Subway in Bath and North East Somerset

Late, someone else’s order was delivered. No help from the store. I’m still hungry

This is the second time I've eaten from Moorland road subway. The first time I ate in, the lady with the glasses behind the counter was very unprofessional and seemed rather aggressive! Gave no care what so ever in what she was doing, she then continued to shout over the counter, what salad and what sauce did I want... When I put it all on the order, she then proceeded to make possibly the worst subway sandwich I have ever eaten in my life!!! Also seemed very Unhygienic. I've just ordered a subway from Uber eats to give it another ago, but unfortunately the sandwich is an absolute mess, impossible to eat!! It's not really good enough, so I won't be eating from there again... I'd advise seriously training the staff there or get rid of them and find someone who actually wants to work!

The staff here used to be lovely however the last two time I have been I haven’t gotten anything because the new staff are lazy. Tried to get a big breakwich after getting one the day prior to be told they are now only served before 11 despite being labelled an all day breakfast? Tried to go again this evening at 8:50pm to be told “we’re closing sorry” despite signs saying they were open for another hour and still being available on just eat. This service is ridiculous.

Ordered at 11.57 food wasn't delivered until 13.37. Contacted Subway and they said the food was ready and waiting but there was no delivery driver. the ice cream that was ordered had melted, the toastie that was meant to be hot arrived stone cold!

That was the best sub I've had in many years. Perfect!

Besides the small mistake with the 6-inch instead of the footlong, the quality was great, many thanks!

Always love a subway but this subway is shockingly bad. Given them three chances now, of which they are always under staffed with only one staff member so we had to be turned away since the guy had only just gone on his 20 minute break. Most recently, ordered meatballs then told they don’t have them (so why can I order them on the screen) and the lady was very rude about it. Never going to this subway again.

Never seen a Subway with touchscreen orders before! The lady often there running the place on her own is doing a fantastic job.

the tuna tato wholemeal bread was old I think. it was really hard. I don't think it was because it toasted. everything else was fine.

Picked up the All-Star Chicken for myself, BMT for my partner and both were super delicious. A special shoutout to Michael, who was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect.

Order wasn’t delivered for almost 3 hours. Called and spoke to store they said the driver had picked up wrong order and marked ours as already delivered. Food was cold and horrid. We would like a full refund. Delivery time was 15-30 mins originally

Forgot to put in the sauce I asked for and also used the wrong type of bread

Decent sandwich don't expect great things but quality is always consistent and prices are okay for a chain.

Oh my days, why are the deliveroo orders always prioritised over the customers stood in front of the same team member time after time. Rude man serving at moorland Rd tonight, avoid it if you want a speedy happy service. Shame as all other staff very happy to serve you and not moan to you about how many in coming orders they have AND then tell you you have to wait 15 mins to be served.....

every bite was delicious, will definitely order again and the delivery was very prompt.

Hard to get what you order unless you order in store but with constant chemo treatment this isn't always possible. Will order again but will specify more when I do

Food was cold, I don’t expect hot food on delivery but would expect some warmth to the food. I had ordered jalapeños but only seemed to find 1 in the sandwich and very limited sauce.

The crisps, cookies and drinks were missing and one out of two sandwich were completely wrong.

Got served by Michael right near closing and he was an absolute legend to me and my girlfriend. Top quality service and funny guy

The food is usually amazing but this time I got the wrong cookies and missing one, and the ham footling what supposed to be toasted but was cold

Bought three subs on Friday evening (2.8.2024) just as Michael (working solo) was about to take his break. He not only stayed open but was courteous and helpful about choices including what he did not have. Highly recommended.

some of my order was missing just the baguette and drink came. no doritos or cookie.

the driver did is job correctly. however cannot say the same about this subway we have had several orders with items missing and been given the wrong food completely. Tonight items from the meal where missing and I do not want the delivery driver to be penalised so haven't claimed it back.

Messed up my order again Paid for footlong received a 6inch and didn’t give me my cookie I paid for. This is such a hit and miss with the restaurant. Sometimes the get it spot on! It’s really not hard to read an order do better

Had a bad order previously so called the restaurant. Who I spoke to was courteous and professional. The order came as I wanted except cucumber but there was a note in the bag to explain this .... 10/10 👍

Food was vile, never received nachos in our meal deal and this wasn’t the first time it’s happened. No point in asking what you want in your sub as they choose what they want to put in it. Definitely recommended ordering if you want your sub to look like it’s been thrown on the floor and stomped on :)

Always plays music after they close which is really annoying given I live above them. And when they are closing up, the noise from banging pots and pans is ridiculous!!

Cold Food, Missed all of our ‘meal desserts’ off the order & wrong bread used for 2/3 sandwiches - turned up on time though…

There’s never anyone actually standing front of house, so takes 10 minutes to even start ordering with no queue! Also does not close at 11pm.

Completely wrong netballs sun was supposed to be plain and they put cucumber lettuce and censer salad sauce in it which should have been in the ham one that was ordered instead the ham was plain. Rang them up and because none of them drive or couldn’t redeliver have to battle with trying to get a refund. Something that’s so simple they got sooo wrong won’t order again poor service young kids running who can’t be bothered

Not one, not two, but three items incorrect. Store could have called to say some items weren’t available but instead just substituted them with incomparable items. Terrible service and the food was awful as well.

How can you forget the sub in a meal deal every time I order from this place it’s 0/10

The sub itself was good, the cheese bites were cold and abit soggy so couldn’t eat as wasn’t pleasant, the cookie was abit dry

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case I will. They are really nice friendly people, that are always happy to help. When they accidentally missed an item, I left a note on this order and they gave it to me, which I wasn’t expecting. I did leave a note, if they didn’t have what I ordered then any substitute I put down I will be happy with. The food is always excellent and they are the only place I get lunch from. I will give them 10 stars if I could.

I got the wrong bread on the tuna sub

Food arrived quickly, unfortunately it was the worst subway I’ve ever had: the bread was stale, the sub was dry with hardly any sauce, the sub was empty all along on one side (I guess they didn’t open the bread properly to fill it out and spread fillings equally) so I felt like I was mostly eating dry stale plain bread. Pretty stingy on the ingredients too, such a disappointment, really was a waste of money - the meat subs were also stale.

First time I've used Subway, but will certainly return cuz food was spot on.
