.

Was charged £4.59 for a 6 inch turkey with no add ons, its around £3.39 in other stores. The part of the till that displays the price to customers is taped over so you cant see what they have entered

Late at night I just wanted a sandwich and a Coke, so I placed an order on UBER EATS, but they didn't give me a drink. I couldn't believe how busy it would be at 4am, I was simply disappointed by the caliber of the staff, it's so annoying that restaurants always make simple mistakes like this, well done SUBWAY Oh! After I posted my review, was not given crisps aswell,i order the nut cookies, they give me the chocolate one. It's hard to imagine an order with so many errors, a miracle!

The salad looks so dry and old that I literally avoided the lettuce as it was brown. All the meat had gone an off white colour and looked old. The employees working on meat genuinely took around 5 mins to put the meat on my sandwich. By far the worse subway I have ever visited! Won’t be visiting again sadly

I’m not usually one for reviews but I had a particularly good experience by my server today. She was friendly on arrival, informing me It was, ‘perfect timing as the meatballs were fresh out!’ She then made my sandwich with pride and passion for her job! The end result being the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had, (I eat enough.) She exclaimed, ‘I make sandwiches how I’d want them to be made for me.’ Fantastic work, server:1010 at 13:11 on the 18/02/22 great customer service and passion for food! 👌🏼

Only my 2nd time having a sandwich from subway, the first was over ten years ago! I enjoyed my sandwich, the only thing that let it down is that I chose to have the it toasted, the crinkle wedges was just warm enough! Would be good if you could see pictures of the bread choices when ordering!!!
