Keeping it short and brief.. Pizza tasted nice but the donner was average at best taste wise

Food is spot on.Always hot.We are regular customers.I recomend a lot of my friends to them.They forgot our bottle of Pepsi once and to say sorry they gave us a free pizza.We never order from anywhere else

Given them numerous chances. But, awful chips obviously refried half a dozen times. Burgers range from raw to cremated. Absolutely terrible.

Shocking service 2 hours for a burger told to wait as they was busy rude on phone

Do not leave this establishment without checking what you have ordered or before delivery driver has left! You do not get naan with your kebab but a cheap flimsy tortilla wrap! We often share a kebab as they are too big for 1 in most places! But here you might need more than 1 to feed one person! Don’t expect what you pay for and when you phone they tell you some rubbish about people complaining about having naan instead of a wrap, so basically paid way more for a wrap…..not a kebab! Never returning to here especially when you phone to complain and they tell you some rubbish about nobody wanting naan with it! Ripped off

Called here on my way home as it was the nearest and I was really hungry. The place looks very tired inside and not particularly clean. I bit the bullet and ordered a chicken kebab. Got home and found they served it with a tortilla wrap and not a pitta bread as stated on the menu. Pretty disappointing tbf

Monday night and food took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. Food was nice and hot once delivered. Think they had forgotten our order as we placed it direct on the website and only realised when we rung to chase

Was scared at first because 3/5 hygiene rating, but pizza was banging. However cheese sauce on chips was cold which made for a confusing rating Experience.

Unfortunately very poor, our order took over 2 hours to arrive. Had to ring 3 times to chase. Would not recommend Avoid.

We ordered 2 pizzas and chips and cheese. It was delivered within 25 mins by a cheerful driver. The food was hot and very tasty.

Always happy with our orders from here. The delivery guy is brill as well and will take time to make conversation with you. Only issue we ever have is the pop is never cold. Food is good value for money.

I ordered a kebab with nan bread and chip with coleslaw and a bottle of Pepsi it was delivered on time tonight.the chips were fine aswell as was the coleslaw and meat the nan bread was not it was dry and hard you may be wondering why I have give 5stars when the stuff was not up to scratch this is because I have had food from here before and I have never had any issues with any of the food from here apart from today. And yes I will still order from here as we can all have an off day and with respect to the grill they did refund me my money without hesitation and for all the cynics out there it's not that they have given me the money back its because I have had great quality food from them before that's why I will continue to order from them. And thank you to the lady I spoke to on the phone who couldn't be anymore polite and respectfull.

Ordered at 19:15, still no food had arrived at 20:45. Called to find out where the food was to be told that “they hadn’t even started that order yet, as they’re a driver short”. Avoid.

Ordered chapeltown special pizza and chips.told up to 50 minutes for delivery.30 minutes later our food was delivered by a really friendly ,professional delivery driver.pizza absolutely lovely.chips hot and crispy.delicious.would definitely recommend.

I never normally do these but I’ve just had a donner kebab meal. The meat and chips were well overdone almost tasting like rubber and I had to wait and waste 20 min of my time waiting for rubbery food!! And cost 80p more! Only tried it as pizza lodge was closed. My advice would be to always go to pizza lodge and avoid chap grill

Mate ordered something but I didn't. I stole a bit of his food. It was ok, not amazing but edible.

Waited over 2 hrs for delivery only to receive wrong order. Can’t get through to shop as phone obviously off the hook.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Currently been 2hrs 11mins since I placed my order over the phone, that in itself was a task as the person I was speaking to had literally no idea what was going on! After waiting 1hr 20 mins I called to find out where my order was, I was told the driver was on the way he set off 3mins ago, now I dont know which route he's taking but we are literally 5-10 mins away, now 56mins later I am still waiting! I've been trying to call since but guess what, the line is constantly engaged, obviously taken off the hook. We have been ordering from them for over a year now, at 1st the food was delicious but it's slowly gone downhill, the quality is not as good as it once was, I think after tonight it's fair to say we wont be ordering from here again.

Very decent little kebab shop with friendly staff, small waiting time, and most importantly, great food. Cheese burgers, cheesy chips, or donner meat in a pitta bread are all fantastic options here. This could be a 5 star but for the fact that the eggs here aren’t from baxter farm, this would be highly commendable if so as the chickens there have a great quality of life which is very important to me.

First time ordering pizza's from here. Very delicious will definitely be ordering from here again.

This place is like a bad date on one too many budweisers. They lure you in with their nice chips and paprika, then you come back for more and slowly week by week you get a soggier and soggier deal. Sorry still talking about the restaurant not the girl. Today I've got a wrap and chips and they taste more like cardboard than ever, I might give the take out box a go in a sec. It might have more flavour.

Tasty delivery food, delivered quick. Food isnt super classy or anything, but if you just want a nice takeaway they give a top quality offering. My delivery was quick, the price was amazing (£20 to feed 6 people) and the food was exactly what we expected: greasy, tasty takeaway food. We had a pizza, a garlic bread and a chicken-piece meal, and it was more than we would have expected from the price. If you want a quick, tasty, cheap takeaway delivered fast, this pace will sort you out no problem. Good food, friendly staff, great prices.

As you can see people have had a very mixed experience at this place but I can only speak for mine and it's generally been good. Food is generally delivered pretty quickly. The meal deal 2 is great value money with 2 12 inch pizzas, 2 chips, 10 inch garlic bread special, onion rings, coleslaw and a drink for just under 20 quid. Just a word of advice - always order Italian base. The deep pan is ridiculously thick and it's far too much bread. The Italian base is about the equivalent of a pizza hut deep pan.

Friendly staff and very nice food

I was ordering food when I heard noises from the back I went to go and look at what was happening and the man who owns this establishment was harshly beating some sort of animal. I then went on to ask what he was beating and he said "a large rat." He then started laughing and went back into the part with food without washing his hands and served someone, this is disgusting and will no longer be using this place to order from.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered chips and cheese from there along with a burger (or what resembled a burger atleast) much to my disappointment I opened the tray of chips and there must have been around 10lbs of cheese thrown around with a few chips, I attempted to scrape off what was apparently cheese looking more alike to scrambled eggs in a bid to eat some. However I couldn't stomach it, I then rang and was met with a kind 10% offer off of my next order (they must be howling with laughter at this point as there is no chance this is going to happen) although I did say this wouldn't interest me either I was then met with the response "sorry to hear this goodbye" poor food, poor service, poor delivery time and overall even a star out of 5 is generous. Just a quick update; the chocolate cake was absolutely lovely, great texture, good taste, not too sickly or sweet, thoroughly enjoyed it right up until I put my fork down (my own fork from home may I add as they didn't provide even a plastic one) and there it was in all it's glory, a long dark hair that didn't belong to me.. absolute catastrophe of a takeaway

Shocking ordered a special kabab when it arrived it was like nothing I'd ever seen before . Kabab meat and chips thrown on top of a dry pizza base. I called the takeaway to complain they put the phone down on me. After numerous calls to them and just eat was told that if I got in a taxi at my expence and took the untoched food back they would refund me. When I said I could get there they said that I had eaten it which I defanatly hadn't . So I got a lift a to proof I hadn't touched the food I made my way th the takeaway shop. When I arrived I told them I wanted a refund and they needed to call just eat to confirm this the rude man said he would do it later but I didn't believe him so I call just eat while in the shop and they spoke to him . Hi finally agreed to a refund and as we left called us white trash I told him it's us white trash that kept his business going . All this took around 4 hours to resolve just because they thought we had eaten the food and then tried to get our money back . I wouldn't have put that food anywhere near my mouth it looked discussing and I have had to pay out of my own pocket to return the food . If I had ordered something of the Internet and they delivered my something that was wrong I would expect a returns label to send it back free post so why couldn't the delivery driver just call back for it it was only minutes after he delivered it that I called to complain they said they were to buzy but when I got there it was empty. I would strongly recommend that the staff there learn some customer service and that anyone wanting to order from there to think long and hard about it and white trash is what they think of their customers . Keep well away if you ask me

Ordered from here last night. Staff didn't have a clue. Ordered a mixed kebab special, the chicken tasted really bitter, so at 4am myself and my 9 year old daughter was throwing up all morning!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Go here all the time, and it's usually our favourite thing. But this time my wrap had mouldy cheese in it. The smell when you opened the wrap was disgusting. Completely put me off going here again!!! 🤢🤢🤢

First few times I ordered it was lovely and would have given 5 stars.. The last time I ordered it came without salad or sauces..now today I ordered and the food was mediocre..cold kebab meat, chips must av been partially cooked then left for several hours god only knows the skin was soft nd chips was cold and hard but not crispy urrrrghhh Well never ordering from here again sorry
