Very unprofessional and uneducated staff working here. Refused to change my sauce because on the menu it said mayo inside the sun so didn’t change the sauce even though I can’t eat mayo.

Ordered a footlong and there was nothing in the 3 inch at either end. Nothing like any of the pictures in their advertising. What a con!

Really poor service! I went there before 11am and some of fresh products were already dried out and looking not fresh at all! The lady making sandwiches wasn't even putting enough salad on them, I got 3 fricking slices of tomatoes on a footlong sandwich and 5 gherkins!! Got half less salad that I normally get! Never in my life I experienced this with Subway before. Normally you get a really good portion of salad and sandwiches look properly stuffed in. This time it was shocking!! Think she needs some proper training! Will never go there again!

Rude, Rude, Rude!! We ordered 2 hours ago, being advised that the food would be with us in half hour 🤔 after 3 calls & 2 hours we recieved the food - cold! I called and spoke to the manager letting him know and that this was bad service! He said he would send a replacement out in another half hour 🤦🏻♀️ I said I didn't want a replacement, just a partial refund, he said I had to give the food back, i said fine once i have a refund- he point blank refused to - bad service the food was shocking, so disappointed!! ☹️

ABSOLUTELY USELESS THIS DOMINOS STORE. glitch in the system meant they charged me wrong, I ordered, paid, and then the app said it had been baked and was out for delivery. To be then called and told the order was being cancelled after over 30 mins of waiting for my food. I paid for my food and the order was taken so why has this happened. I’ve emailed many times and spoke to someone called Phoebe who’s as much use as a chocolate fireguard. This was over a week ago and I’ve still not even been refunded. My order should be fulfilled as it was taken and considering you haven’t even refunded me. SCUM BAGS THE LOT OF YOU

Absolutely ridiculous can't change sauce on a big tasty to big Mac sauce, despite not having an issue doing this at other branches. Staff unhelpful, never again went to KFC instead
