Order not delivered but app marked as delivered - unacceptable service!

Food was cold and sloppy. Waffle fries were rock hard

Ordered my food at 12 only for it to say it’s been delivered when no one is at the house anymore

Food was pretty standard for Subway, but girl serving was gorgeous. 😉

Food was very tasty and delivery on time and the driver had a big smile and very nice so all good. THANK YOU ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was a bit slow as doing orders online first

I didn't like the gluten free roll, very dry and tasteless. the rotisserie chicken was also a bit underwhelming to be honest.

First time here, very nice food and friendly staff. Choose to try Subway instead of Weatherspoons. Got the app too which looks good

I ordered a philly cheese. didn't get it. it took nearly an hour. it was cold not what I asked for and cookies were all smashed. won't be having subway again!!

It wasn’t the drivers fault, he was stuck with another order. He was very apologetic when he handed it to me though.

Food was stone cold waited over an hour and a half for our first order was then asked by manager to put in another order so they can get it out quicker received first order after an hour and a half and then had no apology for how cold it was. Waited 2 hours for our second order in which again was stone cold! Called the manager in which he asked us to come in to the restaurant and order again which would have been a total of £75 on subway today.

Incompetent staff, incorrect orders and dirty

No ham in one and bbq sauce in tuna footlong ! Two people did not eat

i didn’t get my cookies or the right coke

Items missing from order (including drinks from meal deal!), contacted Just Eat who said based on their information we are not entitled to a refund or compensation. Really not acceptable considering the order was almost £50!

Incorrect items on delivery cant follow a simple till receipt.

The Meatball Marinara Footlong ordered contained all requested salad but did not have ANY meatballs or marinara sauce

A small subway that provides quality alternatives to mcdonald's and they never quibble when you refill your fizzy drink. Also accepts mod discount.

A very nice Subway for their normal food with a little bit of seating inside. Prompt and helpful service from the team working there which was good.

The wedges were absolutely awful. Inedible.

My salad was all messed up like it’s been chucked around wasn’t happy at all I always order from this subway so was disappointed

Staff were polite and friendly. Food.. Subway.. Satisfying as always. Just nipped in for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately though this place needs a revamp. Seats were old, torn and grubby. Tables not wiped clean. Amble parking spaces and service was quick.

Ordered the supremo sandwich! Not much in it wouldn't recommend that, the rest all good

Bloke was grumpy as hell and hardly acted like I was keeping him there late when they were still open for another hour. Didn’t even cut the sandwich and barely wrapped it up. Think I got about 4 spinach leaves in the footlong. Wouldn’t go to this subway again.

It's a bit of a rip off when only half the 6" sub has filling in it. The food was ok but very over-priced for what it was.

On the paper, it’s supposed to be good, but the overall quality of the sandwich was brought down by the bread. Tasteless and dry. Over the years subway Quality varies in different countries obviously and I had opportunity to try many. But I think I may just refrain from ordering it again. It is not great. All it needs some nice tasty bread and everything will be back on track. So so otherwise. Maybe its just me.

Paid for double cheese and there was no cheese at all

My order was over two hours late which is a Just eat fault. The lovely worker at subway left a note on my sub saying they even tried calling just eat twice, and kindly gave me three cookies for free.

Food arrived delicious and still Hot and the delivery driver was great……

This was one of the best prepared foot longs I’ve had! Well layered and wrapped tightly so it’s easy to eat.

Food quality was alright, usual subway fare. However the quantities have shrunk quite a bit, the crinkle fries were tiny!

I was disappointed with the mail. There was no cheese and very little steak. This is the first subway I have tried and I will not be using them again

Despite ordering on the app for convenience, when I arrived 30 mins later they hadn't pulled it off the system, so had to wait. Then said they didn't have one of the ingredients (turkey) to fulfill the order, offered ham alternative to go with . . ham that was already in the sandwich! Not impressed.

Special offer today; 3 x cookies for free with a footlong. The terriyaki steak is great, I had everything but sweet corn and olives. Really enjoyed it.

Missed one of our subs out and when my partner walked over there and went in they said there was nothing they could do as it must have been the driver who took it and said he had to buy a new one

Wow what a great deal on the app, £3.99 for a delicious footling on Italian herb and cheese, to top it off I had 5% cash back on my bank card… eat on the move on a budget!

Ordered a bmt salad plus drink received 250ml orange juice instead of 500ml tango there was less meat in the salad than you get in a sandwich plus no mayo dispite being ordered

Was an amazing choice, the chicken was perfect in the amount, the sauce was perfectly even between mayo and garlic aioli, the lettuce was placed correctly throughout the footlong. Will definitely order from here again

It’s not even what I have ordered and it’s not toasted! My partner also got something she didn’t order! Over £25 on a subway and don’t get what you want or get it warm! And it was late!
