De Nero's Pizza Land in Sheffield

chips were cold and delivery took up to 2 hours wait ordered for my daughter and she was asleep by time it got here very disappointed

the dinner meat was freezing! Curly fries stone cold n hard not only that I ordered COCA COLA 1:75lts n got Pepsi that I don’t like!! not to mention the Pepsi exploded in my face!

Order and quality of order wasn’t great and chips were hard and cold. Delivery driver lacked manners, very disappointed as always had a good relationship with the guys who run the takeaway but expected better quality for the cost.

first time ordering from here. we had two pizzas and garlic bread with cheese and tomato. The food was well made and very tasty. unfortunately the delivery time was longer than predicted, so it wasn't piping hot, but we still enjoyed it

We had two chicken crown burgers one with salad one without. Both burgers were missing the Donna meat and the salad was 2pieces of onion and a couple of bits of shredded lettuce. Also the chips were under done and almost cold.

I asked for. 14inch pizza it’s looks 12 as box is massive compared not happy

I was a little upset about my order because I got chilli sauce on my shwarma special box instead of garlic sauce like I ordered

There was very little in the pitta and it was cold. It tasted like egg too. They are usually really good. Must be an off night.

Still in my opinion One of the best kebabs in the area.

will never order from here again, normally get the shawarma kebab, was ok the first 3 times I had it really tasty then the next time it was inedible tasted of pure salt, fancied a kebab tonight so thought I'd try a kebab from here, I'll eat pretty much anything but this kebab meat is disgusting, the chicken is flavourless like squidgy chicken and nearly broke a tooth on the kofte from the gristle in it, majority of the takeaways I've tried are bad around stocksbridge but this kebab is terrible

The food was vile the wrap was rock hard. Popcorn and chips have been thrown in bin as they came freezing and the 1 peace of chicken is still pink inside. I would like a refund from my whole order please or I’ll take this further I shall not be ordering from here again .

Unfortunately forgot a whole kids meal. The rest was Oka.

Ordered chicken wraps as we’d never had them before and can say we’ll never order them again. “BBQ chicken wrap” with no choice of bbq sauce so clicked no sauce thinking it was obvious what was wanted, was delivered a wrap with 2 chicken strips and cheese on.. Literally 2 chicken strips in a wrap that is like cardboard. The order also took an hour and half to be delivered after the time being changed twice, I understand it’s the weekend and busy but don’t take orders if it’s too busy.

The donner meat was over cooked and rock hard, and the pizza and garlic bread base was stale and gone off. Curly fries were soggy definitely not ordering again waste of money

Chicken wrap was delicious and fresh. Lettuce so crisp. Mars milkshake was forgotten but upon delivery of the food, the driver then returned to bring the milkshake. We are truly grateful. Our favourite takeaway.

Really good food for excellent value

Very poor customer services will never order from them again. We placed an online order and where charged for £23.60 worth of food. Driver turned up with just a bottle of pop and no food. Driver said the shop had closed early so no way of getting the food that night We tried to get a full refund as they did not fulfill the order, but they charged us for the pop and delivery fees. Obviously we would never have ordered just a bottle of pop so expected an apology and full refund.

Still in my opinion the best kebab in the area.

Put a large order in for a party! Cannot fault the service. All food came on time and was piping hot. The lady that took my order was really helpful and I would definitely recommend and use De Neros again!!!!

Extremely tasty pizzas, piping hot, not shy on toppings and delivered 20 mins before the estimate. Can’t ask for more!!

It arrived cold and not crispy most of it went in the bin, very disappointing not worth contacting you to sort it wouldn't have been rectified it would probably still arrive cold and limp so put it down to bad experience

had a fil. n pizza night for young'ns birthday and itwas all delicious. an item was missing but the driver soon came back with a piping hot fresh pizza, amazing guy, friendly and easy to chat with, my only regret was not having any cash on mi to tip him. lovely food, lovely people, will order again. Our food was estimated 25-40min to delivery. It took just under 2 hours to get here. Spoke to the restaurant twice first time I was told it was on its way, second time after another 25mins it was apparently 2 mins away….15 mins after that it arrived. Response from the takeaway was ‘delays happen’. It has now arrived and it is cold and I am now having to reheat for my daughter and her friends who are over for her birthday. Not happy and will not use again, I would like my money back.

Shocking, I ordered at 7.17 and didn't arrive until 9.20

The chicken was like one you can cook from home in the oven cheap chicken legs not nice at all the red chicken was like a bowl of salt the chips was soggy and the burger was eatable I don’t like to leave bad reviews but honestly it all went in the bin said free garlic bread when spent so much spent over £30 no free garlic bread also I asked for the chilli sauce separately on message and asked for the free garlic bread lol that’s why spent so much never ordering again really was not impressed!!!!

Waited 2 hours. Rang and told them we wanted chip spice on our chips. Came late with no chip spice. Phoned to tell them the man on the phone was quite rude, asking if we had actually phoned about it previously. Free garlic bread missing which my little one likes to eat. Always order from here multiple times a week. No more!

Had a good order experience. 2 missing items, had called about the items being missing and it was flagged to driver but haven’t heard any updates after that. This is quite disappointing as its usual place for family to order from.

Was late, called up and lass on the phone was very helpful. Explained they were busy and within 5 or so mins later it arrived. Food was great too.

Would have given both zero stars for quality and time taken to deliver. Just eat said 25 - 40 mins. Took nearly 2 hours from order to delivery had to phone up twice to complain/chase

The chicken burger was nice but would have been better without cheese and mayo on instead could do with a option the burger was nice but a can of pop with it as a choice alternative to chips
