Subway in Sheffield

Very poor customer service from the woman behind the counter who kept talking on her mobile whilst attempting to serve me. I'd rather drive miles to the Crystal Peaks Subway for better service.

Really rude lady serving, she mumbles under her breath and obviously hates her job. The food is also poor and the bread isn’t fresh. No wonder they are closing down.

Shocking , completely disinterested , no apologies for unavailable dishes , zero customer service skills . Potato wedges were luke warm and uncooked , cheese steak melt tasted like there was tissue paper cooked in it -inedible

Rude, disinterested staff. And they don’t honour the deals that are advertised even when they’re on the list of participating restaurants. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusting service from a woman named Kobi, so rude and impatient, when asked what bottled drinks she just pointed at the drinks station and didn’t say a word, didn’t let us finish speaking before rudely asking the same question

Service very slow, food was hit and miss, don’t think I’d use again, value for money very poor

No pepper cheese, other than this though can’t complain

the woman working there treated me very badly to my children and me i will never go there so rude

They close at 9 but women removed everything at 8 when there was customers waiting? Another customer then asked did she have anything In fridge she shrugged, pregnant women here craving a subway and disappointed in the staffs behaviour will not be coming here again

A subway that doesn't offer subs, pointless really

The breakfast ordered was not hot and small. I have experienced many subways , this is worst one

Lovely service, well maintained. I love the salad bowl with chicken, great taste with low calories & low carbs.

Went in, rung the bell for service, nobody interested in serving us, so walked out. It's not a good way to run a business

Repeatedly poor food from here. Salad boxes are barely half full, loads of stuff out of stock, bread often falling apart and more than one member of staff appears irritated by the very existence of customers. Only use if you have no other option, I suggest the much nice subway further down the road.

My sandwich was nice but the man behind the counter was going that slow he nearly stopped and was serving one person at a time not good when there's a big queue 😑

Small subway, would be better if it had toilet facilities & all ingredients available!

Always seems to be a long wait here and the ladies behind the counter are frugal at best with the ingredients!! Mt salad bowl was more a dusting of the bottom of the box than the tasty crunch-fest I was after

Slowest subway ever! Speed up, you’re a takeaway…. It shouldn’t take 10mins to make one sandwich! One staff member (slowly) making the sandwiches whilst two staff members (slowly) work out back with a queue of customers! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Usual subway experience, Nice quick food, well priced

No nachos, no meatballs and it was only 3.00pm what's that all about??

Horrible! Had a salad and found a hair! And the staff are so rude, they didn't even apologise.

Food is great but been going for past two days and it’s been closed at 7:25pm when it’s meant to close at 8 in a 24 hour Morrison’s Petrol Station. Unbelievable if you ask me just wanted my steak and cheese melt. Sort it out :) Kind regards Customers that aren’t coming back Ps I want 2 free sandwiches

Seeing on the window, it was open til 20:00, and it was 19:30 at the time, I thought great, it'll be open....wrong... I looked at the staff member who was cleaning, and she just said "closed"..... Subway's great, and I'll keep going to other ones, but could do with sticking to advertised times at this one!!

Quick friendly service nice tasty choices of fillings

Slow service, hubble says the person was new so that's why 3 stars not less, order was right but usually somone starts an order passes on so all the order comes out together, but each of the 3 sandwiches were completed start to finish in order so the 1st one was cold by time the 3rd one was finished.

Staff are nice and food is great. Bit annoying when it’s busy as the queue is relight next to the door.

This subway is set inside the bp garage, there is a table and chairs to sit at and parking available outside for 5 cars. This is a non halal subway, the staff are very helpful. The ingredients are ever fresh and full of flavour, all three cheeses available here. The breakfast menu is available with Hot drinks.
