KFC Weymouth - Jubilee Close in Weymouth and Portland

Not what I ordered. Mash potatoes who orders that. The rest is missing. Stinking kfc.

Colonel's 4pc was a combination of boned and ziger. The fries were cold and spicy. The fillet burger meal was a zinger. Not happy.🤔

Free popcorn chicken not included. No serviettes or seasonings

Delivery driver was sat outside for 5 minutes food arrived cold and inedible

The store ran out if chips but they put another bag of chicken strips instead.

The ratio of price and quantity is not good. Very very little food for a high amount of money. Quality is great but I left hungry even though I spent almost 20£

Mixed up orders, completely wrong food

Cold all cold except the drink

Soggy cold chips, I suppose like most fast food chains round the area.

Took the best part of an hour to arrive. The chips were horrendously bad, but KFC chips always are. The popcorn chicken was also not very good, like they had been sat there for quite a while. But most of all it was shockingly expensive.

Food was cold despite it getting delivered in time.

I'm missing x2 creamy mash potatoes

Terrible delivery service the time kept getting later and later was supposed to be a meal for me my partner and daughter it took so long my daughter got picked up and was unfed. Fries were cold and I had to go out in the freezing cold because the driver couldn't be bothered to find my house. No apology.

Had a chicken burger meal and the coating of the chicken was unbelievably burnt.

What a rip off. Not worth the money. The food was cold, the burger I ordered was missing the lettuce and the chips were soggy. Spent £30 on a loads of cold rubbish.

Chips were soggy and chicken was only just warm as if it had been sat in the bag waiting for collection instead of bagging up when driver arrived

courier was in wrong street and I had to walk to get food, plus drinks were missing

Delivery was a little late, but this was to be expected as it was Christmas Eve! The chicken fillet pieces were very salty

The time went from 7:30 to gone 8. The food was soggy and the boxes were caved in in them selfs. Won’t be bothering again

Turned up later than it said and the time kept going up and up then once it turned up it was stone cold not very happy with this service

Arrived late. Food wasn’t hot. Drink had a whole in it, sprayed all over the driver, the food and my door. Left with empty can of drink.

Don’t use the car park for longer than 60 minutes or you’ll be fined £60. Nice one KFC 👍🏼

BEWARE OF PREDATORY CAR PARK FINES - YOU WILL be fined if you enter the car park outside of KFC operating hours (there is no gate. if you enter to simply read the sign, you will be fined) - ONLY 60 minutes free parking (used to be 90 minutes) This car park is run by Civil Enforcement UK, which are notorious for their predatory practises, and KFC take a cut of their profits. I got fined for overstaying (because they quietly lowered the limit from 90 to 60 minutes) and payed the £60 "reduced charge" for paying within 14 days. I'm privileged to afford to do so, but unfortunately Civil Enforcement UK will rake in cash from people who struggle to pay the reduced amount within 14 days, and therefore demand a full £100, or take them to court. EV chargers (which are swiched on 24/7) are placed in the car park, but users will be fined if they enter the car park outside of KFC opening hours. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? Sort it out KFC, you're setting yourself up for some seriously bad press here. ---- ORIGINAL REVIEW (that KFC responded to): UPDATE (30/11/24): Parking reduced from 90 mins to 60 minutes. Take care if you're using the EV chargers. ---- I received a £100 parking fine for staying in the car park for 1h 16m. Can you confirm that the parking sign does in fact say 90 minutes?

it took 2 and half hour to get my order and it was luke warm unacceptable! I want a full refund!

Food was cold when delivered, so we had to heat everything up in the microwave

it took over 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold and greasy and the fries were under cooked!

ordered at 17:00 to be delivered at 18:30, turned up at 19:25, and cold!!!

Can only order at self service kiosks- only 1 of 3 kiosks working. No cash payments taken. Waited 25 minutes, food was cold. Restaurant dirty. Only 3 others in restaurant and 2 just eat orders so they weren’t busy. Just terrible now. They gave us a box of popcorn chicken as an apology.

Delivery driver spilt both the gravy portions in the bag.

Went in today and wasn’t sure what to order. The young lady behind the counter, Ellise, was very helpful and suggested the new stuffing burger box tower meal. She was extremely pleasant throughout the whole interaction, smiling and laughing the whole time. The food arrived promptly and was fresh and hot, and the hot chocolate was delicious. Well done KFC, and thank you Ellise for being so patient with someone as indecisive as me.

Order was not delivered and cant find a way to request refund. This keeps happening as drivers are not reading the notes left as it tells them the correct address as just eat seem to change it when the order is made

I paid for gravy but never received it.

Chicken was dry & cold . It looked like it wasn’t freshly cooked & had been hanging around for quite a while. Not the first time either. Always a disappointment for a delivery. Much better when eaten in . ☹️

it is so frustrating to put in a simple order and something is missed. That means someone goes without their meal. This has happened several times.

Wow. I have never encountered such a great experience in my whole life with KFC. I would like to pay a compliment to staff members of weymouth KFC.They were really friendly, kind and funny. service was the best and truly commendable. I have never seen such enthusiastic staff member in other stores.

I went today,I was happy to see well cleaned whenever & whatever time I'm there . The younger Staff could pay a little more attention bit rest of them can't find fault at all with them as eager to serve and help always.Best team in Dorset.well done and keep it up.

Soggy chips, layer of skin on the gravey, all chicken cold kids even refused the popcorn chicken! Wil not be coming back at all

The app kept putting the delivery time back from 19:20 to 20:30. I phoned twice to find if it had left - 25 mins between calls. I was told it was leaving on the 1st call but it arrived 10-15 minutes after the 2nd call.

Like most KFC franchises some are great some are not so great. This was OK but again like we see so many times, food over done instead of cooked fresh. But it wasn't too bad
