part of the order was missing again. But by this point I just expect it when ordering from the Weymouth KFC.

Ordered through the onscreen platform and it wasn't that long await the food was hot, only thing I was disappointed with that it wasn't in a box like the photo they use.

took 2 hours to get food delivered unacceptable

driver kept calling saying he was here but he was totally lost. husband had to walk quite a way yo meet him... then no fries in the order or drink

Really bad hygiene, only 1 toilet with piss up the wall, was more cleanly to not wash your hands. Staff use same toilet and was getting annoyed when there was queues for customers to use the customer toilet.

KFC is a great location and pletty free parking. Kfc is probably one of the best fast food joints. I always get the offers on the app. Next retail park and close enough to town. Service was slow, but I went at 6pm. Food was freshly cooked. Love KFC ice cream, much better than other fast food places. Easy to find and easy to get to it.

my KFC order did not arrive from just eat courier, it was delivered to someone else, unable to contact just eat other than by email, contacted KFC and they were not helpful at all, would not re issue the meal i ordered and refered me back to just eat app, i may get a refund in two days time, meanwhile i have no lunch and £24 out of pocket, not happy, trust for these people now completely out the window, and will not use again.

Decent KFC. Most staff are great, one of them can't be bothered to make an ice shake and didn't give any partial refund or a replacement.

Food was warm and soggy. Cookies were rubbish with chocolate chips melted. Portion size was pathetic. Complained and got nothing. Not good value and will never order from here again. I could get better from any other place.

KFC with a drive thru and two floors for eating....

We were sent gravy instead of mash in the banquet meal we had which was a bit annoying and also we ordered a few different types of chicken burger but none of them were made clear which was which ? Just started using just eat but not sure about this experience today

Ordinary KFC. Ordering is done via touch panel. There are days when it's only takeout.

shame the order wasn't all there, missing chips and one of the burgers want what we ordered.

burger had no mayo,no lettuce literally just a burger shoved in a bun and the fries were stone cold !!!!

ordered food the app said was delivered but wasnt. app said was on way so hubby waited out front a car pulled up idled outside and as hubby went to see if was our order they drove off. we got no food delivered yet app says it did.. this is a disgrace total ripped me off. whoever the driver was wants reprimanding because he hasnt delivered our food but has marked it delivered.. this is . disgusting behaviour we order fòd qnd driver has obviously stolen it not happy at all.

never received my order. I understand my house is in a confusing location but I always add 'red door' in the message to let them know. this is the 3rd time it's happened with kfc. it's not just your fault as the person down the road who is taking the food is also to blame. this has happened so many times on just eat and I don't understand why. some companies never get it wrong and always deliver to my house. but McDonald's and kfc are the worst and always deliver to the wrong house.

Shop was empty waited ages as the person was training someone. Chips was cold half cooked and not the usual skinny fries disgusting, I've never seen such small chicken I thought it was a Robin,it was awful. In fact with 2 foreigners attempting to serve no English and revolting food its no wonder they're all closing.will not return

Took forever to come - time kept changing. Once it arrived chips were stone cold and hard and the chicken wasn’t even cooked! Apparently £5 credit to account is acceptable. Will never order from here again!

Lovely place and great value amd nice food

The food wasn't hot, chips were barely warm. It seems that the driver has other delivery taking him away from the route to my house. The food would have been hotter if it was bought directly here.

firstly there was hardly any options on the menu! no pieces of chicken no mini fillets no wraps and NO chips! our order was horrendous they missed the drinks and fries and all the food was lukewarm!!! awful

The staff are really friendly. They try too keep the place spick and spam. But we've all been teenagers... But even so they smile. Good rice box... Good offers.. Plenty of parking Light and airy... And drive thru..

This order did not turn up. Driver tried to hand over the wrong order. Sent it away and called the branch. They said it was still with them but did not have a driver to deliver. They could not refund so we had to pick up or lose the order. We have raised a formal complaint with just eat. Abysmal service. If they don’t refund we will persue via small claims court. This is the 3rd time we’ve had trouble with just eat in a month. We wil not be using again

Half of our order was missing !! We were missing a fillet tower meal & chips and the orange tango drink . We would like a refund and discount for next time . Ruined our evening meal .

I normally enjoy KFC but today my food is so bad i wouldnt give to my dog, tiny scraps, at least a couple of days old, dry peeled off the floor. terrible!!!!!!

Useless staff.. use the app.. use the screen.. its all self service... what's the point of having 3 bodies behind the counter if they don't want to do any actual work .

kfc employees get very angry if u don’t donate 1p to charity and jump over counter and get on all fours and start biting your ankles and barking then proceed u spit in ur 10 piece family bucket and if you dare to complain about that they get on your table and steal your wife then start twerking on the table and do handstands and foam up the mouth don’t recommend

I did say that our door bell doesn’t work. The delivery guy still used it and didn’t knock! luckily I saw him. Perhaps they could be more careful in future.

have tried to say order missing items. child has no fries and had to order twice as first was cancelled (weirdly same order excepted but my grandson has fallen asleep waiting for an hour.....not that he'd have had much to eat at all)

All around it's pretty good! The service can be a bit hit and miss but the last time I was I there the lady was lovely and the food is nice and made right.

Needed something quick to eat so I tried the vegan burger. The taste was fantastic but the price is as astronomical.

Wasted £32. First of all the toilets stank, I couldn't even go in there. Chips and chicken were cold, order was wrong twice so had to ask and wait for replacement items. They were quick to do this but it shouldn't happen in the first place if they read the order which specified the items required. Someone else also had an issue with their order and their incorrect items had to be replaced. Popcorn chicken box has halved in size. Gravy now watery and tasteless. Oreo krushem was only half full. There was someone sweeping the floor within 1m of us when we were eating. Altogether unhappy with this experience and feel we wasted a lot of money.

Cold chips, tasteless gravy, syrups need changing for fizzy drinks - just taste like soda water. Couldn’t even walk into the toilet without gagging (and staff use the same gross toilets) Don’t bother going unless you want to correct your own order 3 times

Chicken seemed undercooked, costing was floury. Also forgot some items, not the best this time.

The wrong order was delivered. We received food that was 8 hours old. Delivery driver refused to take the food back. Not the restaurants fault. The driver needs investigating.

The food was apparently delivered at 20.33 although we weren't aware of this until sometime later when I checked my laptop to see why our order hadn't arrived. I found our order had been left on top of a flower pot near our front door and was virtually cold. Everything had to be re-heated so we were totally unimpressed as the quality of the food suffered as a consequence. We have a very loud door bell and the bell push is attached to our front door frame and is clearly visible. Whoever delivered the meal had obviously not bothered to use it! I tested it when I found the cold food and it was working perfectly! Under the circumstances, I think that giving your service two stars is being generous! I'll need to give serious consideration as to whether I'd use this service again.

Well located and close to the train station. Contactless payment possible. Standard selection and prices. Very quick service. Food was good. The restaurant wasn't particularly clean, but it was still ok.

22.50 on a Wednesday evening, thought I'd get a takeaway for the train journey home but found the restaurant had closed early. Sign on the door says open til 11.00pm. Disappointed ☹️

DISGUSTING! I love KFC but with the Cost of Living Crisis it’s a special treat! Tonight was “treat” night. Hubby placed the order (£28!,) with Uber and was given a delivery time of 7.05pm… we didn’t mind waiting for 15 - 20 minutes, KFC’s website said they weren’t too busy…. The time for delivery was put back to 7.20pm, then 7.40 and eventually arrived at 7.50pm. Absolutely stone cold! Item missing and definitely not £28 worth of food. Hubby contacted the store to say our meal was late, cold and asked for his missing item (a can of Tango) .. The person acknowledged that the item was missing because he was looking at it, where it had been placed in store and not collected by the delivery person. My hubby doesn’t lose his temper very often but the response he got from the “manager” was appalling! He wasn’t in the slightest bit bothered about sorting out our problems. He suggested my husband could walk into the store to collect his drink, when my hubby pointed out we were 3 miles away the guy said, well that’s the only option! He tried to blame Uber, saying we must have been more than one delivery and we must’ve been last on the list!.. when we pointed out that we’d tracked the driver from leaving the store to arriving at our address, we were the only delivery and the driver came straight to us… To say the “manager” was belligerent is an understatement, he was rude, dismissive and not in the least bit bothered that we were unhappy customers. I would not recommend this branch of KFC to a starving man!On principle alone I wouldn’t buy food from them to feed to my dogs! I took a temperature reading when the food eventually arrived and again after 30seconds in my microwave! I can’t find anywhere on this site to post the photo! Obviously KFC don’t like to give their customers the option of posting honest photos of their product! AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS

The delivery driver was very nice

Had a tower burger not hot lukewarm if that. Then was up all night with stomach pain and other lasting till next day. Place run by kids who just don’t care witnessing food just being thrown under holding lights rude manager when asked if could use the toilet which was locked staff just not caring and not caring if food is produced properly for quest’s consumption. Will never go again Dorchester one lot better and run properly with caring staff and hot food. I’m a chef so know what I’m on about been in this industry 26 years.

The fillet burger was poor. The bun was very dry and chewy, with very little mayonnaise or lettuce, and the chicken fillet itself was hard. Not enjoyable and not worth the cost.
