Anyone who wants to come here just keep in mind if a worker named aroosa is there is better not to go here cause we as customer are going here to get something tasty not for arrogance and teaching leason on how subway works and what can be added or not would never come when this lady is working subway you should take some serious action against this person

Not sure of the gentleman's name but his customer service was amazing he was so kind and cheery towards me and my partner this man definitely deserves some gratification for all his hard work.

Great place for a cheap breakfast.

Ordered my food from justeat and it go here in time only issue is that my sub didn’t have half of the ingredients on it no cheese and no bacon and no mayo. Fuming.

Just been in this afternoon for a sandwich, the man making the sandwiches (who was covering his name badge) was extremely hostile, arrogant and unhelpful. The lady in front of me was spoken to appallingly and told she would have to pay an extra couple of £ to have a plain pepperoni sandwich. Matthew at the till was very helpful and suggested a cheaper alternative so the lady didn’t have to pay extra. Then when I came to order a sandwich I asked for one off the menu but asked if I could substitute Monterey jack for plain cheese. The man snapped at me and told me that I would also have to pay extra because the plain cheese wasn’t on the menu for that particular sandwich. He then carried on to tell every person behind me in the queue that they would have to pay extra for their sandwiches if they ordered something slightly different to the menu. I have never received this poor level of service in any other fast food chain. The man was also aggressive towards his colleagues and as a customer, who also works in hospitality this was extremely unprofessional to witness and I personally would never speak to paying customers and colleagues in the disgusting tone this man did today. Sandwich wasn’t bad though

The slowest service! Wait 20 mins for them to serve 1 person in front of you then get told to wait until they do their just eat orders.

Really poor. Was only 1 person in front of me at about half 11 so not an overly busy time. Took 15 mins of standing about until I even got served. Then took a further 7 kins to make up the sandwich and pay (I have mine cold so no time needed for heating up) then when I got to the car they haven't even cut it. Really poor service and I would suggest just going to the Greggs across the road

The store was nicely clean & tidy. Seating arrangements for 8 people. Located inside Shell Fuel Station. Free parking outside. Friendly service. 2 * Toilet facilities for all.

Very poor delivery order, no drinks or sauces delivered, no cheese on either sub as ordered, no sauce on any sub as ordered. Overall the worst sub I have ever had from subway, very poor

They were very busy for Saturday lunch, but the manager was fab. Kept us updated and was still cheery and polite :) thank you for making us smile

Good healthy food just a really long wait

Ignored for a solid 5 (not even a “hello, I’ll be right with you”) minutes when arrived as I was in a queue, when the shop was completely empty. Work that one out….

Not long had a delivery, ordered two "steak" and cheese southwest wraps...... Notice the steak in quotation marks, as there was very little steak in it. Very poorly made wraps from a place that used to pack it full, for £5.70 a wrap we definitely didn't get our moneys worth.

Ordered on justeat steak and cheese sub, no cheese and not heated up nachos were not heated either delivery was quick so wasnt that

Worst experience. After placing an order through just eat and realising the wrong address had been entered I cancelled my order. My money was still taken and the order was sent to the wrong address. After trying to contact the business on their number 10 times with no answer I had to pray the delivery driver would not mind sending me the order to the correct address, thankfully the just eat eat driver was able to come to the other address and received a good tip for doing so. Very shocked and appalled at this experience :(

The best place to buy petrol is in the same building
