Subway in South Tyneside

ordered for delivery at 2:55 today, was informed delivery will take between 15-25 mins. by 3:00 my order still had not even been prepared! had to cancel as could not get in contact with the restaurant and my food was clearly not going to arrive anytime soon

Delivered wrong sandwich, no way of contacting them.

OK food. subway always gets part of the order wrong though. I asked for Chipotle cheese dips and they put garlic and herb ones in as they did last time too. wasn't keen on the bacon and cheese submelt either. tuna one was nice though and the foot long churro was good too.

literally was a bun with next to no meat or veg all sauce will not be ordering again 😔

Unfortunately the sides were cold and didn’t even seem cooked we put them in microwave to be safe

Ordered a tuna sub and philly steak sub they toasted the tuna so its hot when it was requested to not be toasted. Also havent toasted the philly steak when it was requested to be. Think the staff need to pay more attention to tickets

The driver of as excellent and very canny.

Went in at 8:20pm and was asked if I cash or card I didn’t have my card with me so opted to pay cash to be told sorry MATE I’ve cased the till off so card only when I replied but you don’t shut till 9pm he responded with I can cash the till off up to an hour before closing MATE. Appalling customer services to say the least

No lettuce, crispy onions or sweet onion sauce which I ordered in my sandwich! Never from here again!!!

When the delivery came I noticed I was missing my drink. Then whilst eating my salad, I noticed I was missing cheese, sweet onion sauce and crispy onions. Kinda disappointing seeing as this was my first time ordering from this subway.

Multiple issues with this order. 1. our food was delivered across the street at another house, thankfully confused house owner was nice enough to give my food back 2. No cheese in either sandwich when requested. 3. not toasted like requested. 4. Vegan and normal cookie in same bag (one of us has a milk allergy) and we didn't know which was which.

Staff need to read customer notes when they place order!mine came with ketchup on when requested none to be on

Wrong order asked for BMT but got some chicken tikka maybe with lettuce wonder who got my order?

paid extra for double tuna and did not get it. Not happy.

Ordered the footlong meal deal. Got a 6" sub instead.

My order did not turn up yet it says that it was delivered!!! Never again will I order from this subway!!!! Shocking!!! If I could give this a minus star then I would!!

delivery time changed while i was waiting to show an hour later. food arrived cold and the driver left it on the floor at the door, even though I answered the door within 1 minute... very sad experience 🥲

Olives in one sandwhich when weren’t ordered. No onions

Stopped by for breakfast was served fast and the server liam was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of a big breakwich which was fantasic

received the incorrect drinks asked for fanta orange and got coca cola instead and paid for 3 white chocolate macadamia nut chip but was given 3 chocolate chip and one white chocolate macadamia nut chip instead

we got very friendly service and quick too , the good portions make us want to revisit and try the new menu the staff suggested

It tasted rubbish, I ask for hearty Italian bread, different bread was used, asked to be toasted, it wasn’t and there was hardly any tuna in my sandwich. Will never order from them again

estimated time was between 13.20 and 13.40-food arrived before 13.20, still slightly warm from toasting.

Lush food but I paied for a pepsi max cherry and got a Diet Pepsi max instead I also paied extra for the pepsi max cherry.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a salad and again, my salad is missing items including items I’ve added on that I’ve paid more for. Also, the salad is half the size it was yesterday.

Ordered for myself and my wife, one tuna salad and one meatball marinara salad, only no tuna or meatballs. Tried to ring the retailer only to have the call sent to voicemail to leave a message, tried the 0800 number to only have the disconnect without having the ability to leave a message so as you can imagine not pleased at all.

Order was cancelled after nearly an hour waiting, as much use as a chocolate fire guard

Went in today and asked for a Bmt wrap. I asked to add bacon and doritos on my wrap, which are both in the salad bar, and they said they could not do it. I can’t get my head round how they could not put bacon or Doritos in my wrap, I would have paid the difference. Really ruined my bank holiday weekend.

The instructions hadn’t been followed, the wrap hadn’t been toasted

Think they have rushed the order, food came within 15mins of ordering. Food was luke warm, cheese wasn't melted, asked for cheese bites got 2 and the rest were some type of chicken nuggets doritos Not what I asked for.

Food was ok one set of meatballs had four in and the other had five in we asked for cheese on the foot long and for it to be toasted didn’t get any cheese and it wasn’t toasted then on my wrap I asked for cheese and mayonnaise and didn’t get any of that either

Sandwiches were nice, everything was nicely packaged but the meal deals were missing their crisps and cookies, I do expect the meal deals to be complete when I order them!

First time I've ordered and ate anything from subway bit pricey for the size of the sandwiches but they do taste good were going to try again and see ...

Requested both sandwiches toasted, they came freezing cold and ordered nachos but they had no salsa? If there’s no salsa, make them unavailable to order!

Always on time and fast food was a little colder than normal but I did order in the rush for lunch hours so do t let that detuve you from buying always great from here

ask for sweetcorn and never put i on ask for Tropicana Orange Juice a got tango that i cant drink so that wasted my money and never got the recip this time. really should phone the customers and tell them that you havent got the pop in be really nice to let us know only take 2 min of your time. and if you havet got some of the salad what ask for that be nice to let us know to....

I ordered a toasted chicken and bacon wrap with crispy onions, no crispy onions were added and it had not been toasted and I was given sweetcorn (which I’m allergic too)

Driver was rude. Cookie was missing.

First bite, I found a chicken bone in my mouth. Disappointed. Caused discomfort. More fed up due to how much I enjoy subway ordinarily. Took photo of chicken bone as well.
