Waited over 40 mins and then food was cold, stuff was missing and quality was terrible. Really unhappy

not pleased today. I paid extra for Double Cheese, didn't get Any cheese at all on my sub

Service was awful, not one smile from any of the two staff members. No greeting or smile. The salad was not as it used to be. Won’t go back.

Really dissatisfied with order food was wrong and cold gave me 6 inch ham and cheese when I ordered and paid for footlong bmt

I asked for a gluten free sandwich, where normally they would brush down the counter and change gloves however that did not happen the employee continued to handle the gluten free bread having just cut open and prepped non gluten free bread. I then actually had to ask the employee to change gloves when they continued to make my sandwich having still not done so. Unfortunately this is unacceptable when working with food as a contamination with gluten for myself, more often than not, results with being hospitalised. Subway do better and please train your staff on the importance and seriousness of food allergies as for some people it can be life or death!

Ordered it at 11:52 and didn’t arrive until 1:40. The driver was quick at delivering but the fault was the shop. My order arrived cold, I had only ordered 1 thing. It also doesn’t help that there is no way of contacting the shop because the number that is there is incorrect.

Driver was polite. All food in the bag this time however the sub was tasteless. Hardly any chicken, couldn't taste nor see any cheese and had asked for extra mayo however there was minimal mayo. Really disappointed I gave it a go despite the other reviews. Hasn't improved whatsoever. Don't waste your money.

Everything arrived, special instructions followed, food was great. Delivery driver looked extremely inconvenienced, battered the door rather than knocked and then handed me the bag with a scowl even though I opened the door nearly instantly due to the app notification.

Not sure of the gentleman's name but his customer service was amazing he was so kind and cheery towards me and my partner this man definitely deserves some gratification for all his hard work.

Lets start with the delivery, I say it was late as the genius driver when in the complete opposite way, all the way down to montieth avenue which probably added about 10 minutes. He was all over the place after that. Back to learn how to read a gps school for him. As for the food, no cheese, stone cold. the entire sandwich was crushed length ways. And I ordered Coke-cherry. Not zero. Will not be using this subway again. It's utter dogwater.

Order was placed at 11.28, the app kept changing delivery time and didn’t receive any info on why kept changing. No way to contact subway to ask what the issue was? The delivery eventually received at 12.48 at my house.

All 3 subs were not what I ordered.

Everything is fine apart from the substitution for the drink from Coke Zero to full sugar Coke, it was for a type 1 diabetic so now she can’t have it. Just keep in mind that people order zero sugar for a reason.

My subway is all soggy the didn’t even put it in a subway bag and my sandwich is all soggy

Philly cheesesteak delivered with no cheese and barely any sauce. Twice I’ve ordered subway on Just Eat and both times order been wrong. Not rocket science … just bad service.
