My order never turned up but yet it said It was delivered, I’m absolutely fuming. Why incorporate a code system when this can still happen.

Had to call restaurant before hand because they are notorious for missing items, but they got it all correct, hot and fresh! Very happy! Thank you

Male staff should be wearing beard nets. Fries portions are stingy. Chicken over cooked.

Food is ok but the rudest staff ...no wonder it's always quiet. Slam your order on the desk with your drink and just shout your number ....no thank you, please etc 5 people stood behind counter but signs on top telling you to order at the screens, plus the woman behind the counter constantly moaning and arguing with other staff. Do they have anyone checking these franchises?

Never arrived due to the incompetency of the driver he tried to deliver the wrong food then a hour later drove past the address as he pressed delivered.

Amazing service... We order a 12 pcs. Boneless share box .... 6 pcs. Looks as my small finger.... I ask manager about ... First he touched my all chickens he take one of small and go around back kitchen and give back Same ..... Mad service... when I tell him it's that what I give you 🤦🏼‍♂️ after give me new one same as finger 🤦🏼‍♂️😂... And try explain that what he got from some of company and he not do nothing 😂 that manager it's not on properly place 😂... In Oxford where I from are much different service more nice people.

Ordered lunch at just gone 11 for a 13:00 delivery, finally arrived just before 14:00. The fact that the dinner arrived sooo late was really dissapointing, every time I looked at your app, the dinner was further delayed, finally after my lunch hour.

Food was cold, driver arrived on a pushbike. For the anount you pay you would, at the very least, expect your food to be hot.

Colonel's 4pc was a combination of boned and ziger. The fries were cold and spicy. The fillet burger meal was a zinger. Not happy.🤔

Lovely food, same as all KFC's, but rather a cold, unfriendly atmosphere, a large restaurant that was almost empty when we were there. And BEWARE! We copped a £100 fine for parking in the (almost empty) car park for 90 minutes. Apparently the limit is 60 minutes, but we didn't see any signs. I'm told they are there, but they certainly are not obvious.

Delivery driver was sat outside for 5 minutes food arrived cold and inedible

Usually I don’t write reviews but yesterday I went there to have a quick food and I was surprised with their service, all the staffs are polite and friendly, sitting area was clean and tidy, definitely I will go there again .

The ratio of price and quantity is not good. Very very little food for a high amount of money. Quality is great but I left hungry even though I spent almost 20£

Soggy cold chips, I suppose like most fast food chains round the area.

Took the best part of an hour to arrive. The chips were horrendously bad, but KFC chips always are. The popcorn chicken was also not very good, like they had been sat there for quite a while. But most of all it was shockingly expensive.

Terrible delivery service the time kept getting later and later was supposed to be a meal for me my partner and daughter it took so long my daughter got picked up and was unfed. Fries were cold and I had to go out in the freezing cold because the driver couldn't be bothered to find my house. No apology.

Had a chicken burger meal and the coating of the chicken was unbelievably burnt.

What a rip off. Not worth the money. The food was cold, the burger I ordered was missing the lettuce and the chips were soggy. Spent £30 on a loads of cold rubbish.

Delivery was a little late, but this was to be expected as it was Christmas Eve! The chicken fillet pieces were very salty

Arrived late. Food wasn’t hot. Drink had a whole in it, sprayed all over the driver, the food and my door. Left with empty can of drink.

Don’t use the car park for longer than 60 minutes or you’ll be fined £60. Nice one KFC 👍🏼

BEWARE OF PREDATORY CAR PARK FINES - YOU WILL be fined if you enter the car park outside of KFC operating hours (there is no gate. if you enter to simply read the sign, you will be fined) - ONLY 60 minutes free parking (used to be 90 minutes) This car park is run by Civil Enforcement UK, which are notorious for their predatory practises, and KFC take a cut of their profits. I got fined for overstaying (because they quietly lowered the limit from 90 to 60 minutes) and payed the £60 "reduced charge" for paying within 14 days. I'm privileged to afford to do so, but unfortunately Civil Enforcement UK will rake in cash from people who struggle to pay the reduced amount within 14 days, and therefore demand a full £100, or take them to court. EV chargers (which are swiched on 24/7) are placed in the car park, but users will be fined if they enter the car park outside of KFC opening hours. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? Sort it out KFC, you're setting yourself up for some seriously bad press here. ---- ORIGINAL REVIEW (that KFC responded to): UPDATE (30/11/24): Parking reduced from 90 mins to 60 minutes. Take care if you're using the EV chargers. ---- I received a £100 parking fine for staying in the car park for 1h 16m. Can you confirm that the parking sign does in fact say 90 minutes?

it took 2 and half hour to get my order and it was luke warm unacceptable! I want a full refund!

it took over 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold and greasy and the fries were under cooked!

ordered at 17:00 to be delivered at 18:30, turned up at 19:25, and cold!!!

Can only order at self service kiosks- only 1 of 3 kiosks working. No cash payments taken. Waited 25 minutes, food was cold. Restaurant dirty. Only 3 others in restaurant and 2 just eat orders so they weren’t busy. Just terrible now. They gave us a box of popcorn chicken as an apology.

Went in today and wasn’t sure what to order. The young lady behind the counter, Ellise, was very helpful and suggested the new stuffing burger box tower meal. She was extremely pleasant throughout the whole interaction, smiling and laughing the whole time. The food arrived promptly and was fresh and hot, and the hot chocolate was delicious. Well done KFC, and thank you Ellise for being so patient with someone as indecisive as me.
