Subway in Harrogate

Delicious sandwich as always on a Sunday morning. Same friendly lady every week. Will keep coming back!

Asked for a tuna wrap put what I wanted on it however the staff decided they would just add cheese & other things that I'm allergic too! also my partners sandwich had barely any tuna in all lettuce and was toasted whales it said NOT TOO!!!

First time coming here in a while, used to come here quite often but haven’t been here since Danny the best employee left, staff are different however the food was good 👌

The meatballs had a metallic after taste which was quite awful

It felt like there was not much salad. This impacted my enjoyment. A veggie delite is really meant to have a decent amount of salad to make up for the fact that there is no protein.

1hr48mins for a hot Sandwich that arrived late and made horribly, not even edible. Ridiculous amount of time for a Sandwich. Both Just eat and Subway with no service to cancel at the cost of the other party. Waste of time.

Zoe and Denise who work there are amazing! So friendly and chatty and are always happy to help! Zoe makes my sandwich everytime I visit and she does an amazing job! Takes her time and doesn’t rush me like some do, she takes her time with every customer and puts so much effort in to her sandwiches! It’s the only subway I proper enjoy visiting she makes my sandwich so good and always puts plenty of my favourite salad on! The women needs a pay rise she’s a credit to subway! I will definitely be back in a couple of weeks when I visit my granny! Xxx

The sandwich had cooled down by the time it got to us, and we had chosen the toasted option so it was a bit of a let down that it was cold when it was delivered.

all of the food was sodden wet with some sort of liquid, as if something had been spilled over our food, it was completely inedible

Not subway’s fault but food was cold,driver picked it up half an hour before it arrived (I live 10 mins away tops!)and went round other places collecting and delivering! Not acceptable Just Eat!

Don’t bother with this place. Food is cold, items missing — subway delivery is so expensive and their service is NOT worth it. Their number online is out of service so I can’t even contact them. I’ve complained through the subway website. I will be getting a full refund.

The staff was rudely behave and in the matter of food safety they are using same gloves for vegetarians and non vegetarians.And all the time they are taking different price for same thing.

Delivery time kept getting changed, in the end it took over an hour and a half to get delivered, when it finally arrived everything that should have been got was Cold. Sub that should have been hot was cold and soggy.

I have never tried Subway before but Just Eat sent me a £5 voucher. In short, I would struggle to fairly describe this as food as what arrived was basically inedible. The bread tasted soapy and all the contents looked highly dubious. In the circumstances a 100% voucher would have been more appropriate. I will never order from Subway again and would suggest they revert to being a pedestrian underpass.

My sandwich is absolutely doused in salt to the point it’s inedible. I’ve tried everything but it’s so bad it’s unbearable. I’m not talking a bit too much, I’m talking mouth numb and it’s all I can taste. Awful

I tried to ring the shop but the phone number doesn’t work, as I got it delivered to the wrong address, was trying to contact them to see if I coupd change it & the number doesn’t exist Other than that all was good

I trekked through the squalid depths of Leeds road along with 5 other companions, on a pilgrimage for nourishment. A welcoming glow drew my eyes towards Leeds road subway. Our lovely host Shrey was a little timid at first, but soon proved to be one of the most skilled chefs in the area, truly a connoisseur in his field. As we attempted our colonisation of the shop, we were greeted with a peace offering: free pigs in blankets. We sat in awe of the delectable delight that shrey presented infront of us and ate our hearts out. Shrey is a truly wonderful fellow, I must say that he truly deserves a pay rise of at least 2 shillings and a button after his admirable service, thank you shrey and the other one….

Food was good, order was all there and arrived pretty quickly. Not much else you can ask for :)

Diabolical on all fronts. Even when finally arrived totally cold on what should have been a short journey. Clearly no effective heated carry bags. Clearly microwaved so bread lost its texture and air so flat, dry and one end over microwaved and hard. £13.57 with 6 hashbrown for this rubbish is a joke. No apology for late arrival. How long after cooking before it was picked up to be this cold in inadequate carry bag not fit for purpose. Other takeaways manage heat in their food.I tried ringing shop to chase order no one answered.

Ordered a turkey footlong with lots of salad and sauce, only to get meat and dry bread. No salad at all and not even mayo! Yuk! This is not worth the £10 plus delivery fee that I paid. Never ordering from here again. Would advise everyone to avoid.

This restaurant never picks up their phone. What is the pint of having it if I can’t contact them. I was limited on what I could order as I couldn’t contact them to adjust things!

Three times in a row now,an order I placed through the app, only to turn up at the store, and find they a constantly selling items they have no stock of. Couldn’t even be bothered asking for a refund, as there is never a manager there apparently. Avoid at all costs.

It didn't not arrive I saw the delivery driver just drive off and didn't bother coming into the hospital even though he could of called me to say he'd arrived and I was waiting on the cirb outside the hospital's main entrance. Went a 10 hour shift with no food. And it was over £15 for a subway 6" meal deal. Absolute joke.

We ordered two create your own footling meals and with that you get a drink however both drinks were missing from our order and the sandwiches were cold when they got here.

Usually wouldn't mind the delay, however with subway, the bread all but dries out, any sauce soaks into the bread so you are either biting into cardboard or mush. Sub bread was not what was requested, and cheese garlic slice didnt appear to have any actual amount of cheese on

Rude owner, makes you feel cheap by saying it's extra for this extra for that as you are requesting things to be added to your sub. Go to a real sandwich shop pay less and enjoy a real meal. Forced 15% tip and fountain drink machine not working. Over 23$ for a combo. 100% not worth it.

Left a note for the restaurant in big print not to put cheese on the items and they have come with cheese on shocking

Fairly slow (spent 20 mins in the shop) for something that should be considered "fast food" which means a dash out for a quick working lunch isn't advisable. Friendly people though.

Had to order twice today. Which wouldn’t of annoyed me as much had the second time been done correctly. First time I ordered I was called by one of your employees to tell me that you didn’t have the caramel muffin I ordered and if I’d like something else instead as the call ended my order was then canceled by your store. So I ordered again but instead of giving me the double meat and double cheese I ordered I was give just single portion of both. The first delivery was meant to be here at 11:25ish it’s now 12:15ish and honestly a quite ridiculous situation please do better in future.

Absolutely fuming. As petty as it sounds.... Supposed to be open until 8pm. Turned up at half 7 and they're closed Cashier wasn't fussed. Why advertise opening times if you change them regularly. Not the first time this has happened. Regardless of explanation. Either open during your allocated times or handover the premises to a business that will.

Sandwiches have always been ok other than skimping on the meat (6 meatballs in footlong)- but every time the order is wrong and missing items. When ordering meal deal, every time missing either the cookie, drink or crisps, today 45 minutes late, was missing the cookie and the drink was wrong (replaced with fizzy which am unable to drink). No one answers the phone, drivers unable to help- not good service. When paying such a high price, would expect more.
