Service was amazing and fast our server was Aiden🥰 ,food was great

They missed out 3 items to my order

Cacey was a absolutely amazing worker 10/10 cookie made me feel amazing

Bread inedible. Too hard to eat

From order to delivery the time kept changing and we eventually received the order 2 hours and 15 minutes after ordering and the food was cold and looked like it had been thrown together. Never been so disappointed with an order before. Normally service is good.

The time kept getting put back from ordering. When we received the food it was burnt and one of the subways was completely wrong.

Worker was absolutely superb she was called Verity Turner and got served some lovely slimey slugs, great scran for the england game. I don’t mind a couple slugs because im french- Etoile Harris

I ordered a chicken tikka roll meal on the roll I asked for lettuce tomato and sweetcorn no cheese I got cheese no lettuce besides one peace olives and no tomatoes n not to mention no cookie who ever prepared my meal quick clearly can’t read a peace of paper

it was absolutely disgusting, no tuna in my tuna sub

i have just ordered food from here in Just Eat and it’s not the first time ordering and usually they get the order spot on and if they have ran out of something i have ordered they would call or send me a message asking what i would like instead. i have just received my food and both footlongs have the wrong bread, we both asked for hearty Italian and we got the herb bread. we have tried to call the store and call the customer service but no answer and hangs up straight away, never had an issue until today.

I’ve ordered from Subway before yet somehow this time, it was very late. I only ordered one thing yet it still took them so long. And because they were so long, the food was cold when it got here

Loads of missing things in my order always with the Portland road subway always a prblem

I'm not impressed at all when even the manager had her hair tied back, but it was still hanging down very close to my roll, which was being prepared. Then, once we had our food and eating it, the manager started to remove items from the salad bar WITHOUT gloves!!

i was given the wrong snack and drink with my order

Just paid over£18 for basically 2 boxes of lettuce. Each box 3 slices of wafer thin tomato. 3 slices of wafer thin cucumber. A few sweetcorn. 2 small soggy slices of red onion. 3 slices of red pepper, and a few chunks of chicken,which wasn’t even 1/2 slice of chicken breast . What on earth has happened to Subway? It used to be good value. Never again,they should be ashamed to rip off their customers.

Yesterday (Tues 22nd of Feb 24) just past 8pm a young lady served us with such joy, happiness and eager to serve us, that me and my friend both mentioned her when we left, if only there was more people like her in the world, a big thumbs up!

Speedy delivery, thank you. Great shame half the order is missing - No x12 crispy bites, the bacon added to the pitiful amount of chicken tikka subway missing as was the mayo, and the (vegan) cheese. The tuna sub is missing jalapenos and also no cheese (mozzarella and cheddar). Utterly appalling by Subway, if you are missing items call the customer, we'd have been happy to replace with a different item. To take our money and then just completely not bother and to get so many items missing shows a complete lack of care to the customer, the company and to the staff them-self - have a little more pride in your work please.. Usually really enjoy a subway but this was just sad to receive this. We have taken photos dont know how to upload. Obviously no photos of the missing items. Would advise not to buy from Portland Road Subway if you actually want what you order....

Didn’t even label up like I asked, some of the sandwiches barely have any meat in and a custom one was toasted with cheese even not asking for cheese as the person is lactose and tolerant. Will not come here again.

Order was missing the crisps . The potatoe wedges where hard and crispy. The rolls were ment to be toasted but were not . Not a great order . Shame

Food was cold, items were incorrect and most of it had fallen to the bottom of the bag

Received only half of the sub that I ordered

I received all of the wrong items in my bag and could not get hold of the restaurant so I had to take a long walk over there to get the right order. I am very unhappy with this considering I paid for delivery but had to go get it myself anyway and would like a full refund for receiving all of the wrong food and this large inconvenience

Lovely staff (lady and a man) behind the counter, excellent customer service, so professional. Best subway we’ve ever been too. It’s the staff that make the experience.

Had lunch here and the lady serving was incredibly friendly and cheerful despite working on her own at a busy lunchtime.

Hidden away by Countess Roundabout services. I believe this Subway is spearheaded by its great staff and great customer service!! 👍 Every visit the staff are professional and really do invest in what the customer wants, not getting overwhelmed when busy 👍

The best subway store 🏆 The food is always good and customer service is great! The girl who works in the evenings, Rosie, is always polite and friendly - nothing is too much trouble for her and she makes the best meatball subs! Note: it’s a real shame this store no longer has spinach or chilli flakes. Please bring them back @Subway

The food was lovely and fresh and hot, great service by Rosie, very friendly and nothing seems a bother even when I have an awkward child with specific dietary requirements! Rosie was very quick and efficient as well. Highly recommended 😁

Order was wrong, 6inch stone cold, no cheese, not toasted as requested and paid for. Foot long had cheese and toasted, but was not requested.

I asked for cheese and I did not detect any… at all if there was any in there I’d be surprised… made a little stranger by the fact I picked specifically loose cheddar not American. Oh well, so is life. Went down well.

Small local Subway. Although there is inside seating, not a lot of space is available. Ideal if using as take out as in a fairly remote location. Limited parking in the tesco express carpark, however there is a parking eye camera with a time limit of 45 minutes. Avoid school rush times as main custom seems to be school children.

This subway is far better than the other in Weymouth, which I've had many issues with. The delivery driver was also fantastic: smiling and friendly.

Absolutely disgusting that they have took £25.96 from us they said the order was on its way through a tex and we received nothing from them so we have been trying to contact someone for over two weeks because trying to get hold of someone is impossible I have finally managed to get hold of someone today to be told there is nothing they can do about it so basically they have stollen £25.96p from us I will never be using them again!!!!

One vegan cookie missing only received 2. 6”subs was ok could of been a bit more toasted. In the BLT we asked for no sweetcorn and it was put in.

Needed a quick tea, but didn't want too much, so popped into this Subway while on holiday in the area. Teen wanted meatball sandwich, but they didn't have any. You know what you're getting with Subway so food wasn't disappointing and I suppose you know what your getting in customer service there too, it's hardly service with a smile, but at least the food was good.
